This business got the job done but they had to come back a couple of days later after I requested they actually finish the job by removing the entire length of my main sewer line that we had agreed upon before payment, which was to remove up to 25' of orangeburg pipe. They didn't communicate with me about only removing 22' of the old pipeline, instead I had to ask one of the technicians as they were about to bury the trench. When paying top dollar for a job to remove a 75 year old pipe, I expected them to communicate better and consider my input about leaving a section of the old pipe that required breaking part of a concrete sidewalk. I would not recommend this business as they are significantly expensive and didn't communicate well during construction. read more

Put out a project on yelp and they were first. Massive waste of time. For first appointment they give me 2 hour window. Guy bothers to call me 15 mins after I've been sitting around for 2 hours, to say he'll be around in another 45 minutes. That won't work so we reschedule first thing Friday. Guess what, according to pattern, I've been sitting around waiting an hour they call me to tell me they can't make it on time this day either. If you've had much work done on your house you know this type. Stay away from them you don't want them near your house or your wallet. read more

I had something fall into my toilet and it wouldn't flush properly. I requested a quote on yelp and Mr. Drain replied back right away and was able to come out the same day. Greg came out in less than 30 minutes to my house and was able to retrieve what I dropped in the toilet and get everything working again. Our washer and sink were backing up. Found out after seeing the camera that our 60 year old pipes needed to be replaced. The owner had a crew onsite asap to dig, jack hammer and install a new water line. Crew led by Cain did a wonderful job. The communication and clean up was top notch. Called Mr. Drain on a Sunday afternoon for a clogged sewer line. Greg, a co owner showed up within an hour. He was unable to clear plug and couldn't see what was causing it using camera. He called one of his crew to hydro jet line and said he would come back in the morning to inspect line. Plug was cleared that night. Greg came back next morning and found a major problem. Correcting the problem would have been extremely expensive and would have disrupted my household for possibly a month. Greg came up with a solution that was a fraction of the cost and be far less disruptive. The work required was still significant and very difficult. The crew was led by Aaron and included Trevor, Matthew, Jacob H. and Jacob R. They all worked very hard under miserable conditions. It poured rain on several days and many days the crew worked in to the night. They got the fix completed in about a week and had the site cleaned and concrete poured within two days after that.
