I've been here to this nail salon many times and it's the best! Best experience everytime I come! Super clean and attentive to everything.

I wasn't even looking for a new nail salon, but this one popped up on my IG ad so I decided to check them out. I love new and pretty things, so obviously I was going to give this salon a try. The place was small and cozy, modern and super clean. The staff was very nice. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, and I told her I had an appointment for a pedicure. I only waited for a minute for them to set up. She also brought over some water and a madeleine. I only do regular polish for pedicure, and they didn't have a lot of color options, but that wasn't a bad thing. Sometimes, too many colors are overwhelming. I always do pink so I was able to find a perfect pink. It was a relaxing experience and my pedicure was what I expected. I always get nervous about trying out new nail salons, because I really dislike it when certain places would pressure you into adding other services, or small talks. That didn't happen here. I knew exactly what I came in for and the staff respected that and didn't push further. They let me have some quiet time to just read my book. They also take all kinds of payments available (zelle, venmo, card, cash). Also lots of parking so that's a plus. read more

I have been WISHING for a go to nail salon and I think I've found the perfect place! I enjoyed my experience at Must Have Nails. Everyone is so kind, helpful and patient. The facility itself is beautiful and warm. It's a very cozy spot! Definitely worth the price in my opinion. They're very transparent about the pricing and walk you through every step and there are no surprise charges at the end, no second guessing. So happy that Naomi has opened up her new place! Inside is super clean and has a spa-like aesthetic with lots of colors to choose from. I cannot recommend Must Have Nails enough! I absolutely loved how my nails turned out, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Emily is amazing. She is so talented and attentive to detail. I brought in an inspo picture, and she literally recreated it perfectly, it looks even better than the photo! What impressed me the most was her dedication. The specific polish color I wanted was actually running out, but Emily went above and beyond, doing everything she could to get every last drop just to make sure my manicure was perfect. That level of effort is so rare to find. On top of the incredible service, the vibes in the salon are unmatched. It is so relaxing and welcoming inside. I love Emily and I love this place. This is my second time coming to this place and I have had a great experience both times. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Every technician I had so far has been attentive to what I wanted and did not make me feel like I was a trouble. They took the time to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted and they didn't rush through the job. The first time I had Amber and she did an amazing job on my builder gel manicure nails. She was so sweet and I felt like she really cared about what I felt about her work. She is the reason why I came back. Today, Henry did my manicure and I was a little worried at first because I normally prefer going back to the same person but Amber was on vacation. I was so impressed with Henry's work. Not only was he gentle, but he was super attentive to exactly what I wanted. He even did samples of color because I was unsure. He made the experience wonderful. Hannah did my pedicure and she was the best I've ever had. She took her time with my massage and ask my opinion when necessary. I was so relaxed. So far, I have had only good vibes from this place. I have been to must have nails three times and the first two times I came out loving my nails, Natalie does 5 star work. Unfortunately today there was no availability with natalie and i had Luna do my nails. I showed her what i wanted which was pink french tip but I told her i wanted them to be super square and sharp. I came out with chunky round looking nails and a sloppy looking french tip. If she did not feel confident in being able to do what i showed her in the photo I wish she had been honest about it before starting to do them, it would have saved us both our time. I want to cry at how bad they look and I have a hard time telling a nail tech when i hate the nails especially in front of the rest of the clients. I cant believe I still paid for them and left her a tip. I had my nails done for a trip and now im stuck with these nails. **update** Thankful that Natalie was able to fit me in to get my nails repaired right away the next day. I appreciate the quick response! I will definitely keep coming here because overall the staff is very kind and understanding. I posted updated photos after Natalie fixed my nails. read more
