We had received a quote from another company that was extremely high, so, we decided to get a second quote from EGV Sewer. The staff is very nice, they had Armando come out the same day and provide a quote. When I tell it was significantly less, it was!!! EGV Sewer was even doing more work i.e. replacing the concrete sidewalk. Anyway, we had an issue last weekend as we were waiting for the work to be done. EGV Sewer again came out and quickly fixed our issue to give us piece of mind until the work was done. They came out on 7/8/26 and did the repair, we did have an surprise where we needed more work done; however, it was still overall 2k less than the other company. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Great pricing, customer service, and quality work. Thank you Armando and team for fixing our issue. An hour or so after he left, I ran the water in the vanity sink and there was a noticeable leak. He said he would come back a few days later to take a look. He returned and tightened the connections. I again ran the water after he left, and again there was dripping under the drain so I asked him back again. He came back again and did some more tightening and said it should be ok now. I again ran the water after he left and there was still a drip. I then texted him saying that I would like a refund of $350 of the $1100 he charged because the pipes were still leaking and he had already claimed twice that the problem was fixed when it wasn't. He refused and then tried to gaslight me saying actually there was no leaking. So if you want a plumber who doesn't stand by his work, then this is the guy for you (My response to his comments): For the record, here is the text exchange between Brad and Me (and yes I did say "please consider giving me a refund because I don't want to give you bad reviews"--and that is a reasonable response on my part given that I received service that is below what the average person would expect [i.e. 3 visits by the plumber and the sink trap is still dripping]. (From Craig): Brad, The vanity is still leaking and I can't devote any more time to this project, therefore I am requesting a partial refund of the money you charged me. I think a $350 refund would be reasonable. Craig (From Brad): I disagree, the last 2 times I came over there wasn't even a leak. Now I have called for a new valve cap and have been put off for over 2 days, just awaiting them to drop off a cap, I can install myself in less than a minute. My neighbor is a HVAC technician and he gave me a new brass cap. I cannot believe all this trouble for a $4 cap, I would be hard-pressed to recommend this company after this cluster screwup. The employees that came out for the work were nice and professional, just the management needs to do better, REALLY. We had trouble with minor fixes after they installed the new furnace and new AC system too. Maybe time to try a different company for future work or maintenance.
