We started our kitchen remodels and we went to MSI to look at slabs and tile. We wanted a quartzite natural stone for the counter and tile for the floor. Everyone at MSI were not only knowledgeable about their products but were always available to answer questions and help in any way. They were very professional and friendly. Although they were all really helpful (kitchen remodels are huge projects and can be daunting and overwhelming ). Destiny and Asim were truly AWESOME. They both went out of their way to help us get the exact product that we wanted for our kitchen. We weren't completely happy when we viewed our slabs that we reserved and Destiny helped us get the slabs that were perfect. Asim got the slabs for us to view. They both really took the time and went above and way beyond to get the product that we wanted. My husband and I were so impressed on how much time and energy they both put in to meet our needs. We both felt that we were indeed lucky that we came to MSI. Highly recommend MSI for any project that you need any tile, slab, stone etc. for. We had a terrible experience at this place. The two employees we dealt with were dishonest and unprofessional, showing no integrity in their work. We worked with two staff members, Carlos and Asim, to put three slabs on hold. Carlos repeatedly suggested that we bribe him or buy him lunch or dinner to ensure the slabs were reserved for us. We assumed he was joking, albeit inappropriately. They assured us that the slabs would be held for two days so we could finalize the purchase with our fabricator. However, just one day later, we discovered that the slabs had never been placed on hold--they were already sold. We went back to the store to get answers, but they offered no explanation. It seemed likely that someone else had bribed them to secure the slabs. To make matters worse, Asim tried to show us "new" slabs that had supposedly just arrived. In reality, these were the same slabs we had seen on our previous visit. This was yet another lie and another example of their deceptive practices. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I asked a couple of employees for help up at the front desk , they weren't much help , However a employee who was also up front at the desk jumped right in with GREAT ideas ! Corey was my life line to modernize my old tired kitchen . I was pleased to have been helped my Sebastian, he was very helpful along the way, he made me feel as if I was not taking his time at all, Sebastian was very patient and was able to explain all of the products that they had and run back and forth with me without being annoyed. This was the second time I went there to look at my slab for my Kitchen island and they had no problem pulling the slab so I could tape out the frame. The first time they actually put it in front of the lights so I could see the quartz lines for backlighting. This place is amazing! read more

Meh is one of the largest surfaces distributors in the USA. they dont sell to the public as distributors they protect the trade. If you need or want a design session. the best choice is to find a designer by your own. MSI its a distributor not a design place or contractors office. read more
