We had a party of 7 and everyone had so much fun! Everyone was great! We loved watching the actors/performers/comedians do their show improv! The setting is small but felt like a cozy feel. It was all of our first times going and we thoroughly enjoyed it and laughed so much! We'll be back!

I really enjoyed our experience here at the show, it's a great place to come for a unique date night. They offer an earlier showing that is family friendly, and a later one that is "rated R". Tickets to the shows are relatively inexpensive, and they put on special themed events from time to time. It really is amazing to see what the actors are capable of. The games they play are really fun, and audience is able to participate by offering suggestions for all of the games. They also have a couple of games where the audience members can participate more and possibly get on stage, but don't worry you have to volunteer, so feel free to sit in the front without fear of being pulled up. I actually participated and got a little prize/treat for it. There is canned alcohol available for purchase as well as a snack bar. Snacks tend to be more like chips and candy. The staff was really friendly, and the place had some cool photos on the wall and cool bathrooms. Street parking available. Overall a great night at a locally Owen spot in Old Town Tustin.

ImprovCity was honestly a vibe. I went to the 9:30 uncensored show (first time ever going to improv) and it was way funnier than I expected. The cast was sharp and kept the jokes coming. The crowd was really into it and they actually involved us, which made it even better. Felt like everyone was just there to have a good time. It's a small venue, but still super cool--more interactive and chill. The energy was solid the whole time. Tickets are usually $18 per person, but we got the college student discount and paid $15 each. They also have discounts for military and seniors, so it's really not expensive at all. Great spot for a date night if you want to switch it up. Good laughs, good vibes. A solid gem in Tustin.

Amazing entertainment- the wife and kids all love it (7:30 pm shows are PG13). Keep up the great work Devin and the gang!!

I am terrified of being put on the spot, however, I wanted to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone. The Monday drop in improv class was my first experience with improv, and it was actually fun (once you get over the stage fright) and educational. The attendees had various levels of experience -- many of them were repeat customers, some of them were also attending for the first time [like me], and all of them were kind and encouraging. Would definitely try this class again! Would also love to watch one of their shows here sometime. Parking: lot behind the class (drive up the ramp on the left, walk down the stairs near the gazebo). Street parking available as well.

I took the Improv 101, 201 and 301 courses with a bunch of skilled actors who were all impressed by the quality of the courses. On a personal level the courses helped me feel more comfortable expressing myself to others. I love watching shows here, especially on the weekends as their 9:30 shows are a great activity to do on a late Friday or Saturday night. Good vibes, great atmosphere and a lot of laughs.

    One of my "performances!" lol

I drive from Yucaipa down to Tustin to go to Improv with my friend about once a month. It is hilarious! I volunteer whenever I can and have a blast every time. Seriously considering driving the hour+ to go to the drop in class on Mondays!

It's located in Irvine Spectrum so there are a lot of places to stop by before or after the show. Line management has been fairly organized every time I went. It gets a little crowded when you end up seated anywhere else but the booths and barrier. I also feel like I'm straining my neck looking at the stage since the table seats are facing perpendicular to the stage as opposed to towards it. There is a two order minimum, but the food has been decent. Got some shrimp tacos and shared nachos with my party when I went. Overall a good time, but ergonomically a bit uncomfortable. The entertainment far outweighs everything else though, so this will remain my go-to stand up spot.

Servers take your order and provide a service. These people literally just bring your food. They will charge you $15 for a refillable iced tea. Laughable. Enjoy that and your soggy quesadilla. Then you can expect your food runners to come out before the show is over and completely interrupt while you're trying to enjoy the end of the show. They will spin a tablet around at you that has a 20% tip automatically added and harass you into signing while you're trying to watch the end of the comedian you paid for. Word of advice. Close your tab out online before they have this opportunity. Then you can tip appropriately and enjoy the end of the show without being interrupted. Although you will have to listen to them harass everybody around who did not know this tip. Super fun. Highly recommend taking the opportunity to see comedians at Sofi, the forum, and any other venue where there is no minimum requirements for purchase and you order standing up, therefore not be harassed until leaving a 20% tip for no service.

With doors opening about an hour before the concert, the GA line tends to be longer than expected, and most of the venue is standing-room-only unless you opt for "premium" price for seats. Even so, the "standing only" crowd is usually respectful, and despite the tight space, the atmosphere stays fun. But, for short folks like myself, can be a major disadvantage as crowds beginning to move toward the front and blocking the view. From a concert going perspective, wear comfortable shoes is best as you're standing through the two+ hours. The ventilation is okay so you could get warm fairly quickly. Plus, there's four bar stations throughout the venue so there's no shortage of drinks for purchase (snacks are available, too). Overall, I like that the parking garage is attached to the HOB along with many other shops. HOB representatives also offered discounts parking -- so you pay $8 for unlimited parking (rather than $4/hour).

It was smaller so anywhere you sit is a good view. The seats were cushioned chairs held together by zip ties. And while the seating map appeared to be in sections, it is all on one floor with an incline. As a musician, I was really bothered by the sound system. I'm not sure if it's an in-house sound tech but they really didn't balance the instruments and singer's volume. Perhaps a more thorough sound check was needed IMO. Across the street there are casual dining options like Panda Express, Carl's Jr, and Chipotle to name a few. I chose the latter. I picked up some merch before the show started to avoid any rush after the concert. I'm not sure what pay methods they take but I used my card and it was a quicker process transaction. However, the food was just so so, Jojo. * The calamari appetizer was generously portioned, but we've had a lot better elsewhere. * The Ribeye steak I ordered was the fattiest piece of meat I've ever been served. I left half of it uneaten. I'm surprised the cook who prepared it had the gall to plate it. The menu is an abbreviated version of the full menu of 17th Street grill. So why not a two star rating?
