It's been one month we just bought our dryer and washer from this store and just like other reviews the washer is not working since the day it got deliver. We reached to them 10 minutes after delivering and it's been a nightmare since then. Of course, me and my husband had to right to be very upset we waited over the long weekend for the appliance to be deliver and just to find out they hadn't even been inspected if it was working? We immediately requested our money back and of course they said NO! wish I had paid them in card to dispute the transaction and not cash. They send out their technician and just for him to say yeah, "I don't have the tools with me" and complain how the delivery guys had been messing up because they to like drink! (Like really!? you are going to talk about it Infront of your customer) . Make story short they took the washer next day and was giving a loaner (by the way it was infested with roaches!!!) Brought the washer back thinking it was finally fix and guess what ???? is not working again!!!!!It hasn't even pass 2 months from time we purchase it. This place is a fraud, they sell the refrigerators knowing they are damaged. After a few months the refrigerators stop functioning, this means they check the refrigerators and aware that the refrigerators aren't functioning and have to call them in order to check it even if they are aware that it has been damaged. I really wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. I purchased a refrigerator in February it is now June and I'm on my second replacement. The first leaked and made a loud noise which resorted to me having to spoil all my food. I gave them the benefit of doubt. The second refrigerator top two rows kept freezing everything, they came out and supposedly fixed it, now the refrigerator isn't getting cold enough. Food starting to go bad again. For the cost of the refrigerator you would think they would sell you something that works and wouldn't resort to them having to visit my home for the 10th time since purchase. Worse company to buy from!! Makes all the excuses in the book to seem profesional when they're far from that. The "tech" which by the way is a random uncle who isn't even certified to work appliances - is also the "delivery driver" and supposedly is ALWAYS busy. Yet he's just on his ass in the store hiding in the back and "shows up" whenever it's convenient. They claim to always be "behind schedule" (it's been two years and they can't catch up with their schedule as per the other reviews) they have sooo many appointments which is false because their store is always empty of customers but even if it was true, that proves their appliances don't work and always have to send the random uncle to go inspect the appliance (for a fee) Now back to the worst ladies at the front desk specifically Karina, having a stank attitude and answers the phone like it's their personal cell phone and not a real business! Found this p, place on offer up because I needed a fridge. they advertised many so when I went down there I saw one that seemed to be worthy to purchase, BTW all their appliances are used. When I asked the price she said it was $1500.00 I then asked her if I could purchase it for less i paid cash I mean thats a lot for a used fridge. So she made a call and said I could have it for $1300.00. I reluctantly agreed only because I was w/out a fridge and really needed one after signing she then told me all sales were final and if anything was wrong I would have 90 days but I would have to pay more to have it serviced. when I got it home I learned that the shelves and drawers did not fit properly . the freezer door would not stay closed I tried calling to have these issues resolved but was put on hold or hung up on. 90 passed and finally got to talk to her she then told me the 90 days had expired and there was nothing they could do for me , So long story short they knowingly sold me a faulty appliance ,waited for the 90 days to expire before getting back to me , its been 15 months since I bought this fridge and it no longer works I had to go buy a new fridge NEW NOT USED!! so with all that said I beg of you if your looking for any appliances PLEASE DO NOT GO TO A&A APPLIANCES IN THE CITY OF BELL read more

We purchased a refrigerator from them 11/2020. The refrigerator works but the ice maker never worked. They give you a short warranty but it doesn't include the ice maker. They don't have water lines in the store so it's like a 50/50 chance your ice maker will work. Fast forward to now I have been calling since July to have them come out to repair it. We set up the appointment they don't show or call. I call back another girl answers claim ms she had no record of the first appointment and sets another appointment and they no show AGAIN!! At this point I'm like this has to be a joke!! I call back and speak with the first girl who made my first appointment and she remembers me.. lol she takes my information and says she will call me back I asked for a manager and she said she cannot give out that information lmao... they are completely full of crap. Avoid this place at all costs. If you think the price sounds too good to be true, it's exactly that. My mom bought a refrigerator December 21st 2020. The next day, it stopped working and they came to pick it up and gave us a loner in the meantime. THEN the loner crapped out on us and then they had to come back and give us the original one we ordered, then, you guessed it... it stopped working again so they gave us ANOTHER loner and my mom was told she could keep the loner instead if she'd like. However, my mom wanted the refrigerator she ordered and turned the offer down. We agreed to wait to have our refrigerator fixed, but every time we call we are told that they will "call us back". They never call back and when they do they say "oh it'll get dropped off Saturday". We wait around Saturday and they never show or call us to say anything. So now we are stuck with a loner fridge that doesn't get cold anymore. Worst customer service ever. Very disappointed. We have been super understanding, but have not had our issues resolved at all.
