They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

I lucked into Giovanni and HHS through local community groups online recommending him. Had him install a shower kit I bought and he helped with trim parts I was missing, as well as re-sealing some toilets. Next month, water heater finally bit the dust and he came to our rescue. McShane was our technician and he's the reason I'm even leaving a 5 star review. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was respectful of the property, used shoe covers before entering, and asked permission before moving things around. You notice those little things when you've had a bad experience in the past. He found a vent pipe that was disconnected and fixed it for a small/fair charge. He also found a roof pipe that was incorrectly installed and capped it so rain wouldn't go in at no charge. Lastly, they installed separate lines for the garden bibs to have hard water at a fair price as well, This was incorrectly installed by other plumbers. Patch work was done the next day and they did a great job too. Bores was one of them and was very nice. There was an extra wall that needed repair (unrelated to job) and they charged a fair price. I decided to re-pipe the whole house and sought after advice and estimates from 5 plumbing companies. Among the 5 companies, the prices and the suggestions on what needs to be done were all different! I did research on my own, and I trusted Art's expertise as his explanation made the most sense. The price was rather high, but I decided to work with Art. Art's team was professional and provided the quality work. A few hours into it, they found out that one bathroom already had good connections which didn't require additional work, so they took $3,000 off the total bill... so the price actually became one of the lower ends...
