I reached out because my previous mobile dog groomer left me hanging. Our dog needs grooming. I was asked for Name of the dog and address, which is normal. I gave that info. Then I got a message the following day asking for my name. I was reluctant to give it because no other groomer has asked before. I gave my last name and it still wasn't enough. I explained why I felt uncomfortable and then she replies that she cancelled my appointment even after I gave my full name because I made HER feel uncomfortable. Even after I explained that it was the first time I've ever been asked. It just annoyed me because she played victim to something I had just explained myself for. I don't like people I don't know having all my information due to bad past experiences. I offered to do everything over and start fresh so I can get her to service our pup and I pretty much got ignored. My 2 dogs both have issues that need special attention and are so well cared for at Mutt Cutts. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Gave the benefit of doubt to this company due my old dog that passed away attending this groomer. My new dog has been going here for the past 2 years and job was mediocre with me constantly telling them that my dogs hair wasn't cut short enough all over especially backside of the paws and on back when I would specifically tell them how to cut it each time. I would go home and use scissors myself (3x this happened) to cut his behind and back side of his paws because it was long enough that he would pee on himself when he lifted his leg. I have an Australian shepherd and their specific breed cannot be shaved due to their double coat. I didn't want a discount, I wanted my dog's hair properly cut. When I got finally got feed up with paying 100$ just for a wash and minimal grooming job I spoke up about it but the lady at the front desk said that the groomer left for the day at 4:00 pm. She offered me a discount for next service and I expected them to do the job right and honor it since all I wanted was proper service. It comes his BIRTHDAY on the actual day and they cancel service at 6:00 am the day of his birthday with no prior notice. I then proceeded to text their number and their reply was nothing but sass instead of being apologetic for the cancellation. I did expect more than "free toothbrush and facial" when they initially offered me that already due to it being his birthday and then proceeded to say "no notes on this promised discount" and "the owner doesn't know who I am"... I honestly kept going back to due to convenience of their location being close to my house and in hopes one day they would finally do a good job. After the sassy messages on my dog's birthday due to them canceling. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Wish this business nothing but the best & hope they can become professional one day and provide proper service to their clients. They have lost a valued customer. read more

I don't know what got up someone's ass but today the service was terrible I paid $87 for my dog to get cut and because she said he was having anxiety and trying to jump off the table it was too bad but they couldn't do anything. She didn't offer to bring him back another day she didn't offer me half of my money back I understand what I pay for but I am not pleased with the haircut or her attitude. I tried calling to get an appointment and the phone was answered it was a short, rude "Mutt Cutts please hold", and immediately put me on hold without a response from me at all! I'm really disappointed by this Dog Spa. I have been using this groomer for about a year. Tina has primarily been the groomer each time. I Always pay for full grooming when my pet is taken in. Half the time my dogs nails are never trimmed and his face is always uneven left long and doesnt match the rest of cut. Most visits my pets belly is shaved so close to the skin it's irritating to the dog for a week. Today, I booked an appoint for a full grooming. Within an hour they texted me a ridiculously long service agreement with like 17 lenthly provisions and requirements with everything but the kitchen sink in it. Including sections that state their service agents have the authority to make decisions regarding your pets medical care and ability to add additional services at their decrection .This contract/service agreement was so outrageous I called them back and canceled my dogs grooming all together. It appears to me that this place is trying to find any reason to charge more for services and minimize their liability if something happens to your pet while in their care. Read the service agreement carefully. There have been questionable occurrences with peoples pets during grooming sessions at this Dog Spa and as evidenced in previous yelp reviews. It appears the owners/service agents are having pet owners sign for their own benefit. Nothing in the service agreement benefits your pet or the pet owner. read more

My dogs looked good when I picked them up. However, when I was quoted over the phone, she said my dogs which are 5 and 11 lbs would most likely be $52. She said the price ranges from $52-$62 for grooming. When I picked up my dogs, the total came out to $114. They charged my 11 lb yorkie $57 based on his size. They charged me $57 for my 5 lb Maltese. $52 plus $5 due to her hair being tangled. Btw, my Maltese was not tangled or matted. Then they charge me $1 to use a credit card. This business could have easily gained a loyal client but based on how they nickel and dime you, I'll go elsewhere. read more

Something there changed and my dogs are extremely fearful and hide behind me and try to climb on me to save them. Last visit they were unable to finish the grooming. Everyone complaining about how long they take has an unrealistic expectation for how grooming shops work. You have a drop off appointment, just like a few others at they same time. They don't JUST work on your pet, they're juggling baths, brushes, blowdrys, haircuts for quite a few pets at one time. That being said, I dropped all four of my dogs off at 10:30 this morning, (a German shepherd, aus cattle dog, golden retriever, and a schnauzer Mix) and they were all done by 1:30p.
