When a lady takes the order, she usually interrupts me at the "double baconmaster " and asks if I want onions pickles and whatever. So I have to say no, and say "no lettuce no tomatoes". She then asks again to confirm about onions and pickles etc. NOOOOOO I don't want anything more, just listen to what I want!!! Today in particular, this new lady that I never interacted with, did the same thing and made it very difficult and unpleasant. I wish the servers stopped being pushy and learned to just listen. It's probably ok to ask for extras at the end, but let the customer finish the order please. I'll keep my review 5* for now, but it bothers me so much that I might knock it down if this doesn't change, it ruins my experience. Edit 4/25/2026: okay, exactly the day after this review, I went back. A young male server takes the order, today I ordered my usual, but I did not say no lettuce no tomatoes (want the full experience today). There was decent flavors too. My only issue is the price. I'm won't be picking up food here anytime soon as I don't think the price is fair or accurate. I find this to be a running theme with one off family run businesses who have no experience or background in pricing. It's pretty clear that they don't bother doing enough market or competitive research. Instead they charge whatever they want. Until there's common sense prices I'm going to keep looking. I do recommend this place, please check them out if you can afford it because the food is great.
