And now an even closer location in Plainview! Pretty soon they're gonna open one right in my backyard or something haha. It is a lovely spot for authentic French-inspired pastries and coffee. I've had everything here including cupcakes, brownies, croissants, macarons, cookies, madelines, etc. I've also come here to get a small cake for special occasions. It is also a very nice place to come with friends and enjoy a coffee and pastries. The elegant, pristine interior with marble accents and beautiful displays creates a welcoming Parisian vibe. Perfect for a quick treat or relaxed sit-down. I love the cookies here, they're soft and chewy unlike the Plainview FWS I always leave with a giant bag of 5 of every different flavor of cookie(chocolate chip, nutella, oreo, pistachio, etc) because the texture is so soft and smooth. I noticed my favorite cookie baking in the sun's rays and I had to give it a try. I've been looking for the best black and white cookie since my last favorite bakery closed down over ten years ago. I have to say that this is it!!!! I am so stoked. I'll definitely be back again. As soon as I paid for my cookie someone else walked in behind me and was quick to place their order right after.
