Ok, we're back! This time to try the Bahn Mi Sandwich. Last time we were here we ordered #34 on the menu and got just the bread and not the sandwich, but that's ok. I'll let that one slide. The sandwich bread is perfection its light with just the right crunch on the outside. The meat (I chose the bbq chicken) was tasty and cut to the perfect size. The proportion of vegetables to meat was on spot. They had the right amount of mayo on the bread. The best way to describe it is "easy to eat" This is easily one of the BEST Bahn mi on the island. Tried take out here for our Mother's Day lunch. I liked that they include culantro along with Thai basil, bean sprouts, lemon and two sauces. Put the rare meat directly nto the hot broth when it arrived home. I think it's best to eat at the restaurant cuz the noodles were very stuck and a bit hard to separate. I love this place! This location is conveniently right outside Schofield Barracks and is a perfect place for lunch or a late breakfast. Their food is very fresh and you can definitely taste it! They have very large portions and it's very reasonably priced! They have very kind employees and they are very diligent in getting you everything you need quickly. Living in California, we love pho. After visiting Wahiawa Dole Plantation, we really wanted to have pho for lunch. We found My Pho Vietnamese cuisine nearby. Their Vietnamese beef combination pho was delicious, and we also ordered pork chop rice and Vietnamese spring rolls and chicken wing, all of which were very authentic. Wow! Just. Wow! Everything bursting with flavor and a warm hug lol... This place is by far the #1 Vietnamese place I've had on Oahu! The service was speedy and friendly. It was around lunchtime so the place was a little busy. However, we were able to get a table, a lot of military. And a couple locals... The inside from what I saw had two TVs that were large screen mounted on the wall and it seemed as if they were showing Vietnamese street food shows! Very awesome to watch also. The decor was very clean neat and beautiful. Can't wait to come back to try their barbecue chicken summer rolls as well as their chicken Pho.. New pho alert in Wahiawa!!besides Pho king & Ribs & broth there is now a new location to get your pho fix in wilikina!!i must say they did not disappoint..i got the pho combo which came with beef which i got on the side,tripe && tendon which i usually order at other pho places..broth was good & i love me a good broth so i was satisfied.they gave lots of noodles which was good cant complain & the meat portions was good as well.it came with the veggie fixings on the side with the lemon,basil,bean sprouts,etc.need to try the shrimp summer rolls next time which my sister got ,my cousin got the fried spring rolls & nephew got the oxtail soup.customer service is great..we will definitely come back again..well it's basically my 3rd time now..had to come back to try the bun Bo hue which I'm glad they had it this time cause it did not dissapoint..bomb! read more

Came to My Pho in Wahiawa because my boyfriend just got back from Vietnam and was craving pho...and wow...this place absolutely delivered. Easily the best pho and beef stew we've had on island. Let me set the scene first, because this matters: The daughter was our waitress, mom and dad were cooking in the back, and when uncle had a break he came out to watch TV in the dining area. If that doesn't scream authentic, I don't know what does. Now the food... The beef stew was unreal. Rich but not heavy, with this subtle tomato flavor that soaked into the carrots, and OMG, the carrots. Sweet, soft, and insanely flavorful. The meat? So tender, and they were not stingy... tons of it. Even the cartilage was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all. I got the bún bò Huế (spicy pho) and it was exactly what you want: light, aromatic, and packed with meat. The lemongrass flavor made it super refreshing, and the spice was balanced, warming without being overpowering. Every bite tasted intentional. Both dishes were cooked with so much care. You can tell this is food made by people who actually love what they're serving. If you're craving real Vietnamese comfort food and don't mind going off the beaten path, My Pho is a must. Family and I were craving for some pho so we headed down here. Fam all had pho while I had the pork chop and rice. We had summer and spring rolls for appetizers. Summer rolls were the best I've had. I want to come back again just to have these. Spring rolls were just as good. The peanut sauce was amazing. Pho was amazing, especially since it was raining. Broth was meaty and flavorful. I appreciate that there was a lot of veggies on the side that was included. My 3 year old loved the pho so much she kept saying "Delicious!" over and over again lol. Pork chops were tender and flavorful. Service was top-knotch. Ambiance was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Overall, our experience at My Pho was 5 stars. We will come back again. I've tried plenty of pho around the island and can positively say the pho here is one of the best. read more

Ordered Beef and Meatball PHO, my wife ordered Tofu PHO. 3 minutes after ordering, the waitress came back telling my wife they did not have Tofu. She changed her order to Brisket PHO. Food came and they totally ignored giving us Basil, and the rest of the veggies for the side. When my wife asked, the waitress gave her a weird look and acted like she didn't know what we we're talking about. I sat right outside the kitchen and listened to the waitress questioned why no one brought the garnishes to the table. The whole situation was strange and kind of rude. The PHO broth was ok compared to other places on the island. PHO King is still top tier when it comes to their soup broth. Overall, I probably won't be coming back. Lovely new pho option in the area. We had combo pho and beef stew with rice noodle. Everything was so delicious! I wish I could have mixed up the iced coffee myself, but it was brought out pre-mixed. Service was great. They were very attentive and brought out the food piping hot very quickly. Place was very clean and the bathroom was clean too. Enjoyed the videos playing on the wall tvs showing Youtube videos of delicious street food (South East Asia) and famous foodies (Mark Wiens) enjoying great food in Italy. Easy parking. Portions were big and the taste fulfilled my pho cravings! The natural lighting of the restaurant makes it very open and welcoming. I tried the Bún Bò Huế at MyPho and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich, spicy, and super flavorful without being overwhelming. You can really taste how long it's been simmered. The beef was tender, the noodles had the perfect texture, and the portion size was generous. If you're craving something warm, spicy, and comforting, this is definitely the move. Let me start off by saying I eat pho A LOT. At least once a week. I saw My pho opened up recently and went with my family to give it a try. This is my new go to pho on the island!!! I used to go to pho king but after eating there a few times, I couldn't help but notice how dirty pho king in wahiawa is. My pho is clean, and the food is AMAZING!!! We ordered the pho, beef stew, and spring rolls and everything was delicious! Their broth is super good too. They also make their own chili sate which was super spicy but yummy! We were very impressed with the service too!! The owner made sure everything was satisfactory and treated my kids to their own meatball pho. He was so kind and so was our server. We were amazed at the level of service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything was so yummy!! Better than pho king in my opinion. You definitely need to check this place out. I ordered Pho combination. It was the best Pho broth from all Pho I tasted compared to Pho I tasted from various restaurants in Waipahu and Ewa Beach. It was loaded with perfectly cooked cut meats. They are generous with basil, culantro, sprouts, and jalapeno. I ordered couple of summer and spring rolls and they are so fresh tasting! I keep thinking of going back the day after. I love how convenient the location is just off of Wilikina Drive, and you can bring your food downstairs to the bar to eat and drink with a view by Lake Wilson!
