She said, "No can," but offered me a knife instead. I also asked if I could do a half‑pound side order and split it into two items--again, "No can." When I finally got my food, my Meat Jun was cut into pieces... which made me wonder why the Kal Bi couldn't be. I tried cutting it myself, but the plastic knife broke. I went back to get another knife and a cup of ice for my not‑so‑cold soda, but the cashier said we don't have and no cups. At that point, this place should've been called "No More, No Can.
