The total cost for parts and labor to replace the battery fuse was $320. And they completed the work within an hour. They had a customer waiting room with free coffee and tea. There is also free Wi-Fi available which for me at that particular day and time had some problems and seemed slow and unreliable. Overall the staff are friendly and welcoming and took the time to explain things when asked. A confusing thing with the Tesla experience is that the mobile app will tell you to drop off the car in a specific place in the parking lot while the expectation at the service center is to drive your car into the service center to drop it off.
