My boyfriend and I went around lunch time. We didn't know the menu and I wasn't able to see it that well. Mac did their best to help me pick something based off of what I like. They were very helpful in getting us whatever we needed. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The food was very good as well. 1. Customer service: AMAZING. Everyone is very upbeat and friendly. The lady at the cash register really took her time to suggest and describe menu items which I really appreciated. 2. Vegan friendly options. 3. Big breakfast and lunch menu!! My boyfriend got a French toast breakfast which he said was delicious. The home fries we were not fond of as the seasoning was very strange and overly salted. I had the chicken tender club sandwich! I made my own Sriracha mayo which made it even more delicious. The chicken was crispy and juicy which I loved. The fries weren't seasoned with anything and although they were fresh out of the fryer they were very soggy. Food came out very fast and was nice and hot when they gave it to us. That's always nice. They also have a variety of hot sauces you can use. I ordered Munch Box from Postmates this morning, and the order came to me completely (and pretty hilariously) wrong. This was my first time trying Munch Box, and I ordered both the Philly Bowl and the Tijuana Hot Bagel Sandwich. The Philly Bowl came in tact and was very good! The bagel sandwich, however, did not show up at all. Instead I received just a box of bacon with melted cheese on it, and a small container of cream cheese. They forgot to put in the main part of the meal! Maybe the sandwich was so good that the person preparing it just couldn't resist, and ate it themselves. I'm hoping one day I can enjoy this bagel sandwich. Until that day... I am picking at this plate of cheese bacon and cream cheese. NEW INFO: Apparently I have to build the sandwich myself on the Postmates app. Did not know that. So make sure if you order something, you go through all the options to order it! ADDITIONAL UPDATE: The owner of Munch Box reached out to me and apologized for the mishap. It was an honest miscommunication on the Postmates app while ordering. The owner was really nice about the whole thing. I've changed my review to 5 stars for the amazing customer service. I think I'd ask for it with no bun next time, since I didn't eat any of the bun anyway. We had a range of different items, but everyone really liked theirs. I really use to love this place until today! I placed an online order at 10:48am with a pick up time of 11:03. I had some errands to run and didn't show up until 11:15. Wow how about were really busy and we didnt print your online order until 11:14 (i have email proof of my online order at 10:48 btw) and can u just give us a lil more time to prepare. Cool! It was basically a loco moco burger. It came with an angus burger, egg, bacon, cheese curds, and fries and GRAVY! It is a little messy but I didn't mind that factor at all. The whole burger together was finger licking amazing! I enjoyed every bite. I halfed with my friend my burger and he gave me half of his philly. I ain't gonna lie that was pretty good too, but mine was amazing. I wouldn't have been able to finish it myself to be honest. But I give it a 10/10 for being an amazing burger.
