The Receptionist now gets up and raises the heat. The receptionist has no personality and he is very bland. He had about 2 personal calls and seems to be annoyed. I'm coming here for a relaxing massage, My frustration is starting to build because it is now 10:14 I'm sitting in a cold waiting area. I'm taking in at 10:15 and the room is freezing! You have got to be kidding me! We the massage was very good but it ended 10 minutes early!! I was given a 30 min COMPLEMENTARY massage for the future due but I don't think I will be returned!
