The transmission would engage even with the clutch pulled all the way in. I would have needed a tow and then service at a shop, of which there aren't really any that close to me. Alfredo to the rescue! He showed up and in about 30 minute had the clutch working perfectly again after a flush and fill right in my driveway. He also showed me some tips on keeping air out of the clutch reservoir, which is easy to do on this particular bike. The price was also very low, not to mention the fact I didn't have to flat-bed tow it to a shop. In addition, he did a quick inspection and we came up with a plan to address all the other maintenance needs in a couple months when my brakes need service. I'm really happy with Alfadog and I will definitely be using Alfredo as my mechanic from now on.

I spoke with Ken in service and he said to bring it in and he would take a look at it. Ken has been there for many years and has a ton of experience and knowledge about Vettes, especially the vintage Vettes. Still angry at Coast Corvette after driving up there from Vista to see what they were about. After…read moremy husband talked to Chuck and Ken and told them he has a 1960 Chevy El Camino even though they worked solely on Vets, they said they could work on the El Camino. All this was a few years ago, but still a sore spot because of all the money we spent to find out that Chuck told Ken he wasn't making enough money on our job. We told Ken from the beginning that 30k was about all we could go. I believe at the end after a year of it being up there, and then taking it back and forth because of issues we were up to 45k. One thing never shared with us was that the tires were cracked our son had to find out the hard way on the freeway when one blew and he almost crashed into the center divide with his wife in the car. They could have been killed. The El Camino has been in the garage more than out, how sad for my husband. We took it to a place in Escondido about a year ago and the owner wrote up a list of things that were not done that my husband knows were suppose to be done as well as things that we paid for new and found out are rebuilt items. The owner of the Escondido shop took pictures of the under carriage of the car and emailed them to us, full of rust and holes. See more issues below. Starter motor and fuel line to close to exhaust resulting in starter motor failure. Bad radiator, they never mentioned needing to be replaced. Resulting in constant over heating. They said if my husband was driving in cold weather it wouldn't over heat. WHAT!!! So we should move from San Diego to colder weather? Paid for new heater was half fixed and got non working heater, never worked. There are several more issues but too lengthy to mention, however the emergency brake was jury-rigged and it doesn't work worth a damn. We trusted Ken and Chuck when they said they could work on the the El Camino, all they did was do a sub standard job put us in danger and took our money. The El Camino has now been in our garage for almost a year with no more money to have it fixed, nor do we want to pour more money into a car that's worth 15 to 20k if we're lucky. So thanks a lot Ken and Chuck, Duane's dream car went up in smoke at your shop.

We took our Canam to this place mind you the owner was a jerk and d**k head. My husband & I own a business so we were very surprised to see how this man treats his customers. Thanks to these "customers" his family lives you would think he would be a lot more professional. On instagram they put up a show that they do really good work and that's not what we got. I'm not sure if they only do good work for friends or what but this is just not the place for decent work. We wanted our cage done, it was at their shop for weeks honestly back and forth for months. The first time around the cage was bad and they did basically the cage that they wanted not what we asked for. Owner (Jose) basically apologized and said he would fix it and here we go excited to see our canam and the job was worse than the first time. The paint was so bad. We recently went to a shop and we were told by another shop that alpha forced our bolts and messed up our rims. The bolts won't tighten up they just keep spinning because they were forced in. Also, the rim is so bent bad and the bolts are not even new bolts as they are all different colors and different shapes. I'll post pictures so that you all can see it's just not that I think they did a bad job but a 4 year old would be able to notice the horrible job done by this place. So long story short I was basically told that it was our responsibility at this point and that I would need to contact the manufactured company if I wanted to fix it because they did so much now and they won't do it. Mind you "they did a lot already of nothing" They don't take any responsibility and instead blame everyone else but themselves for the horrible job they do. Please don't waste your time or money with these unprofessional people who take no accountability for anything. I plan to report this business to the automotive bureau of California and small claims but to anyone out here who has been done wrong by these people or plan to take your utvs here please do all necessary legal action against these people.
