We declined to sit on the patio next to the smoker as it was filled with smoke, but on the other side of the restaurant we could enjoy our lunch outside without coughing and we could actually see each other at the opposite side of the table. Really good burgers. I have been intrigued with the idea of peanut butter on a burger, but heard such mixed reviews on Yo Mammas, I never made it there. When I saw it on Mugshots menu, I knew I had to get it. I added grape jelly and bacon (might as well, right?) Sounds strange, but it works. The burger was cooked perfectly, sourdough bun held up nicely. The only complaint was that it's very rich, but that's to be expected. Husband had the McDonald burger and said it was really good. I loved their beer battered fries. Reminded me of a crispy, thinner version of dinner fries. Service was decent. read more

We chose the sampler trio for our appetizer which consisted of fried mushrooms, nachos and mild Chuck's Clucks. The app was everything we had hoped for. For my entree, I had ordered the Cajun Dixie Chicken sandwich with onion rings as my side. It was absolutely delicious and I'd recommend this pick for any chicken lover. My husband ordered the Comeback Burger with a side of beer battered fries which is a burger they are famous for. He enjoyed it so much that he wants to buy one a week!! Our server was very polite but not very quick as to bring us our initial drinks and refills which is why I'm subtracting a star. We were seated next to the drink machine. We've dined here 3 or 4 times. Similar to what others seem to have found, we think the food is pretty great, but the service is pretty lame. There seem to be plenty of servers, but on every visit they all seem confused about who is the designated waiter for which tables. Service was OK, I think we had a new employee and she was nice but not that quick like an experienced server. Burgers were excellent. Slightly undercooked from medium rare requested, but the flavor was great and had good texture. The bun was very good as well, but it is listed as toasted on menu but was buttered and toasted, which OK but probably should have stated on menu. The onion rings were fantastic. Cooked well and good batter. Fries are beer battered and very good. Shredded lettuce and a overripe tomato were not at home on a burger of this quality. Can improve that for sure. First time here. Staff was friendly upon entering.I ordered a blackened shrimp pasta- it was awful, the "toast " was cold. For the sauce that was actually on it,which was almost nothing, was completely bland, I honestly felt like this was,from the kitchen a zero effort "I don't care just throw it out there and make them pay for it "dish. So I sent it back,and ordered a burger instead. I ordered a berry vodka drink while I was waiting,which tasted like an old premade drink that looked like dirty dishwater. The server stopped by three different times over the course of a half hour to Tell me that was she was going to check on my order. By this time, my family was done eating so I just took mine to go. The McDonald is a must, it's moist yet robust. The fries can't be beat, and the decor is incredibly friendly. Above all though, was my server Christina, who was cordial and amiable. The bus boy, didn't catch his name, gave a smile that said "I'm here, I'm happy, but it's what you want". I love the Mahi Mahi and the fried mushrooms. Burgers are prepared very well. This restaurant is shooting for the moon, and even if they hit hard times, they'll still be among the stars. read more

I'm giving three stars because the first time I came here for two ladies working the bar Rick stream Lee friendly and made me feel welcome. They went on to share the history of the business etc.I felt comfortable to return. Today was a little different. Because I waited nearly 25 minutes for some hot wings the first time, I decided to call my order in today. I ordered a " come back burger" I have to say the burger was pretty tasty. However customer service today was lacking hard. I sat down at the bar as instructed to for it to go order. The bartender did not even acknowledge me and for the first five minutes I was there even though there was only one other person at the bar. Finally he pointed in my general direction and said are you here for pick up? I told him yes and my name and he said OK. Another five minutes passes by and he's talking to staff members about who knows what. Finally I look over and my burger has been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I say who knows how long because once I finally went to eat it it was cold and the fries were very cold. Which basically means that the 10 minutes I was sitting at the bar my food was probably just sitting there ready and the bartender just decided getting me my food while it was still warm wasn't a priority. The food was good. I had the Peanut Butter Burger, which was a fun and delicious experience for me. But I ordered the sweet potato fries on the side and there were barely any on the plate. It was ok because I was full after the burger, but there was almost no point in adding the sweet potato fries because there were so few of them. I felt like I paid for more than I got. I might have liked the experience more if the place wasn't so noisy and crowded. That isn't really the restaurants fault I guess, but the poor waitress was rushing from one table to the other and we had to shout our orders to her. We were seated very close to the other tables, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I doubt I'll go back again. read more

Ate there last night and just had an awful experience unfortunately. I had ordered the pot roast burger and my friend and I shared some fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were ok, pretty normal there. But my pot roast burger was so wet, the burger fell apart and was inedible. I took literally maybe 2 or 3 bites of it then just stopped. But then our waiter (Daryl I believe) came and asked if I needed a box. I proceeded to explain that I couldn't even eat the burger because it was so wet from something on the burger, that all the buns were completely falling apart and all the fries were soggy and had basically turned to mush. Thing is as I started to explain, he just walked away. I got as far as "No thank you, I couldn't eat the..." then he walked off. Now I don't know about Mugshots, but at most restaurants, if you see a customer hadn't eaten any of their entrée and doesn't want a box, you listen to their concerns, maybe offer an alternative option, and you DEFINITELY don't charge them. But nope. $20+ for basically fried mushrooms, a coke since that's all we ate. Definitely not a good dining experience and not good customer service. read more

I first have to say I rated Mugshots at two stars because I have previously had five and four star experiences at this restaurant. Walking into the restaurant at 7:30 on a Monday night, my wife and I were greeted as a nuisance rather then guests. We sat down and received unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. The food came out and the burgers were somewhat dry and the fries were cold. The service was great after being seated, however the food left a lot to be desired. Hopefully they can be more consistent. Love the concept and product. Just not very consistent at the moment. read more

Multiple times we had to ask other waitresses for help multiple times before we got a refill.
