    I had a crack in my model x that's about 3 feet long. It started as a small dot from a pebble and then grew little by little everyday, and by day 7, the crack was 3 feet wide in an angle. I initially scheduled an appointment a made first available around 2 week mark. But when the crack grew so big, we dropped it off at service center around 10pm on a Friday night. We just left it there with no one around. We left a note in a ziploc bag with our key and dropped it in key mailbox. We were scared that the entire windshield will shatter while driving and we didn't want to take that risk. That's just stupid. We'd rather be safe than sorry, causing a major accident. The next day, a Tesla guy called me and I was so relieved. They took care of my car within a few days. Had to take a bit longer due to decreased manpower in house from exposure to COVID-19, and I completely understand that. We communicated a lot via texting, this is the best way to communicate with me because I can't always answer personal calls with what I do. Another thing happened to my car, not related to windshield: 1. Infotainment would turn off, turned off while charging and wouldn't turn back on until after 30 mins or so of driving. Yes to soft and hard resets. Still it working. And yes, tracking the recall. Car is still drivable and I need to go places so I drive it. The dashboard is still working and I can track the speed. 2. Heat stopped working - they texted and would have come to my work, but I park in a card access garage therefore I have to bring to service center. 3. Nail in tire - I don't know what they'll do yet, but I trust them that they'll help me take care of it. All in all I'm super happy with their service. It's not like when you go to other high end service centers... I don't really care about that stuff. I just want the car to get fixed and go. I'm so thankful they always try and offer mobile service. That's one of the reasons why we got a Tesla for services like that. I have a pleasure of working with Dan, Denis (via text) and Jose (tech). Thank you for your great customer service!

    I don't know why there's all the hate on here! It is in an obscure location, not what I had in mind when purchasing a vehicle from such a sexy automotive company. The whole dealership-in-a-strip-mall-by-a-gym, didn't seem on brand but the employees were able to salvage the experience. Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly, and even helped us set our driver's profiles beforehand. Keeping in mind you are now buying your typical car, from a very a-typical company, there's no need to have a new-age car lot because people are going there to mill about or kick tires. The buyers already chose and designed their own cars; all of the enhancements and add-ons come straight from the assembly line, so there is no haggling or the need to put on a "let me go talk to my manager" performances. We want to get in, get out, and enjoy our new T E S L A so this dealership serves that purpose.

    Fast and easy delivery, Mario answered all my questions and pulled my car around early. Service helped me get the correct charger plug adapter.

    I really like this service center. The guys there are really professional and all gentleman. I'm a youngish guy and they treat me like any other valued customer. I would hate to go to the Lexus dealership previously when I had an RX and they look at me like I'm some punk. They fixed all of the delivery issues that I had which was a minor nick on the trunk. Very easy to schedule and gave me a loaner. I got some little goodwill as well which they included for free which was a pleasant surprise. Their cars are amazing as well always helps.

    I was having difficulty with my car and walked into the dealership and Muj is a super awesome guy who helped me tremendously. The poor guy even stood in the rain and helped me understand how to properly work my car. I really appreciate his sincere intent to help me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Tesla. Muj definitely went above and beyond what was expected to help me. Thank you Muj!!!!

    Model 3, Model S, and Model X are by far the safest, most reliable, advance cars on the road by YEARS! Having 3 layers of security (360 degree cameras, Radar, and Ultrasonic Sonar) Traffic-Aware Cruise Control and Auto steer while driving brings the utmost peace of mind. Saving 10's of thousand of dollars not paying for gas or maintenance EVERY YEAR is something I haven't gotten use to, truly and unbelievable line of cars. Thank you Elon and the employees of Tesla for always being so passionate about your products. DON'T LISTEN TO FAKE NEWS, UNETHICAL LIES! These cars will save your life.

I inquired about the vehicle on Saturday, May 23, 2026. I received an iPacket at about 3:26 p.m. and an email shortly after saying the vehicle was available. Since I was already in Illinois and interested in the car, I drove about 45 minutes and roughly 45 miles out of my way to see it. When I arrived, we were able to visually inspect the car. While we were looking for it, the salesperson asked whether I had already been in before to look at that same vehicle, which made me wonder if there was already some confusion about its status. After looking it over, I asked to hear it run. When the salesperson went to get the keys, I was then told the vehicle was being bought or held by someone else. The salesperson offered to help us look at other vehicles, but at that point I decided we were done and left. The next day, the same vehicle was still listed on the dealership's website with options to confirm availability, schedule a test drive, and start the buying process. I understand used cars can sell quickly, and I am not saying anyone acted intentionally. I also realise this may not be unique to this dealership. But from a customer's point of view, the communication and inventory status were not handled well. In 2026, the technology exists to avoid sending customers to see vehicles that are already sold, held, or otherwise unavailable. At minimum, listings should be updated promptly or clearly marked as pending. If the industry cannot do that consistently, clearer rules may be needed. Given the extra time and mileage, some acknowledgement of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. None was offered. Based on my experience, I would not make another trip to this dealership unless a manager confirmed in writing that the exact vehicle was available, on site, ready to be started, and actually being held for my appointment.

Our positive experience with Carl lived up to the dealership's stellar reputation for exceptional customer service and zero pressure buying. Carl was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered our questions. The entire process was seamless since you only deal with one person, the consultant/salesperson. After settling on the purchase of the car, we also met Daniel Pango, when discussing my trade-in (a 2015 Toyota Highlander which never had one problem in the decade I owned it). They are eager to buy used cars and gave us a very fair price. Lexus consistently ranks at the top for reliability and high owner satisfaction, making them the benchmark for quality. I'm excited to own a Lexus. In the rare event I may have an issue with my car, I have no doubt my experience with the Service Dept will be on par with our exemplary experience with Carl. I highly recommend Carl Ritz and Highland Park Lexus. You can tell this family business prides itself on cultivating long term relationships with their customers.

    .Very disappointing and stressful experience with Genesis of Highland Park involving my 2024…read moreGenesis GV80. I brought my vehicle in after a check engine light appeared briefly. By the time I dropped the vehicle off, the warning light had already disappeared and the vehicle was driving normally with no drivability issues. Despite the vehicle having less than 10,000 miles, Brian from the service department later informed me that there was fuel contamination and that I would be responsible for nearly $800 because it supposedly would not be covered under warranty. Later, Service Director Salman Syed changed the explanation and claimed the vehicle had up to 10% water contamination. However, no formal laboratory report, quantified testing documentation, or objective evidence was ever provided to support such a serious diagnosis. When I requested proof, I was only shown a photo of a test tube. I was later informed that the original fuel sample had been discarded, making independent verification impossible. Because the explanations kept changing and the diagnosis did not make sense based on the actual condition of my vehicle, I lost confidence in the dealership's diagnostic process and immediately retrieved my vehicle. I then took the vehicle directly to an independent repair facility where the fuel was drained and inspected in front of me personally. No water contamination was found, and I have photographs documenting the inspection process. The vehicle has continued operating normally. What concerns me most is not simply the proposed charge, but the lack of transparency, the conflicting explanations, the absence of verifiable testing documentation, and the dismissive handling of legitimate concerns after independent inspection evidence was provided. Even after escalating the matter to management, including Joey Gesualdo of Gregory Auto Group, the response I received was extremely impersonal and dismissive. Rather than seriously addressing the contradictions, lack of verifiable evidence, and the stress this situation caused, the dealership simply stated that its "position remains unchanged" and considered the matter closed without providing any meaningful explanation or sincere apology. Unfortunately, this experience significantly damaged my confidence not only in this dealership, but also in the Genesis brand overall. I strongly recommend that customers request complete documentation and seek an independent second opinion before accepting serious diagnostic conclusions from this dealership.

I had a specific configuration in mind , and although it wasn't readily available, Theresa went the extra mile by exploring regional and national inventory to help me track it down. I visited several Genesis dealerships during my search, but Highland Park truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt different -- warmer, more personal, and refreshingly low-pressure. Theresa's communication was exceptional: honest, informative, and always prompt. She patiently walked me through everything, including advanced features like Remote Smart Parking Assist and Highway Driving Assist, and explained financing options clearly. And let's talk about the dealership itself -- the modern glass building is absolutely stunning. The waiting lounge is bright, clean, and genuinely relaxing. One of my favorite parts? The huge glass wall overlooking the service bay, where you can see the technicians working on vehicles in real time. It's a small touch that shows full transparency and reflects the trust-based experience they provide.
