Currently one of my favorite boba spots! Location is a little hard to find. It is right next to Bruster's ice cream along the side of the street. There is a shared parking lot in the plaza so parking is easy, but it gets busy during the weekends because of the other restaurants around the area. Hands down my favorite boba spot at the moment. I love the fact that they sell house-made , uniquely flavored boba. It has the qq texture I expect from boba, but with a handmade texture to it as well. You can definitely tell it's handmade because even when I drink the boba the next day, after putting it in the fridge, it's still chewable! You definitely can't get that with factory made boba. I've tried a variety of drinks: 1) Mr.Sun Special/Mr.Sun Mango: So good! I can see why it's one of their signature drink. Unfortunately you can't control the sweetness, but it's a great caffeine-great option. 2) Rainbow Milk Tea (30% sugar): Love the rainbow boba as it adds a slight hint of mango, strawberry, or sweetness to your milk tea. This really allows you to appreciate their boba 3) Jasmine Green Tea (30% sugar): Great option when you're feeling something light. Something about their tea is extra fragrant. I typically pair it with their mango boba and it's amazing. 4) Mango Green Tea (30% sugar): Another great option with a light mango taste. Like that it comes with Crystal boba and Mango boba. Great boba, great tea and great service! This has been my go to spot for awhile and I have tried a lot of their menu items and pearl types. Everything is pretty good and consistent in quality, my go-to orders are either the jasmine tea with mango boba or the osmanthus oolong with mango boba (the creamer is non dairy which my lactose intolerant ass is very grateful for). The mango and strawberry boba pearls are insane! They have the texture of normal pearls but also taste really natural rather than a synthetic jelly. They also make their pearls in house which can be super mesmerizing to watch. The owner and staff are all sweethearts and you should definitely try this spot at least once! read more

Try the Mr. Sun Special!! Their strawberry boba tastes unique and the drink itself is a nice slushy. The Mr. Sun Mango was pretty good too with the mango boba. The boba doesn't taste like your typical boba it has more of a mochi texture. I also like that their matcha smoothie has a real matcha taste. None of the drinks I've tried so far have been overly sweet or tasted artificial. Interior is spacious and clean, it looks really new. Worth a try if you want quality boba! read more

I'm pretty bummed because I had heard such good things about Mr Sun Tea, but honestly, every time I've come here, I've found that my drink has just been pretty average. Maybe I'm not trying the right drinks, but I've tried the the Panda Milk Tea, the Three Brothers Milk Tea, the Mango Green Tea, and the Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea (usually before I write a review for boba places, I like to try multiple things, haha!). All of the drinks I found to be comparable to other boba places, but nothing special. To their credit though, they do have some very unique drinks, namely the Mr Sun Green Tea, which they make with non-alcoholic Heineken Beer. It sounds a little scary, honestly, but I had a friend try it and really like it, so that will be the next drink I try if I go back. Will update review if I try it! read more

The young lady at the cashier had attitude, mentioning we do not serve boba with frozen drinks? Before I got to finish, she mentioned we only serve with milk tea. I am not sure if it was just a miscommunication or she was having a bad day? Atleast be considerate and recommend me on want I am ordering similar to it. She kept forcing it, sweetness percentage, how much ice? My goodness. Let me gather my thoughts first. I do not go here on a regular basis, she is very impatient. This might be my go-to Boba spot if I lived closer. Drinks only come in large size but are reasonably priced, especially since you're getting fresh made, flavored Boba. Got a mango green tea with crystal ball and mango Boba. Both bobas have great textures and contrast well. Since we love Bobba drinks and spend a lot on it( kinda how most people need their Starbucks fix, outs is a Boba fix). Naturally, when a new Bobba place opens, we try it out. Tried Mr. Sun Tea on the way home to grab the opportunity to try this place. Line was moderately long and the staff busy with orders. Unfortunately, our first take-out experience from this place was unpleasant. BE CAREFUL buying from this Bobba place. You need to check if they will screw up your order. See attached photos. Other Bobba places that we frequent that are just as busy( Ding Tea, T4, I-Tea to name a few) never gets their order wrong despite being overwhelmed. I called them to provide feedback a few hours later and are brushed off that they are busy, they are sorry and will call back to make it right, but never do. Even provided the rewards number as the call back. Hope this helps anyone who will try out this place,, hopefully, you never experience their screw up or that you are aware how they screw up and will check your order before leaving. Ordering system is 2 ways: there's a contactlrss ordering system at the back. Them there is a cashier taking your order, and giving us a sample of thrir made from scratch strawberry, mango or brown sugar tapioca pearls. You can taste the real fruut puree flavors, and textures are bouncy, better than qq, and chewy. They are also known for their tea blend. It is very good compared to Gong Cha. Ice that they use are like pellets that are perfect for drinks that have a lot of topping options. Overall, their drinks are spectacular excellent. Drink menu is excellent too. I think I saw a bubble milk tea with Heineken non-alcoholic beer featured for this month. It's posted on the side of the ordering window. The drinks will remain cold for more than 1 hour. My brother and sister-in-law said their teeth were sensitive to very cold foods. But it was delicious! A great snack, thirst quencher on a hot Sunday. 5/5. Ambiance is very classy, calming and nice.
