One of my favorite matcha spots in SA! I ended up getting a '94 matcha with a spirulina base and apple cinnamon syrup. It definitely gave a cereal milk taste, but not in a bad way! I also got a matcha cinnamon bun. Both were really good. I also picked up an instant lavender agave matcha mix to go and appreciated that it wasn't too sweet at all. Definitely check this place out to try some unique matcha flavors!
Fantastic. It's bittersweet, though. I adored the panaderia that formerly inhabited this spot. But Mira Matcha delivers high quality matcha products with unbeatable customer service. I came early Friday morning and ordered the Berry Buena Matcha - the employee said it was a blueberry matcha with oat milk and it was refreshing and delicious. You can tell the matcha is high quality. There's no unpleasant aftertaste, just freshness. I overheard them tell other employees they had an ube matcha latte on their menu, too. That's enough of a reason for me to come back. In addition to the matcha latte, I ordered an avocado toast (the Capri one with avocado, mozzarella, tomatoes, and balsamic) and it was delightful. The ingredients were fresh and bright and it was the perfect breakfast. I also ordered a matcha cinnamon roll to go (I've never heard of a matcha cinnamon roll, so I'm really excited to try this later today!!). I asked about coffee, and they have cold brew and regular coffee, but no espresso drinks, which I kinda figured, with matcha being the focal point of this spot. The inside is cozy and inviting. The painted exposed brick is a familiar face, and they've added plants in up cycled juice bottles to each table which is super cute. There's ample seating available and even a few tables and chairs outdoors, too. I'm utterly excited about Mira Matcha. Definitely in the top 3 spots I've tried with matcha on their menu. I can't wait to come back.
Mira Matcha is delicious, the space is adorable, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whether at the Pearl Farmers Market or their storefront, the quality and vibes are consistently top-notch. So glad to have them in San Antonio!
When you need a place to connect with a computer and get a nicely made matcha come here! The place is small but provides a good enough amount of space wall outlets and tables for you to sit singularly or with a couple of folks and catch up.
I love Míra Matcha so much. The staff is wonderful, the drinks are top tier, and their brick and mortar is beautiful. We first tried Míra Matcha at the San Antonio Coffee Festival - it had the longest line in the area, and it was more than worth the wait. You can truly tell how much care goes into making these drinks and the quality of their matcha. I see it in the preparation and from the owner. And I can taste it too! We had their horchata matcha at the festival, and while they were out when we went to the cafe, we were able to get the '94 and Fresa Matcha. Both were so beautifully balanced and refreshing. The strawberry compote was perfectly sweet and homemade - it wasn't the one you get from the store. Fresh and delicious. I loved the '94 - it was lightly sweet and tasted almost like cereal milk. I could have drank it all day long. The matcha in the drinks was so light in texture but strong in flavor. Even the ice they used was perfect for their drinks and did not water down the matcha too fast. The cafe was beautiful, very simple, and had a nice amount of seating. We cannot wait to come back for more matcha soon!
Mira Marcha is absolutely delicious! They are your go too for real authentic matcha experience. They are not Starbucks with pre sweeten low quality matcha. They're here to provide HIGH quality matcha and serve it the way it should be. But I do appreciate them offering sweeter options for those that enjoy more sweet drinks. For me my go to is the regular iced matcha. I've gotten to try the fresa soo delicious! They also have their Latin Flavor Matcha that I try to cop when I go to the shop my favorite is the Mexican vanilla matcha latte mix. The shops vibe is cozy and fun great place to take a meeting enjoy quality time with friends and the staff is always so sweet and kind. This is a great place to check out if you haven't this is your sign to go!
I've seen a lot of Mira Matcha on social media while looking for drink spots in San Antonio, so I was excited to finally try it out. The shop itself is on the smaller side, but there is some seating available for studying or getting work done. There's limited free parking next to the shop, although there is also a paid parking lot behind the building. The interior is super cute and aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately, the drinks didn't quite live up to the hype for me. I tried the Fresa, Blueberry Matcha, and the '94 Matcha, and all of the drinks come with oat milk by default. For both the Fresa and Blueberry Matcha, the fruit syrups tasted good on the initial sip, but once mixed in, the flavors became very faint. As for the '94 Matcha, it mostly tasted like cinnamon and milk, without much matcha flavor coming through. Overall, the drinks tasted a bit watery and lacked the bold matcha or syrup flavors I was expecting.
This was a very cute shop dedicated to serving matcha to their customers. I came here this past weekend with a friend and loved the atmosphere. It was very relaxing and the setup was cute. Very nice and clean and the people there were very nice. They not only sell matcha drinks but also some shirts, pastries (matcha conchas and cinnamon rolls for example) and even the matcha powder if you prefer to make your own. I did also liked that they had dog treats at the front so can give your pet a little something while waiting. The lady at the counter was able to get our order fast and made sure everything was good. She even noticed when my friend needed some more sweetness to her drink and helped her out. I ordered the mango matcha and it looked so cute and fancy. There was more of a stronger taste for the matcha than mango but did taste good. You could always ask them to adjust if you need anything fixed which I did like. I'll definitely consider coming back here in the future. For sure worth a try for any matcha lover out there.

Jess took care of me at the front register and was very bubbly and friendly. Matcha price is generally higher than a normal coffee since inflation and short supply but this cafe provides high quality matcha so it's worth. I love that the menu has a variety of option including Hispanic influenced/fusion drinks. Free wifi & great taste in music :) Would definitely bring friends here to try.
This is the cutest cozy lil cafe! They have some inside seating and two tables outside for seating. They offer WiFi for guest and there are some areas to shop the store items like shirts , matcha powers, matcha bowls, cups and some matcha pastries. They even have pet treats! By the inside seating area there are outlets and lamps and a little utensil area with free lemon water. The customer service is excellent. One employee noticed I was iffy about my drink and asked if it needed to be sweeter. On the walls they also have little notes on the walls offering to remake your drink if you don't like it. I ordered a Mexican vanilla matcha -Their matcha is probably the best I have tried so far. It's earthy and light and balanced with the added flavors.
Gorgeous little matcha shop in Government Hill! A friend introduced me to them while they were at the Pearl Farmers Market. Their Sesame Sol was amazing, with black sesame. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. They sell their Matcha Latte mix products as well. Park in their little lot next to the shop!
Ok, went a few minutes after 8am. 2 woman in there... in deep convo. Took a minute for them to tend to ~just me... Hot Matcha Americano style just pretty good, nothing to jump up & down about as well as a Hot matcha oat milk, w/lavender. Cute place but I wouldn't return.
Upon walking in I was surprised how large it was, the bar is further inside. You kinda gotta make your way back. It has a very friend's kinda place. The people there all seem to have known one another. So, I actually felt a little intrusive trying to ask a question & place an order. Once I did the lady was helpful.. The Matcha was well made. Churo Oatmilk latte was blended perfectly. The problem fell when the ice melted - my fault for not drinking fast enough. It truly watered it down. So, I'll have to try to get back & try a hot version one day.

I'm so happy to have finally found a place that serves high-quality matcha! This was my second time ordering the Berry Buena at Mira Matcha, and I'm happy to report that it was just as delicious the second time around. They're incredibly consistent, which I always appreciate. The staff is super patient and friendly. They take the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make you feel welcome, even if you're new to matcha. Parking: There's a small parking area around the corner, but it does get tight when it fills up. If those spots are full, there are also several street parking options nearby. Seating: The space opens up to plenty of tables and chairs as soon as you walk in. It's the perfect spot to sip and yap with friends, catch up on work, or settle in for a study session. Overall, great drinks, kind staff, and a cozy atmosphere--I'll definitely be back for another Berry Buena... or maybe an Ube Matcha Latte! read more

This was my second time trying matcha. The first time was not that great but my matcha dreams have been restored!!! The Berry Matcha was delicious!! The matcha is imported from Japan and the berry compote was made in house. I will definitely be back to satisfy my matcha cravings!! read more

First time here. Very glad I came across this place. Let's go through my visit ! Staff 5 Stars while coming in I was greeted kindly with a smile and welcome. Always nice to have at any business and makes my visit memorable. They worked very quickly on the drinks we ordered and we waited less than 7 minutes. Drinks were brought out also with a smile and kindness. The lady was even kind to let our little one pick out her favorite straw which goes a long way. So nice and refreshing! I'd come back solely based on that experience. Drinks 5 stars: These drinks were great, and I mean it. The matcha was perfectly smooth (which isn't always the case at a lot of matcha places) and sweet. They had lovely flavor combinations to pair with the matcha. What I really loved was the Machata which was a horchata and matcha drink. The flavors were in your face just enough but also blended with the matcha in a perfect balance. Sooo good. Very very nice. Ambiance 5 stars: This place was so cute! I loved the almost rustic design inside the place. It felt very welcoming and peaceful. Definitely would be a great place to study but it was a little small on the inside. They did have outdoor seating but in this summer heat is definitely not an option. Overall I thoroughly loved the inside and the place was super clean. Value 5 stars: Now don't get me wrong $9 is a lot for a small matcha drink especially considering that you could get $5 drinks other places. BUT, i really do think it's work it. With the quality, speed, and uniqueness that comes with the drink I'm happy to throw my money at it. Overview 5 stars: This place was flawless in every aspect. I don't even really like matcha and I'm super picky about it but this place made me honestly forget. Such a solid great business. I would love to revisit and hope everyone does the same. Brick and mortar shop opened up right next to Sam Houston base! The shop was cozy and the menu hosted a couple new options- including chai! The vanilla matcha latte was fabulous and I appreciate how you can adjust the sweetness! The building has a small parking lot next door to the building but not during busy times it will probably fill up quickly. read more
The brick and mortar was just minutes from my place so it's a no brainer to not visit. They have new flavors on the menu and decided to go with the blue berry matcha with oat milk. GREAT matcha flavor. The blue berry syrup wasn't too sweet and I could still taste the earthiness of the matcha which I personally prefer. Congrats again on the storefront! The last time I was in this little food truck plaza, it was really just the coffee truck - a lot has changed! Now it's a little village of trucks, and this time I check out Mira Matcha after seeing great reviews. The truck is adorable with great style, a little merch area and friendly service. I got the churro matcha with vanilla and really enjoyed how smooth it was, and that it wasn't too sweet. I'm not super knowledgeable about matcha but I really enjoyed my drink and overall experience. And then we saw her again at the Pearl farmers market, where they consistently had a pretty good line! Glad to see this spot has such a great following. read more
I had noticed this place at the many Pearl's markets I can't believe it took me this long to try them out since I love Matcha. They serve it anyway you like. I typically don't get any sweeteners in mine, but this time I did get the honey lavender. I liked it. It wasn't over overwhelmingly sweet. The Matcha flavor was perfect. Not too strong, not too weak. There was a long line for service, but it went real quick and everyone worked in sync to get your drink out quickly. read more

LOVED! My favorite was the mango matcha you can definitely tell it's fresh mango. The blueberry matcha was good too. More of a personal preference but I do wish it had a bit more ice it was a hot day so the ice that was in it melted right away. Other than that matcha flavor was good and still present despite the flavoring which I know can sometimes overpower the drink. Also the inside is so cute definitely a quiet space perfect for studying. read more

Congratulations on the new place !!! So excited for this shop to continue to serve the best matcha in town. FIRST: their blueberry matcha and mango matcha are SO SO SOOO GOOD ! Their horchata one TOO but I think it's only seasonal:( Super cute place, simple and modern decor (cutie mirror for the pics that everyone wants ;) ) Dani and Marissa were the sweetest! Really good customer service (at any of their locations.) Public space, wifi available, clean tables, keep in mind there's only 3/4 tables inside but GREAT ambience! The parking is a little hard because it's small and limited next to it but there's parking around the corner and on the street. They have sourdough for sale and the best matcha sourdough cinnamon rolls ! I had to come back today for one because at the grand opening they sold out. The grand opening was full of prices and surprises and the wait was worth it. Mira Matcha is definitely a place to come by! read more

A combination of Latin flavors with authentic matcha caught my interest and made me want to give Míra Matcha a try. The shop's interior is aesthetically pleasing and looks like a great place to study or hang out. I ordered the blueberry matcha latte along with a matcha cinnamon roll. The blueberry matcha had a nice balance of matcha and blue agave. The blueberry flavor was faint, but the staff is so friendly and offered to add more syrup if needed. They're genuinely kind and open to feedback, which I appreciated. The matcha cinnamon roll was really good, just a bit on the dry side. But overall, with delicious drinks, good pastries, and kind staff, Míra Matcha has definitely become one of my top spots for matcha. I love that I can get amazing matcha while supporting a local, Latina-owned business! read more

The matcha flavor itself was good, I am a huge traditional matcha fan and was so excited to find a matcha spot at the Pearl farmers market. The color and the taste of the matcha itself was good not too earthy with good notes. I got the mango flavor and I didn't care too much for the pairing with the matcha. What I really didn't like was the milk options. They only have oat and coconut and I prefer a matcha latte with whole milk. The staff is super sweet and they also move the line super quickly. read more

First time here and trying Míra matcha. I am a big matcha drinker and I was surprised and torn to come here thinking it was just a hype about the freshness and consistency this matcha had was excellent. The color of the matcha was the perfect green that it should be. The matcha range around $8-9 that I remembered. The service was great and friendly and helped picking out selections. The place is cute, matcha theme with limited seating inside and out but still a great place to hang out and enjoy your treats. Treat yourself! read more

I'm from the Houston area and a huge fan of traditional matcha, so I was really excited to try out a dedicated matcha spot in San Antonio! I picked up four drinks for me and my family, and I can't stress enough how the owners were extremely nice and accommodating to my specific orders as I needed three different milks. We ordered: - clasica with churro, whole milk super yummy syrup flavor, hides matcha flavor a bit if you're used to drinking matcha unsweetened. - clasica with mexican vanilla, oat milk so yummy!! 10/10 the vanilla compliments the matcha really well and was the perfect sweetness to us. - clasica, whole milk i didn't get to try this one but the guy who did said it was good lol - clasica, no agave, almond milk i usually drink my matcha unsweetened with milk so i got it as i usually would and it was good, i could tell it was a good quality matcha powder. the owner said they used about 2.5-3g of matcha which i really appreciated knowing, as well as getting to see them traditionally whisk in a chawan with a bamboo chasen The next time I come I will for sure be trying some of the more fun drinks, especially the matchata. I'm so glad there is a matcha spot like this in satx and I'm excited to keep supporting in the future! read more

Right when I walked in there was a strong incense burning which thankfully got more faint towards the counter. I ordered the Fresca and Mango Matcha which needed more syrup and fruit puree. The barista at the counter was sweet and nice enough to adjust it to our liking, however, it still tasted off and watery. Overall, I could tell that the matcha they use is high grade ceremonial and I'm sure it would be great on it's own latte form. Probably would've been better to spend $26 at Matcha Maiko or La La Land. read more

The customer service is amazing at Mira Matcha and the shop is really cute. I enjoyed talking to the barista's, but my drinks were okay. I got the mango matcha and the Pina matcha. I think that matcha it's self was lack luster. In my opinion both drinks had amazing purées. The taste for both the pina and mango were solid, although I will say the mango has some of the fibrous strands in the drink. The ratio of ice, milk, puree, and matcha was not the best. The matcha was pretty weak in my opinion and my drink mostly tasted like milk and puree. read more
