Easily one of my favorite spots for brunch! The pancake flight here is mandatory. It normally features Taro-Haupia, Lilikoi, and Cookie Butta Luva, but my personal life hack is swapping one out for the Malasada style. That Malasada pancake is so ono! Because balance is key to survival, we always flank the sweet pancakes with an army of savory options - specifically the chicken fried steak, smoked meat, or a Benedict. Guarantee it's a flawless strategy that guarantees you will not need to look at food again until dinner time. I panicked a little when management changed earlier this year but the transition was seamless. They added new goodies but kept the classics exactly the same. Everyone here is fantastic, but Krystal is the undisputed MVP. She keeps the coffee flowing and manages to navigate our table even when we are deep in a pancake-induced trance. Go here immediately, just plan to nap right after.

We came around 11am for some breakfast and it wasn't crowded. Service was pretty quick and seating was comfortable. The food was okay. We ordered the loco moco, kama'aina fried rice, Portuguese sausage breakfast platter and the pancake flight. The fried rice was great with some ketchup and siracha. The pancake flight pictures looked amazing, however there wasn't a lot of taste in the pancakes themselves. They were a bit dry and the sauce did not carry throughout the rest of the pancakes.

First time here at My Cafe. The service is good and prompt. We noticed the menu is different from other breakfast places with a wide variety of local flavors. I ordered the Kama'aina fried rice which was good but I thought the rice was a little on the wet side. My bf ordered the Pastele Sausage plate with potatoes. He loved the potatoes and said the sausage was good but tasted more like chorizo.. I agreed. We will return to try their lunch or dinner menu.

I went here a long ass time ago when they first opened. Idk why I never wrote a review. Went with the hubby again recently. Looks like they still have Covid partitions at the table but that doesn't bother me... more privacy for hubs and I to talk. Nice that the quality of food and the friendly service hasn't changed. Bathrooms are not within the establishment but are on property and they make the code very visible. While lots of places have become super expensive to eat for breakfast o found their prices to still be very reasonable.

Holy moly! I don't know what I was expecting when I stopped in here for a mommy-daughter breakfast date, but my mind was blown! This place has exceptional service, delicious food, and the cutest atmosphere. I love all the artwork and chalk drawings and painting on the walls, and the menu is presented so creatively on the wall too! It was clean and everyone was very kind. I could hear the chefs talking in the kitchen and it sounded so joyful. We will definitely be back with the rest of our Ohana. We had the pancake flight, French toast, and took home Unko's Smoke Meat breakfast plate for my husband. It was all very delicious!

My Café is a small, hole-in-the-wall spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, located just outside the main resort and tourist areas. While it definitely has a local vibe, you'll see a mix of locals and tourists. The restaurant makes excellent use of its space, with plenty of tables inside. Even during busy times, the staff keep things moving efficiently -- we only waited about 5-10 minutes for a table as they were constantly busing and seating new parties. The menu is huge, the service is quick, and the food was fresh, delicious, and generously portioned for the price. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a casual breakfast or lunch spot while in the area. That said, we probably wouldn't make a return trip if we were back in the neighborhood.

I've always passed by this establishment but never been there until today! Such a cute place! We got there and there's a sign right outside the door that says to wait to be seated. Not even a minute wait and my daughter and I were greeted and seated at Booth #1. We were brought cold water in a carafe and two glasses and offered coffee. Regular or Vanilla Mac Nut. We both got the VMN and it smelled and tasted great! I drink my coffee black . My daughter has been here with her boyfriend, so she ordered her regular: everything breakfast bagel sammich and add bacon. It looked so delicious! We ordered the mini flight of pancakes (butta luva, choco-taro haupia, and lilikoi) SO GOOD! I ordered the Portuguese sausage breakfast platter: scrambled eggs with toast. I will definitely be back!

There's a small parking lot in the front but we always manage to find a spot with good luck and timing. You get there and wait outside until the hostess comes out to put you on the waitlist. Our wait was about 40 minutes when we got there at 10:30 am. We ran some errands across the street and when the table was ready a text was sent to my phone. My son ordered and loved the banana pancakes that came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. My husband ordered the Kamaaina scramble that has all the local meat favorites, garlic and cheese in it. It's a massive 4-egg omelette! He ordered his potatoes well done so they were nice and crispy. I ordered the country fried steak with the chorizo gravy and always love love love this dish! My daughter got her loco moco and the brown gravy is just to die for! The seating is organized inside and has plastic partitions between the tables so you get some kind of privacy and quiet at your own table. The food came out fast, hot, and tasty! A definite must go in Kapolei!!!

Continued our hunt for local breakfast eateries at My Cafe. They had just seated a large party, so it took us awhile to get our food. We got: - Pancake flight -- good flavors but a little tough. I thought the lilikoi would be my favorite, but I actually really enjoyed the chocolate haupia - Chilaquiles -- good option, especially during lent - Veggies scramble -- stuffed with veggies and served with half a plate of potatoes (or rice); another good option during lent They had a lot of different options, including açaí bowls, bagels, eggs, etc. Portions were good and they provided water carafes at each table. It was a little cold in the restaurant, so bring a jacket.

Came to MyCafe for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We got there before 9, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up. There's lots of parking in the lot, but the signage about where not to park is a little confusing. I got the flight of pancakes, loco moco, and lox bagel. The flight of pancakes is always a must. It has a biscoff, ube, and lilikoi flavor and is the perfect shareable dish. It is definitely on the sweeter side, so the loco moco was the perfect salty combo. The burger patty was juicy and the gravy was flavorful. I'm not the biggest fan of lox, but this one was pretty good. There was a good amount of cream cheese, and the ratio of the bagel was good. Overall great spot for a local breakfast!

I had read some great reviews so I had to try it. I also read that there's always a long wait so I was happy to get in under 10 minutes. It's a small place in a strip center so parking can be tight. One thing that caught me by surprise was that they still have Covid barriers between tables. It takes the charm out of the place. The menu is extensive and has lots of options. The food came quickly and it was all very tasty.

My Cafe restaurant in Kapolei is a true standout! Located in a convenient strip mall with plenty of parking, it's easy to get in and out. We arrived around 9:30 AM and even though there were about four groups ahead of us, the wait wasn't long at all. There's no sign-in list, so just be mindful of your spot in line-the staff periodically comes out to seat guests and check who's next, which keeps things moving smoothly. Once inside, we ordered the chicken fried steak and the pancake trio, opting to swap the cookie butta mini pancake for the malasada. Everything was delicious! The chicken fried steak was perfectly crispy, topped with flavorful gravy, and the pancakes were a delight. The food came out hot and quickly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. While they only serve black coffee, you can easily customize it with creamer and sugar at your table. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. Bathrooms are upstairs and require a code. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go again!

We specifically came out to support our friend who was the musical talent providing the live entertainment from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Our reservation was at 5:30 PM, and the vibe was so good that we stayed all the way until 9:00 PM. Because we arrived during the last 30 minutes of happy hour, we immediately ordered a major spread of pupus from the Pau Hana menu. We shared the lechon style brussel sprouts, hand-cut fries, steamed shrimp & pork won tons, scallion bread, and fish tacos. Every single bite was delicious. I paired the food with a Hana Koa Roof Top Pale Ale from their local drafts list, which was crisp and excellent. After happy hour wrapped up, I moved on to the dinner menu and ordered the Half Pound House Burger and fries for my entree. Also, did I really want a Sonic burger? The answer was an easy no. Did a quick search and found this place which I had no idea existed but now I know they exist in an excellent way. People come here to drink, I'm not a drinker but there was plentynof alcoholic beverages on the back wall for your choice that it could be overwhelming. Our server informed us that it had been off and on for the past week, but went down since Friday. Not good for only being open for a year. They only had appetizers and salads, along with their bar, which offers a wide range of beers and wine by the glass, along with cocktails. Since we were technically "working", that had to wait for another time. Our server, Erin, was so nice and apologetic, even tho it wasn't her fault. For obvious reasons it was fairly slow, for a normal Sunday lunch crowd. Since we were pressed for time, we ended up just ordering a couple of appetizers; the sausage bites and chicken. They were both tempura style battered, and served with sauce or mustard on the side. The sausage had a slight spice to it, which was nice, and it was served piping hot pot of the fryer. A fork would've been nice, but they were small enough to eat by hand, but be careful, because they're pretty tough to bite thru. The chicken bites were smaller and easier to handle, although they were a bit dry, so the ranch furikake dipping sauce helped. We were out within 20 minutes, so very fast, and I'm hoping the griddle gets repaired soon, so I can try their burgers.
