Regular cup with citrus sorbet, honey and coconut shavings
    Lauren B.

I mainly wanted to try this location because I saw many people on social media post about it. My sister said this was one of those things on her NYC checklist that she absolutely had to do. The only thing is we read about long lines and unfortunately our patience is thin when the weather is as hot as it is right now. We ultimately decided to check out the place and got in line at 11:40PMish. We did not finish paying until 12:20AMish, that is roughly about a 40 minute wait. As a heads up they do cut off the line about 5-10 minutes before they close which is completely understandable as they do get quite busy. I think the staff try their best to handle customers and overall are super friendly. They also limit how many people are inside the store which I appreciate because it makes the process feel a bit less rushed. The shop itself is quite small too. I feel the yogurt itself is decent but unfortunately not worth the long wait. If you see a short line then I'd say you should pop in to try it but otherwise maybe use your time differently. They typically have few flavors running which is the plain Greek and seasonals. I opted for the citrus sorbet with honey and coconut shavings. I got a regular cup which allows for two toppings ($10.90). If you wanted to add more toppings, they charge $1.50 per additional toppings but recommend capping it to 4 otherwise it might spill out. Overall pleasant experience but not worth waiting anything over 30 minutes.

Unreal! Expect the froyo to be more tart because it is greek yogurt based. But with all the toppings it is the perfect sweetness. They are quick even despite the line outside.

I waited in line 45 minutes after work on Wednesday. Way too long of a wait. However, the froyo was really delicious. I loved the toppings. Definitely one of my top froyo spots in the city for sure.

Ordered two medium original tart yogurts- one was Dubai chocolate style and the other with just baklava topping on it. Both were really good and the yogurt was super creamy. The yogurt was good but the wait was kind of long and the price was a bit steep. $24 + tip.

So It's been about two months, since MYKA opened up in the heart of 6th Ave. I've been wanting to try this place for a while. But as mid-afternoon approaches, on any given day, the line is close to 100 people deep. You'd think they were giving it away. I guess it's quite popular, considering it's in 14 countries w/49 locations. My only hope was a Friday morning. At 11am, I was 5th in line. The store is small and the service is fast. Instead of trying to figure out what to have, I just asked what was popular. Signature Frozen Yogurt/Pistachio/Baklava Crumble aka "Baklava Pistachio" (Medium Sized) I added some olive oil to mine. After almost $16.00 w/tip, I was on my way. Don't expect "16 Handles" or "I Can't Believe It's Not Yogurt". The texture is half icy & half creamy with an odd after taste, that resembled sour cream. Must be the touch of goat's kefir. They do have seasonal flavors, along with a Fruit Sorbet. A plethora of toppings may be the reason the line moves slow at peak times. I thought I was good, but not great.

I got a regular sized tart frozen yogurt with 3 toppings (paid extra for an additional one) - dulce de leche, chocolate chips, and baklava for $13.51 Personally I don't think it was worth the price, the line, and the service. If you're looking for healthier sweat treat option this might be the move if you get the small size. It tasted too much like chobani yogurt for me but the toppings were good. It was very pretty though!

Line is still quite long even in the early evenings on weekdays. I've walked past in the afternoon and line is shorter but still about 20 people in line. The toppings are fun and delicious, my friend got the honey and pistachio sauce with almonds and I got the berry crumble, chocolate chips, and pistachio sauce. Froyo itself is also delicious but likely not worth a wait over 20 minutes.

Is this obviously good quality yogurt? yes. would I wait in line and pay $12 for it? no - I got a regular sized classic tart and was very impressed by how creamy and tangy the yogurt is. you can tell it's a Greek yogurt as it has an extra sharp kick that goes beyond a classic tart flavor. it is definitely on the more sour side so if you have a crazy sweet tooth, this might not be your first choice. - they have an array of semi healthy /better than usual toppings. multiple fun sauces. I got the "MYKATAIFI"which is the texture lovers dream. it's a nice not heavy nutty flavor with crispy shredded phyllo dough. it was very light despite the often-rich pistachio base. - I also got the baklava topping, which was crumbled baklava bits. I was disappointed in this one. it honestly could've been just almond slivers with how little flavor it had. - I went on a weekday so the line was super short. A regular comes with two toppings that ended up being $12. I feel like for $12 I could've gotten moring for my bucket other fro spots, but this is definitely a healthy fresh summer choice.

I was walking down 6th Ave, and when I got to Radio City Music Hall, I saw a line in front of a shop. Myka sounds Greek, and I was thinking of dishes like spanakopita. But no, it's frozen Yogurt. The place is small, and the line was out the door, with no seating inside or outside. When you walk into this store, you feel transported to Greece. How the store interior looks and the color scheme. I got the large size, which gives you three toppings with that size. I got the regular flavor yogurt with the must-have toppings of Baklava, Honey, and Crispy Praline. I was hoping I didn't go into a sugar rush coma. It tasted really good, and I ate it where I stood. It was after 6 PM, and Rockefeller Center was awash in tourists, and I could not walk and eat frozen Yogurt at the same time without a human-to-human collision I highly recommend checking this spot out.

Short lines on a Sunday for myka near radio city. We were on our way to the Rockefeller center and spotted the line and the logo - it's been all over my Instagram so I had to go! It was a short wait, about 7-8 mins, and we were able to get in. We got the flavor of the week with pina colada and three toppings. The folks behind the counter were very patient and helpful! 5/5 service! Flavor wise I found the yoghurt tart and pina colada wasn't working for me. The ingredients seemed fresh! I might return if lines are short still and will likely get the regular yoghurt.

There are different types of cold treats: gelatos and more slushie like consistency frozen confections that are served in a cup. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. All flavors are very sweet, so a small portion can be shared and you will feel satisfied. I personally enjoyed their in-house special flavor of gelato: honey cream with crushed almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. That was bombastic! Love how nutty the consistency was. I love nuts, so this almost reminded me of a chunky peanut butter situation: just more fine grained and smooth, with gelato being the base. Highly recommend trying this flavor! Focacia was okay. A bit too dry and bland for my liking, but still decent. My favorite item was the pistachio bombolone which is officially now my favorite dessert. This was magnificent! The yeasty dough was so light and airy--perfectly light and balanced. The filling of pistachio cream was very delicate and not sweet at all, which was such a nice surprise. I do not like saccharine dessert. The fresh raspberry jam was a perfect balance to the pistachio cream. I never like jams in my desserts, but this was a perfect complement. Woooow, what a treat! Can't wait to return for it and to try more of their other flavors--hazelnut & chocolate, coconut, white chocolate, tiramisu. You could taste the superb quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

Don't remember what I had the previous 20+ years I went there after a group dinner. This time I was influenced & specifically took a bus over for their corn ice cream. It's STILL the summer of corn. The quality of the ice cream was excellent, medium creamy & very smooth with the teeniest bit of corn blended. Sampled the hazelnut which was great also - like a thick gelato. Would like to try the lychee next time. They have probably 20 different flavors, displayed well. The staff is patient & very nice. The space is very big for a business in the East Village with mostly a waiting area. 4-5 seats are up front & they set up a few plastic chairs on the side. On a 90°F day, the shop was filled with customers & groups. A stantion at the door with directions for 2 lines would help manage things better.
