This is not a fancy place but the pizza is pretty good. Ive eaten here twice in the past 5 years; once was to order a whole pie, the other for a few slices. The pie is nothing fancy a simple cheese or pepperoni, there are also some sandwiches and other items that i will try next time Im down there. One of the worst restaurants experiences I've had in my life. They made us use the atm because the there machines were not working so an extra 3 dollars. Then they are more interested in the golf on tv than the customer. Ordered two slices of pepperoni that are premade and sitting for who knows how many hours. Sat down for 20 mins allllll alone in the tiny restaurant to watch another customer walk in and get the same thing in 1 minute and then I tell them hey I've been waiting 20 mins and then they said they forgot about us sitting less than 5 feet away from them for 20 mins talking about tiger woods. One bite everyone knows the rules. I give this pizza a solid 7. We ordered their cheese pizza and it was pretty good. A nice cheese blend and a decent crust. It's a small restaurant and there is only one location in Key West. They do takeout, delivery, or you can sit in their location. There is only a few chairs indoors but it is a nice ambiance. Be prepared for them to tell you that they don't have the time or capacity to make a Stromboli or anything special. Mr Z's is so good!!! After a long day of drinking down Duval Street - carbs, cheese and meat sounded like the most amazing way to end the night. You can walk, moped, or stumble over to Mr Z's - but whatever you do you should totally find a way there because it is delicious! Mr Z's is super tiny - and when I arrived there was a line out the door. but don't be discouraged, the line moves fairly quickly. They offer hot and cold subs, pizza and fries but what spoke to me post-margaritas was the cheesesteak. I ordered mine with mushrooms and onions topped with provolone cheese. Boy oh boy. This was glorious. I spotted folks inhaling pizza, some chowing down on amazing looking cheese fries and of course, myself living my best life with my cheesesteak. They were formerly cash only....we knew that cash only model wouldn't last but we understand and appreciate the effort to shun the credit industry (blood suckers). The four-man working 07/27/2022 were rude, condescending, impatient, and unhelpful. The cashier would not make eye contact and was disrespectful when my child asked him a question. I am going to stick with my original review, but correct the typo's. I have tried to like this place, as so many of my friends love to patronize this business and swear its the greatest. I will still tell you please never patronise this business. Its cram packed with drunk tourists and rude staff. The staff seem to hate locals, when they find out your local they do everything they can to *uck up your order or charge you for a pizza and hold on to it and serve 20 other people before they give you your order.
