We came here for the soft opening of this restaurant. It was takeout only, although they did have countertop seating that was offered to us if we wanted to stay. The gentleman who helped us said they will be open for dine-in next week. From what was there, the inside has a clean design. The tables and chairs were not set quite yet, but we look forward to coming back and seeing how it all comes together. We ordered a few items - rice bowl, ramen, scallion pancake, cha siu bao. I'm not entirely sure what took them so long to prepare our food, but it took an exorbitant amount of time to get the food. While we were there, another customer came and went with his order. I'm not sure if the customer ordered ahead, or if what we ordered took a longer time to prepare. I have a feeling that they're usually faster. The guy who helped us was super nice and apologetic. He gave us water, checked in with us frequently, and made it right for us. Many places around here could care less about making the customer wait, but I could tell from the whole interaction from start to finish that he cared about providing good service. I'm not a huge fan of ramen...but I felt obligated to order some because a lot of the menu was ramen. I loved the texture and consistency of the noodle. Sometimes I feel like broth is too salty and bland, but the flavor of these broths were subtle but present. The scallion pancake was perfectly crispy and greasy. There's just something about the greasiness of a scallion pancake that I enjoy. Once they fully open, we will be back to try the hot pot! read more

Good ramen that hits the spot, my family and I enjoyed the hot pot more as there aren't any hot pot restaurants in the area. The soup base is surprisingly one of the better ones I've had, highly recommend the "Healthy Chicken" soup base and the sauces available to use for the hot pot are great, especially the chili crisps. My kids don't tend to eat a lot so the portions were adequate for them. read more

Tried their hotpot and it was the best Ive ever tried. The spicy broth and mushroom broth are both great. It actually has taste. Ive been to other hotpots and their broths just taste of hot water. But Mr.Kekes broth actually has flavor. Their beef was so good. Like butter. Will be going back just for hotpot! read more

Excellent service and tasty food. Our server was very attentive and really wanted to make sure everything was right. I asked for one of those kid friendly chopsticks with the plastic attachment which they didn't have but a very nice lady came out a minute later with one she made with a rubber band. Just a very nice place with friendly people. We had lo mein and chicken. The texture of the noodles was just right. Chewy and not mushy. read more

order on uber eats buy one get one free x2. I should have gotten 4 orders, when I went to pickup only 2 orders. Tried to explain and even showed on uber site, but one get one free. Manager didn't care. I walked out and contacted uber eats who stated since it was a pickup order there is nothing they can do. I have to contact my bank and stop payment. Go to kiko ramen down the road, they are very nice to deal with. I will say that both locations have good food, but Mr keke doesnt honor what it says on uber eats and I went to there site to order and was redirected to uber eats. read more

What a gem!! I'm so glad I happened upon this place. Gorgeous decor inside that gives a super trendy and elevated vibe. The prices are SO affordable. I haven't seen prices like that in a long time. We got a ramen bowl and a hot pot. The portion sizes are bigger than I expected, and the mushroom broth was sooo delicious and made all the add-ins so flavorful. Service was great, our server answered all my questions about my allergies and the different items offered. What a fun experience! I'll be back. read more

It's a pretty fun addition to Glen Cove. I went twice and had the hot pots both times. It's fun to go with a group and have the experience. The burners are built-in to the tables and are induction top so they are not hot to the touch. Orders are placed on an iPad and delivered by one of the workers, if you need help with the menu and how to do things, be sure to ask. Follow up orders can be placed at any time on the iPad . Condiments, utensils, and bowls (used as an ante area to cool your food before eating) are located at the back of the restaurant; Self-serve. Self-serve water is also back there as well as to go containers. When we were finished, we just went up to the cash register and paid our tab. read more

we had a very good meal but... nothing on menu with shrimp was available sold out. really on a thursday? no dumplings, no wontons, no shumai. i imagine those things are made in advance so how long have you had no shrimp? we had vegetarian ramen but when the table that sat after us ordered same they were told they were out of the soy milk. so run to stop n shop and buy some and get some shrimp too. and i hate ordering on a ipad. we had to pass around and each order our own food. it had more than the menus so it was necessary but annoying. we will return but i will call and ask if they have shrimp. i would have given 5 stars for shrimp and a complete paper menu. read more
