The arrived at 12:45p although their appointment was 8am. They immediately told me that 2 people for 2 hours couldn't do what I've consistently had 1 person do in 4 hrs. As stated in my previous review, Munoz Cleaning & Services charged me $109 dollars (via groupon) for 4 hours of cleaning. They only sent one person to clean my whole condo (1500 sq ft 2bedroom 2full baths). The cleaner spent over 2 hours in my master bathroom alone and then rushed through the rest of the place because she knew she didn't have much more time for the rest of the condo. As a result, only one room got really clean - see my previous review - (and I was told they did a VERY good job by a friend who referred them to me). After a long and arduous battle with them about getting just half of a refund (not even a full refund), I was actually able to talk to someone there and they made it right. I can't deride an entire company's cleaning prowess because of one person (who knows, maybe they have other cleaners who make them proud), so yes, they did refund me half of what I paid ($50) and they offered a discount on a future cleaning. I would cautiously recommend them to other people because they did come through for me and made it right with me. However, I would say, make sure if you pay for a 4 hour cleaning and only one cleaner shows up, be weary and demand they send at least two people. They were genuinely sorry for what I experienced and apologized as well. I'd give them another chance and use them in the future. read more

This was the worst cleaning job I have ever had. My floors are still filthy with food stuck to them. They look like they used a dirty mop and went over them. The bases of the toilets still have dust on them. There is residue on the counters and shelves in the bathrooms and some were even missed. The tv still has a dusty screen. My daughter said she never heard them turn on water. How do you clean without using water? I paid for 4 hours and the girls were gone in less than 2 hours. There was still so much that needed to be done. I have used other cleaning services in the past and I will never use this one ever again. I left my daughter $20 to give to the cleaners and if I had been home, they would not have gotten the tip. If I could give 0 stars I would!! read more

Love this place! It has taken a long time to find a good cleaning company that does a really good job but also doesn't try to charge way more than they should. All the other cleaning companies wanted to charge $300 and above for the areas I needed cleaned. Well, not everyone has that kind of money in their budget. Also, Amy helps with scheduling and she is WONDERFUL. She is very professional and stays in communication to let me know when the maid service will arrive. The young girl who came to clean our house was so so sweet. She is very thorough and asks questions to make sure she cleaning what I really need cleaned. WOW!!! Hector just left our aparmtment and boy oh boy did he do a SWELL job!!! He came on time with all his supplies, professionally dressed and ready to CLEAN! He was very detailed and throrough with his cleaning. He did our kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms within 2 hours. He even stayed over the time he was supposed to clean for to finish the second bathroom. He was really polite, professional and always was smiling ear to ear. I purchased a Groupon about a little over a month ago for a 2 hour cleaning. The girl was an hour late... No phone call to give me a heads up and no apology when she showed up. She did a great job on the house though. I called them last week to schedule another two hour cleaning. I found out it was a dollar more than what I paid for the Groupon. This time they were 20 minutes late before I got a phone call saying the girl had "car trouble" but there will be two girls showing up to clean for an hour. They got to my house about 30 min later. The vacuuming looked half-assed, but the rest of the house looked great. I won't be calling Munoz Cleaning again though. Showing up an hour after a scheduled time is not acceptable. read more

*****WORST SERVICE EVER***ONE MONTH TODAY & STILL THE NIGHTMARE GOES ON*** ****ALWAYS TARDY EVEN WHEN THEY PICK A TIME**** Here's a sample of one of the many emails I've had to write today: Today marks 4 weeks since since your crew cleaned our place and ruined our hardwood floors. We didn't ask for a refund or free cleaning, or anything. We have been patiently waiting for Munoz Cleaning to fix our floors. If now you think that our attitude is problematic, sure. We are frustrated and annoyed. We have been extremely patient until now. Munoz Cleaning crew cleaned our place on Wednesday, April 20. We contacted Munoz Cleaning the morning of April 21 and reported the problem with tiles, mirrors, and most importantly the hardwood floors. We were told that the residue was due to dust from construction. Just to be clear again, there was NO CONSTRUCTION going on. Also, how can dust from construction get on the bathroom tiles, mirrors, and hardwood floors only but not on the TVs, furniture, windows, counters? Think about it! The girl who came on the afternoon of Friday, April 22 saw the problem too. She tried to clean the hardwood floors with wet mop but as soon as the floors dried, same white look returned. She admitted that there way a problem. She even lifted the rugs and saw the difference in the color and polish of the hardwood floors that were not "cleaned". She called and talked to Luis and took many pictures. Since April 22 we have been patiently waiting for Munoz Cleaning staff to stop by and fix the floors. Twice Letty showed up unannounced and we weren't expecting her. Because we weren't expecting her, no one was home. Then your crew showed up early and again we weren't back from work yet. Once we missed her because she didn't ring the door bell. Yesterday when we weren't expecting her, she showed up at 5:45pm. We were in the middle of a walk through with our landscaping contractor and asked her to wait for a few minutes. She inspected the floors, called someone and left. She said that she had her kid in the car which was parked in front our kitchen door. She could've waited by the car for 2 minutes. Why bother coming to a client when you can't wait for 2 minutes?? Here is the problem . . . . we think that the whatever product your crew used, it stripped the polish and top layer of the hardwood floors. This is why as soon as the floors are dry they look white and dusty. If the polish and top layer of the floor is damaged, then a cleaning will not fix the problem. Ever since the very first time I made an appointment for cleaning, Munoz Cleaning has been late every time. Even when they rescheduled a time, they were late. Kids running a lemonade stand are more dependable! Munoz Cleaning is NEVER on time. Ever!!! They have caused over $2000 in damages to my hardwood floors!! read more

We bought the living social deal and not only did they honor it but they went above and beyond in my opinion. In four hours they deep cleaned our entire 2200 sq ft 2 story house...full kitchen detail, all our wood blinds (and we have 13 fairly large windows!), all 3 bathrooms inside and out among the rest of our house. Munoz cleaning service was THE ONLY Company to respond in a timely manner. I keep a clean home so I was looking for someone to get to the places I don't often have time for. Such as high surfaces in my condo loft, fans, baseboards and so on... They first came out and did an inspection of my home and quoted me 3hrs for 2 people. When they showed up they were prepared with cleaning supplies and ready to get to work. I was in and out of the house running errands but I was happy to know they gave me an honest quote taking up the full 3 hours and touching surfaces I had not even expected them to get to.
