I'm glad to finally have a good Vietnamese place in Issaquah! Food is very tasty, fresh, and the portions are generous. I've loved everything I've gotten from here. I've only ever to-go so I can't speak to the sit-down service. Based on the food alone it should be a 4 or 4.5 star review, but I'm docking two stars. First, the prices are HIGH. Second, my to-go orders are consistently incorrect. I have called to have it fixed and the restaurant will happily take care of it. But sometimes I don't realize the order is incorrect until I've gotten home and unpacked everything, and I just don't have it in me to go all the way back down there to fix something that should've been correct in the first place. I get a lot of banh mis from here and it's honestly a 50/50 chance if it's the banh mi I ordered. I've ordered pulled pork and gotten grilled pork or chicken, for example. BUT their banh mis are the best in the area, so I take that gamble every time I get a craving and I'm too lazy to go somewhere more consistent. read more

The food is good but the portions have shrunk significantly 30-40% over the last few months, which makes the "higher prices" they charge not worth it. The last few times we went, it was very noticeable, especially for my kids. We left still hungry. Hopefully they hear this review and revert back to the portions they use to serve. Stumbled across Ms Saigon after stopping at REI. We decided to give it a try. Very glad we did. We have been looking for really good Pho in Issaquah for a few years, but have not been successful. We are now! Really enjoyed our meals both times we stopped. I can't say anything extra about service or ambience for dine in because both times we took it to go. The food here is great. Definitely like it much more than Vinason. They price is right, it's nice and clean, and they aren't playing annoying shows or sports on their tv. (They show landscapes on it and it really adds to the ambiance.) the service here is great too. Staff is kind and responsive. We come here all the time. read more

We ordered the Spicy Lemongrass Pho and the steak Pho Your Way and were completely blown away. The regular Steak Pho was nice but the Spicy Lemongrass Pho was definitely the winner of the night. The beef rib was incredibly tender and the portion size was huge. The flavors were well balanced and I can't wait to come back. Drink-wise we ordered the strawberry fruit tea and the mango lemonade. Both were delicious and not overly sweetened. We got there pretty late in the evening so unfortunately they were out of pearls, but I'll get them next time! read more

I have eaten here twice because it had good reviews. Ordered from Uber eats first time was disappointed it was very pricy for some mediocre pho. Ate there the second time in the restaurant because I figured it might have been that I had to reheat it. But nope it was not good and just lacked flavor. Wouldn't recommend. Upon walking into this restaurant 1 hour before closing, my friend and I wanted to sit at the booth, there were plenty of tables and only a couple families. They said sure at first and then another server came and said no because they were closing soon and wanted to keep that side clean. Later on a couple more families came in and sat at that section anyway. The service was not very good, they were walking past when we tried to get their attention. We waited 20 minutes for our pho to come out. And the pho was mid. I ordered brisket and got mostly fat. Ended up paying $17 dollars for soggy noodles and fat. read more

I tried their Vietnamese bo ne and their garlic noodles with prawns. The restaurant decor gives a clean and sleek look, very modern. We came around 7:30PM. Although the restaurant was quite packed, the food arrived quickly. Staff was really nice and helpful, great service. Recommend coming here with family and friends. read more

the service here is horrible. After ordering our food, we waited 40mins with no sign of our food. We checked the waiter and they just said the kitchen messed up our order. No apologies and no eta at all. We had to call another waitress to ask for an eta. They said it's about 3 mins. But guess what, another ten mins with other tables order came out, we still had an empty table! In the end we left without having anything there! Waste of time. I think they're just OK. Had their specials (Cast Iron Skillet and Pho Beef Ribs) , and I was not impressed. Their basic phos and rice dishes were not anything praiseworthy. Primarily, my objection lies with the broth. Couple other nearby pho restaurants serves much better broth. read more

It's new and clean, and that's the best part about this place. We've been here 4 times and it's been very inconsistent. First visit was lemongrass pho was very good, though pricey at $18. Kids chicken pho was pretty good, but also pricey. $10 for a small bowl of just noodles and a little meat, no toppings. Service was great. Second visit, same lemongrass pho, the surface of the broth was completely covered in pepper flakes. I like spicy, but that was way over the top and not enjoyable at all. Hoping it was a one-off... third visit, kids brisket pho, veggie pho and one more shot at the spicy lemongrass. Not bad, not great. Fourth time, garlic seafood pho, small bowl with seafood overcooked to the point of being almost inedible. Like, really not good, and it's $20. Ridiculous. Poor service this time. With so many Vietnamese restaurants to chose from in Issaquah, it can be hard to know where to start, but I definitely have a new favorite after trying Ms Saigon Kitchen last night. I walked in and was promptly seated by and was able to order relatively quickly. I ordered the vermicelli noodle bowl with an added spring roll, and I was impressed by the portion size given that it was only $17, when I typically expect to pay ~$20. The ambiance was great, it is clear they spent considerable time and effort into making it a comfortable, light-filled space. I'll be back a few times this week to take advantage of their 20% off deal, which (I think) runs through the 21st of September. All in all, a great restaurant! read more

We did carry out, was still fresh when we got home. Ordered the calamari appetizer, short rib noodle bowl, banh mi, and brisket pho. Ordered garlic noodles for the kids--skip this, even tho it says spaghetti noodles I was expecting them to make it dynamite, and it was very bland. I'd recommend the noodle bowl, the flavors are authentic and the short rib was a nice cut. I wish they wouldn't cut the noodles though, that was just weird. Brisket pho was ok, but kinda pricey for just a kids serving of beef & noods. It is nice to have a Viet place with some different options other than pho. read more

save money & go elsewhere with better service & better quality food. place is aesthetic looking. the food & service is where it lacks. got a steak pho- expensive for pho with overcooked noodles. water glass was very dirty on the inside- didn't want to drink from it. & the service was not good. to start off they sat us in a booth & then made us move to the other side- we asked if we could stay seated, they said that they were closing this area to clean. shortly after they made us move, a family came in- who was asian and they got seated & served right away & they got to sit "anywhere you'd like". this felt like discrimination not gonna lie. never given napkins- had to ask several times for one. & it took 20mins for a bowl of pho when there were only 3 tables filled. read more
