The staff is always friendly and have picked me up before when getting the car rental. The cars / Suvs we rent are always spacious and have always meet and always exceed my expectations. The check in and drop off process is always seamless and quick. If I had a gripe or even a little complaint; is that the last pick up it was left no to little gas upon picking up Suv. I had put a little more than 1/2 tank when I dropped off because I did not want the next potential renter to put gas in the car right off the lot. Otherwise, the last car rental was the perfect size and it accommodated our trip perfectly.

Check-in from a pre-booking went fairly smoothly, although the car you get is fairly random compared to what you actually booked (e.g. you may get a crossover instead of the selected sedan). Return went well and I just had to hand in the keys with them emailing me the receipt (for the original quoted amount; no add-ons). That may have been because there was a line and it was close to closing time, so don't count on such a quick and easy return every time. I *don't* like that you have to return the car by closing time (5 pm) or get charged extra (e.g. for Fridays, you'll get charged for Saturday and Sunday until they open on Monday morning if you don't get the car back to them by 5 pm Friday). Enterprise Car Rentals lets you drop the keys into a key return box if you miss their closing time and return the car late, which is *much* better. Also note, you have to pay by credit card (not debit card or anything else); although that may be an industry standard.

Even when the health department has ordered a "shelter in place" Do your best to avoid this company. Any company that would do this is not worth your time or money. Apparently they will do whatever they can to take your money in a crisis. I imagine that they are the type of company that sets up a bar outside an AA meeting.

I was dropping my car at a body shop in Lafayette and walked over to Enterprise--they did offer to pick me up, I just wanted to walk--and they are so nice!!! I came is and Daniel helped me. He put me in this crazy red monster of a Challenger (which I had so much fun in) while my Tesla was being repaired. What a change from my electric car...
