I had such a great experience with this company! Everything they did exceeded my expectations. I just moved into a new house and had a washer and dryer installed yesterday. The first time I ran the washer, I discovered a very bad leak from the hookup coming out of the wall. I called this company based on the Yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative. They kept me up to date with the status of my appointment (they gave me a two-hour window, but someone came early - they called me beforehand to make sure I was available), which is a stark contrast to the company I used to deliver the aforementioned washer and dryer. Dustin and Jose are the two people that came to assess my problem. I can't say enough great things about them. They were super friendly, professional, patient, and quick. Dustin knew what the issue was almost immediately, and he even had the parts to fix the problem in his truck! I figured they'd have to come back on a different day. I can't tell you how happy I was that they took care of it right then and there. Cecilio took care of our plugged toilet on a moment's notice, and was polite, timely and a pleasure to work with. He came on the first day within hours of our call, augured the toilet, and gave his diagnosis that it is likely clogging due to the deposit build-up from our well water. When the toilet plugged up again the next day, he was able to honor the guarantee and come again to fix it one more time. Luckily he had a toilet in his van and was able to replace it on the spot for a reasonable price. My toilet had been leaking on and off through one of the screws in the tank. I called this morning (Monday - never a good time to call any business) and explained my issue. I spoke to Star who not only answered the phone within minutes, but apologized that they wouldn't be able to get someone out till later today - 4pm. No apology necessary because it was 4pm the same day and not 4pm sometime next year. In the meantime, they called me to let me know there was an opening right away. I didn't see the message, but Adam (the technician) showed up about 11am. Not only is he the nicest guy, but professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue, got to work right away, fixed it within minutes, left the area immaculate, explained the warranty, and also advised me on how to maintain Toto toilets to keep them running efficiently. I was talked into a lifetime service agreement a few years ago. This has made no difference on the charges. The last time I called them, they told me that I needed to install a drain cleanout for an additional $600-700. Other plumbers charged the same. When digging up the sewer line, they informed me that it was broken previously. There was no evidence of sewage in the area. They told me that I needed to install a trenchless line --for $7,200. They then ran a camera and decided that additional work had to be done--$2,000. They said that any other plumber would charge at least an additional $2,000 for the same work. At this point I decided to get other bids. Three other plumbers gave the initial trenchless line bid at $5,000 to $6,000. These plumbers got 4 stars with yelp. I would never recommend this company!!!
