Large pizza: pepperoni and black olive
    Wayne B.

The first thing that struck me was the bright yellow boxes. Just... noteworthy. As to food: -pizza was good. Flavor was full, cheese was great, cupped pepperoni was solid, toppings were very generous by today's standards. Very very greasy. -we ordered five chicken fingers. Don't know if I got the bottom of the bag, which is why we got way more than five, but they were all tiny. -French fries had ZERO salt on them, and a really annoyingly small portion. The family loved it so I will be back. Safe bet for family pizza night.

Got a white pie with anchovies for poker night / highly recommend. But what drove me to review wasn't that. Oh no. It's the Thanksgiving pizza. That's right. Turkey. Stuffing. Mashed potatoes (tasted homemade to us). Cranberry sauce. Corn. And turkey gravy as the sauce. Um-freakin-believable. But, the Pumpkin Pie pizza is just as good. Light and airy after the Thanksgiving pizza; great spice, frosting. Go now to get you some. Tell them PJ and Aimée sent ya.

There is a ton of good pizza in Buffalo, and Mustachio's still manages to stand our. I miss their Parkside location. We ordered in advance and ate at their counter. It's not a dine-in place, rather, intended for pickup or delivery. We took up the 4 counter spaces. After reading through all the specialty pizzas, the kids settled on spaghetti and chicken parmesan pizza (on the menu, its meatball but we replaced the meatball with chicken). Certainly not what I would have picked, but am so glad we did. The base of the pie was slightly doughy still, which received high accolades. It had a garlicky, well seasoned crust that paired well with the spaghetti and cheese. A large pizza had 8 generous sized slices. We had to get their self-proclaimed famous salad with strawberries and blueberries and a berry poppyseed dressing. The fruit was very fresh and flavorful. It was pretty big, and easy to share amongst the 5 of us. Dessert included an order of apple logs with warm caramel dipping sauce. They have a pizza log exterior with apple empanada filling (their mind went to Mighty Taco's empanadas). Four logs to an order made for continued easy sharing. We also ordered a chocolate swirl banana bread. Had we known it was just a pre-packaged dessert, I doubt we would have selected it. However, it was delicious. The cashier was friendly, place was bright and clean, and there is a small parking lot behind. We left wishing this was still our neighborhood pizza place.

Great pizza! I ordered two slices. They were served fast and hot. The staff was friendly. Very small inside so get them to go like I did. I was really impressed with the slices. I can't wait to try a whole pie!

Small cheese and pep - good Buffalo pizza

Very friendly staff at this pizzeria. The whole family enjoyed our pepperoni pizza. It was Buffalo-style with a nice thick, tender crust and plenty of cup n' char pepperoni. I did ask for one of the pizzas to be "light cheese," but it seemed to have just as much as the other pizza. No big deal, but I'm not a huge fan of a thick layer of cheese so I picked some off. I know that pizza can be greasy, but seeing the amount of grease that soaked through the cardboard box was a bit disturbing. Overall it was yummy. It's a pizza I would like to have in the future, just not too often because of the grease factor.

I order from here at least once a week. I usually always pick up my food. Lately, I'm getting very disappointed!!! Everything is getting smaller & the price stays the same. I just ordered like my 10th Stromboli from them & this is so small tonight. I paid $14.00 for a big empty box with a little Stromboli in it. I'm very upset with Mustachios ! They always have the best food & enough for the price, until the last few weeks. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

This is my favorite neighborhood pizza place. The crust is perfect, there is just the right amount of cheese, and the pepperoni is delicious. I love cup and char pepperoni and theirs is amazing. The people who work here are friendly and competent. They will even text you coupons! Bravo, Mustachio's!

The GPS took us to the first location that opened (the waitress said the 1960s) a long time ago. The building is sitting at an angle from the road so go to the right and turn in to park or go past and turn right for the parking lot. Middle of the afternoon on a Thursday they weren't too busy. We were seated immediately and waited on quick. I wanted some clarity with the wing heat. Some places hot is mild or hot is burn your face off. She clarified the medium hot is hot so that's what I decided on for an order of 6. My sister isn't so much of a wing person so she decided on a grilled cheese. The waitress was pleasant and answered all the questions we had. The restaurant itself isn't too big but can seat a lot of people. Total wing vibe. Lots of different flavors and quantities went by...everything looked tasty and fresh. They had Yuengling on tap so that's what I ordered. She had a pepsi. Food arrived fast. The aroma was to die for (ok it burns the eyes a little...). Came with celery and blue cheese. The wings were amazing, some of the best I have ever eaten. Crunchy celery and cool dipping sauce. Bigger than most that I have ordered and very freshly prepared. After 6 I was filled up...but I ordered another brew just to wash it all down. If you're in Buffalo (or the area) it's definitely worth stopping to have a treat. Other Buffalo favorites are on the menu as well (Beef on Weck sandwich. We will definitely be back, more flavors to try and locations to enjoy.

Tables were too close, people are way too loud. I can't eat in loud surroundings. I don't like that, and it was so hot in there that it made me very uncomfortable. I believe all restaurants and bars, etc. should be air-conditioned and make people comfortable. If they're too cold, they can always put on a jacket but when you're too hot, I can't take much off. I ordered the roast beef on Weck and fries instead of potato chips. I was very satisfied it was delicious. Very expensive, I found everything was very expensive on the menu, but if you want good food, I guess that's what you gotta do is pay more. Jim ordered mild wings, they still looked good even though I'm a hot wing person. I was looking at everybody else's huge plates of wings that were coming out and they looked so amazing. I'm definitely gonna get some to take home some time. Anyway, the wings looked good smelled good, Jim said they were very good, my sandwich was good. The fries were good, the waitresses were nice so the service was pretty good. But again too small, too loud, too hot, and those things just don't make me happy. I probably would go in there again and eat if somebody else wanted to, but I'd rather take my food to go next time. One other issue I had is definitely the restroom. That had to be the smallest stall I have ever been in. Anytime I moved I banged into one of the walls. They have two stalls in there, which to me is definitely not enough when you're serving "spicy hot " food. At one point there was five people in the restroom. Luckily, I just had to wash my hands in that visit. But the restroom is way too small and when I talk to Jim about the ladies room, he said the men's room is super small too, so they're probably about the same size. So that was definitely a negative thing for me was the restroom.

It's been 15 years since I've been back here. Being a little older and wiser about food now, I do think I can kind of see how some of the locals think other places are better. I now think I have to try somewhere else in Buffalo to figure that out for myself. These wings are really good. I'd eat them happily any day of the week. I wish I could get them back home in Philly. Our waitress was really friendly and told me the French onion soup is one of their popular items, so that got me excited. It came out fast and it was pretty good. The croutons were honestly my favorite part, super seasoned and actually had flavor. This was only my second time having French onion soup though and I'm still on the fence... it felt like it was missing something, or maybe I just don't get the hype yet lol My friend got the chicken broccoli alfredo and I got the cajun chicken linguine. The portions are HUGE, like you're definitely not leaving hungry. She said hers didn't have much flavor even after adding salt and pepper and was already planning how she was going to fix it at home. My chicken was a little burnt so it was dry and kind of messed with the flavor, but the pasta itself was good. I loved that they added a little bread to soak up the sauce. The huge portions made up for the bland flavors. Not even gonna lie, a few bites in my stomach said "absolutely not" which is no fault of theirs, 100% on me for going all in on dairy, so my friend ended up taking both meals home. Overall I'd recommend it if you like a bar vibe, big portions, and solid food. 8.3/10

I went there to try the chicken wings that I have been hearing about and reading about for so long but I had no idea about thier poutine fries and just how outstanding they were. Honestly if you like that kind of thing it may be worth visiting this place just to try thier poutine fries. We ordered both Cajun wings and mild wings. The Cajun were outstanding, cooked to absolute perfection, these weren't the dry rubbed Cajun that I was used to having, I believe it was a Cajun butter sauce they were tossed in which was absolutely terrific and I would probably have them tied at first place out of all the Cajun wings I have tried so far. The mild wings were just as good and also cooked to perfection, I would say they are possibly top 2 for me. We also ordered the Guinness stout burger and the garlic bread. The garlic bread was pretty good, had a bit of spice to it. The Guinness burger was good had better but it was definitely good and would order it again. We had nice window seats and the staff was very attentive and friendly, as good as it gets pretty much.
