The server offered some enchilada brown sauce for her instead. It was Margarita Monday and I would have liked to indulge, but I was driving so I demurred. We both ordered taco salads for our meal. Taco salad is also a Monday special, priced a dollar less than the regular dinner version. Just out of curiosity, after my wife ordered the lunch special with guacamole, I ordered the regular dinner version. Our salads looked about the same, except hers had more ground beef for whatever reason. So my experiment was inconclusive. The taco salad was pretty good, and we brought some home with us for later, so it was a good value these days at around $10 each.
