I did and he was great. Totally understood the diet restriction and said he would make it. Took about 10 minutes and it was pretty good. He was polite and friendly too. Back inside as we waited for our pizza we were checking out the coffee shop and couldn't help to notice the same woman who took my pizza order was handling the register and also helping make some matcha. The problem is while touching all kinds of things at the front counter she then was shaking up matcha in a bottle but covering the opening with her bare thumb, then wiping it on her pants and going back to the next one. Not very sanitary for making beverages. Another display of poor customer service was when I asked if parking free or paid outside and where is the kiosk to pay. The same worker kind of shrugged at me and said I think it's paid, but looked like she couldn't care less. I said even for customers eating here it's paid? She said yeah. Well after reading thru some other Yelp reviews they mentioned the four 20 minute parking spots out front. Sheesh. Like could you be less helpful with a new customer.
