This was such a great surprise on my last trip to the desert! Ended up here on a Saturday night due to its later hours and we were not disappointed! We got a number of dishes, including the crab rangoons, red curry with chicken, My Thai fried rice, Pad See Ew with pork, Thai spicy eggplant with shrimp, and Pad Thai with tofu. Everything tasted so fresh and was full of flavor. Got most of the dishes at a spice level 2 which was perfect, and they also gave us hot sauces on the side in case we wanted more of a kick. The chicken surprised me; it was especially soft and practically melted in your mouth. This is probably one of my fave Thai places I've ever been to -- it's up there! The staff was super friendly and helpful in recommending items. The vibe is super casual and welcoming. Definitely on my list of must-go places to eat while in the area! read more

I had a group stay in the area and had to plan a dinner for 26 people on a Saturday Night. I had several food constraints in my group, so it was hard to find a restaurant that could accommodate us. I called and they let me know they could seat us if we were there at 6:00 pm. On the day of I arrived at 5:45 and placed the order for everything. The group ended up arriving a little late due to carpooling issues but by the time they got there, everything was set up. The waiters were all very friendly and since we had planned ahead of time they didn't really have to come by to check on us. The food was a hit! Thai Food is my go-to for large dinners because it is so easy to do family style. I have had so much Thai food in my time and I have to say their Pad See Ew was definitely one of my favorites! I would highly recommend coming here for a regular dinner but I appreciated how hard they worked to accommodate us. Parking was super easy for our large group since it is in a big plaza. read more

The Chicken Red Curry is my favorite (3 level in spicy) I had a salad with it, my favorite with the peanut dressing, I could put that on anything and everything. I usually go to a diffrent Thai restaurant but this one is closer to work and home so I decided to try it and so glad I did, I'm definitely going to try and venture out from the Chicken Red Curry and try other items on the menu as the smells coming from the kitchen are amazing. read more

Great food when it's good, but it's so inconsistent. You never know if the pad Thai is gonna be flavorful and oily, or when it's gonna be bland and dry. You never know if your curry will have good vegetables or the kind of filler that you'd find in a pig trough They have amazing recipes when made properly. Their failure to train all of their staff cooking it makes going here a huge risk. You can have a great meal that feels well worth the price, or you can feel overcharged for awful one-note pad Thai and a curry full of lawn trimmings. Restaurants need to be consistent. Period. Shouldn't have to gamble every time we eat here, because honestly I'm done gambling. Doubt I'll try it again. At this price level, there's plenty of other places to try that might be able to deliver the same quality. It occurs to me that the food is always worst on Sundays, so whoever they have cooking then is the culprit. Do NOT order here on Sunday. You will not like it. read more

The food is amazing!! They have a full bar but I chose to have the Sing hai beer tonight. Authentic slow cooked Thai food is hard to come by, unless you visit My Thai. The panang curry with beef is amazing, the (what I call) basil curry with Chicken was so yummy. We ordered the combination pad Thai so peanutty. We ordered everything at spice level of 3 probably could have gone up to a 4 or 5, just weren't sure how hot it would be. 3 was very mild just a kick to tell you that there was little spice. My parents and I couldn't decide what to do about dinner, so we ended up going with Thai since we all usually enjoy this cuisine. Plus, they had been to My Thai before. We arrived around 7:30 on a Saturday and the casual medium-sized spot was mostly full... although we were able to snag a table without waiting. For drinks I went with a Pinot Grigio to keep the trend of the night going. Do they serve cocktails?? Not sure. The online menu would suggest not. We split an order of Fresh Rolls with Tofu to start ($10.45) since were we all pretty hungry by this point. The dish included rice wrappers filled with thai basil, carrot, cabbage, lettuce, and tofu, served with a sweet + sour sauce and peanut sauce. 6 half rolls are included in this order, which worked for the 3 of us. No food fights, yay! They were good, although I have to say my homemade rolls are more robust! $10.45 is steep considering most of the dish is greens. All of the curries seemed to contain dairy (half and half... not sure what that's all about), so I went with the standard Pad See Eww ($17.95). The wide rice noodles come with broccoli, carrots, and a brown sweet soy sauce. I opted for soft/fresh tofu and no egg... trying to keep it as plant-based as possible here! 3 stars is prettty spicy (while still being enjoyable) so I'm glad I didn't go higher than that! The noodles are thinner than the variety I'm used to at home in the Seattle area, and overall I didn't enjoy this dish quite as much as my fave spots up north. It wasn't bad by any means though. I appreciated the amble amount of broccoli! The atmosphere is very casual (just to reiterate) and nothing special. Our waitress was nice. I probably wouldn't come back in the future since it's overpriced and the vibe is nothing to write home about. read more

Called to place a lunch order to go. At the the time of ordering I forgot to mention I wanted the lunch special not the full order. I called back to confirmed lunch specials and the lady told me that they do not place lunch specials to go. I apologized and asked to cancel my order. She then "sighed" loudly and said ok and hung up. I then called back and asked to speak to a manager, she stated that no manager was on duty,( this at 12:15pm) on 11/18/22 lunch rush I'm sure. I asked for the managers name and when he/she will be in and she stated 4pm and the name was Joe. I then asked for her name and she hung up. I rate this because customer service is big to me and yes I made a mistake but I canceled the order with in a minute. So I don't understand the rudeness. I hope management reads this and brings awareness to whom ever refused to identify themselves. read more

This was my first time eating here at My Thai, the ambiance was inviting and set the perfect tone for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. The service was exceptional the staff was very attentive and friendly, making sure me and my husband felt welcome and comfortable throughout our meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations my favorite by far was the yellow chicken curry. It was absolutely amazing! The curry was rich and flavorful, with tender pieces of chicken that melted in my mouth; the balance of spices was perfect, making each bite a delicious experience. They did exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. I'll definitely be returning soon! read more

This used to be an excellent Thai restaurant . It's really bad now .the food is just awful,not withstanding the fact that prices are outrageous .the take outs are just terrible .won't see me again. The owner is probably unaware as it's just a mess from beginning to end.there are lots of choices so avoid this place. It's not what it used to be. I usually give fair ratings as eat out a lot and know my food.Especially Asian food as been to the Far East more times than I can remember.Pad Thai in pictures Pad Thai. I would definitely give this place 3.5 stars, it wasn't bad but I don't think it was in the ranking for some of the best Thai food I've had. Ordered the pad Thai, pad see ew, massaman curry (with jasmine rice), and pineapple fried rice. We ordered at around 5:30pm and the order said it wouldn't be ready until 7:45 pm. When we went to pick it up, we actually had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the food... we already waited 2+ hours for our order so I do expect the food to be completed at least when I arrive at 7:45... I understand that it was a busy night but also don't set a time for us to arrive and start cooking the food when we get there. Unprofessional in my opinion and it seems like even on a regular night from previous reviews, customers have to wait an extra 20+ minutes. Pad See Ew - it was good, no complaints Pad Thai - noodles were a bit overcooked, but flavor was there and chicken was very soft Massaman Curry - tasty but very liquidy, seemed too much like water Pineapple Fried Rice - bland, wouldn't get this again Overall, an OK experience. Wonderful service with accommodating food allergies but poor follow through as I specifically asked for vegetarian for the two noodle dishes and also no corn or cornstarch. Both were in one of the noodle dishes. Both noodle dishes lacked umami and any flavor. I am sure some lime may have helped but it wasn't in the dish. My second dining experience out, post lockdown pandemic period and it was amazing! The food was delicious and everything you'd expect from a delicious Thai meal. Ordering my usual from a Thai menu, I ordered yellow chicken curry that was perfection. The entire resteraunt was sparkling clean. Frim thr minute you walk in, a hand sanitizer station is in place. Visually, you will find tables adhering to the social fistance rules as they've been implemented here with positioning chairs and tables in such a way. Supporting a small business brings a smile to face. It always helps when you receive excelle service. This is a true gem in thr desert. This place is so good. My wife rocks soup almost every time we come here. I have tried many of the offerings on the menu and I am so happy each time. When I want it hot they make sure to burn my mouth off. When I want to give my taste buds a delicious break from the heat I ask for mild. No matter, hot or mild, it always tastes delicious. Do not get me started on the mango sticky rice either. It is the most satisfying way to end a meal. Found another amazing Thai spot in the desert, My Thai delivers an amazing meal every time. Location: off Washington it's easy to get to inside a small shopping center with other restaurants and such. Plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is big once inside, they also have a small bar looking area to sit and eat. They have TVs and air conditioning. My kind of place. Service: friendly and attentive. Our waitress was running all over the place but she kept up with our needs fairly well. She was very friendly & gave great recommendations on the lunch specials. Pricing here is very reasonable. Lunch specials under $12 it's a steal. Their menu is also really large with everything imaginable so if your a Thai fan you'll easily find something you like. Their lunch specials include many curries, Fried rice, noodles, and even some Chinese dishes like chow mein and orange chicken. Food: 5 stars. Everything was so tasty! Lunch combo I started with their house soup, it's the one that isn't with coconut milk so i was worried I wouldn't like it as much as the Tom kha soup but this version was equally as good. Very flavorful. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was a huge portion even for lunch. Very flavorful & great toppings mixed in with the noodles. Loved it. I'd also highly recommend their fried rice, we tried the rice with beef and it was fantastic. This is an all around amazing Thai restaurant. Went for a dinner date. It's a good place for a casual date - not super loud, not super quiet, solid food with good service. Drunken noodles was very good. Curry was tasty. Spring rolls and potstickers were delicious. Portions for the entrees are reasonable, but if you have a huge appetite, it's probably a good idea to order some appetizers. But since the appetizers I had were delicious, I'd recommend ordering the appetizers anyways. read more

This particular place acts like you've been here before. Nobody will greet you and if you finally lean over the counter long enough, staring at the two ppl avoiding you, you MIGHT be asked if you already signed in... so, somehow they expect you to walk in and know this with no signs. In fact, the only paper hanging up is the one letting you know that prices have increased and are NOT reflected on the menu. To me, this is almost a way to charge you anything they feel like. They have a separate bar area where you can seat yourself but the one available table had not been cleaned and we didn't get greeted, again. Once I signed up and waited for my table, the party that walks in, signs in after me with the same amount of ppl, gets immediately seated. I asked what happened and they guy starts telling everyone to get away from the table because now he's gonna give it to us. What a shit show. This place sucks ass and the people are shit. read more

Some good friends told us about this place so we joined them to try it out. Amazing. All the different dishes were very tasty and used different sauces and seasonings. So many Thai places seem to use the same sauce on everything. Not here. You're in for some tasty food. The pan fried dumplings were the best I've ever had, anywhere. Others raved about the Pad Thai and the seafood plate pictured. There are plenty of wonderful appetizers to enjoy, and a rather extensive menu. They have a fairly priced wine selection and have a wine special on the menu. Portions are ample. My advice is to bring friends or family with you, so that you can share some dishes. At a time when service had been less than wonderful at other restaurants, they really work hard here to make the meal a good experience. We can't wait to return and try some other dishes. I wish the ambiance could be a little different than a typical strip mall eatery, but on a positive note, there was ample free parking. read more

But other than that the taste was really good and they can do spicy "Thai chili" spicy !!! My fiance ordered dinner from My Thai on Monday the 31st. We would have gone to Talay Thai, but they were closed. They forgot his order of drunken noodles and they still charged for them. He had to call to ask for a refund since we were already 30 minutes away from the restaurant. The food is still mediocre. I recommend going to Talay Thai or Thai Smile. read more
