I have now visited this new nail salon twice since it opened a couples months ago. Each visit was exquisite! Services I have received: Gel-x manicures (two) and I am in love with my gel-x nails. The colors are beautiful the shaping the tech gave me is perfect. Very high-end spa quality. I have had this same service twice and with two different techs. Both sets were exactly what I asked for and better than I expected. Spa Pedicures. They have an amazing menu and I am making my way through their list. My first spa pedicure was the Must Have Honey Retreat. This is a true indulgence and I am glad I had made time for my afternoon off because it is a real spa experience. This is not a quick service and who would want to rush such an indulgent experience? Served some champagne, chocolate truffle and a madeleine cake. Once settled in the amazing presentation of ingredients for my foot soaking bath were presented to me to see how pretty they were. The tech worked on my feet and massaged my legs for a good two hours. I loved the attitude and felt so pampered. The price was worth the experience. My 2nd visit I had the Moonlit Jasmine Retreat. Also served with a bottle of water or hot tea and a madeleine cake cookie. The presentation of this very fragrant foot bath soak ingredients was beautiful! The aromas and the long massage with hot stones ... OMG out of this world good! Also worth every penny! I love that they never rush me out that each visit is what you expect of a spa day experience, the ladies are sweet as pie and the vibe is so relaxing and beautiful. Today's experience I got 30% off for booking both a manicure and pedicure together. They also were giving every guest a gift of very high quality cuticle oil. I made an appointment with Nini to have gel nails removed and a relaxing manicure with normal polish. She was very kind and gentle, whenever I even seemed like something might be uncomfortable she asked if I was ok- her care and attention was top notch. My gel and builder gel was removed quickly and the rest of the manicure (especially the arm/hand massage) was so relaxing! The polish was done quickly, dried under a dryer lamp - and now we are off for the rest of the day! I'll definitely be back. read more

Found this nail salon, when I became a victim of bad nails at another shop. When I tell you they got my nail shape and length right, I was soo happy. Nancy made sure to check in about length, color, and shape and she triple checked her work to make sure my nails were perfect. Genuinely impressed by the quality of service here and the ambiance. As soon as you walk in you feel calm and relaxed, everyone is very friendly and they offer you a beverage and snack as you walk in. They also offer polygel which is something you really don't see in other salons and they make sure that everything is clean and disinfected. I came in with a reservation for a pedicure. Once I checked in, they gave me a bottled water and some snacks while they set up everything. They told me to sit in the massage chair and I immediately turned it on! I had Nga Rose, she was super sweet the whole time. She wasn't rough on my legs, feet or toes. Sometimes in other salons my toes and legs are red and throbbing from being too rough, but Nga Rose was perfect! Nothing hurt at the end of my session. They played those classic music as if you were at a wedding. Mind you, I was on my period so I was getting emotional.. in a good way. The whole experience for my pedicure was really nice. I called to make an appointment, and they were able to schedule me on really short notice. The check in process was easy. They provided refreshments while I picked my nail color. The foot bath was lined and filling with nice hot water as I was seated. Kevin did a really good job clipping, shaping, and cleaning my nails for the pedicure. The foot/lower leg massage was relaxing. The polish was neat and clean. I will not be returning to this nail salon. A couple of days prior, I booked an appointment specifically with a nail tech named Natalie. I am very picky about who does my nails, and after looking through her work, I really loved her style and speed based on reviews. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner came over to ask what I wanted done. I showed her my inspo photo, and she told me that if I wanted "cute designs like this," she would have another nail tech do my service. I agreed. However, before the owner even spoke to me, Natalie was already doing the owner's nails, and it looked like she had just started as I was sitting there waiting. That was disappointing, since I had specifically booked with Natalie. I ended up being serviced by Nini. Her work was not bad at all , no issues there. But the time it took was unreasonable. I was there for 3 hours for a simple one-color Gel-X set. I completely understand the soaking-off process , I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I'm now in my 40s. That part took about 30 minutes, which is fine. But applying a new Gel-X set and painting one solid color took an additional 2 hours and 30 minutes. That's excessive. I chose Natalie specifically because reviews mentioned she was fast and efficient. I needed to get in and out because I had somewhere else to be, and my appointment time was reserved. Thankfully, I decided not to get any designs! otherwise I would've been there from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Overall, the lack of respect for my appointment request and the excessive service time left me very frustrated. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. read more
