I'm a fan! I love Indian food and a buffet is the best way to try a variety of dishes. I came by with friends over the weekend and was really impressed by the detail and decor - the location is casual but elegant, with jewel tone chairs, crystal water glasses and gold utensils. The hallway to the bathroom also has fun lighting and a family portrait wall. The buffet itself is available for lunch, 11-4 at $17/pp. There was a good amount of variety, with three curry dishes with various proteins (goat and chicken), a few vegetarian options (paneer and daal), two kinds of kabobs, along with several sauces (raita, chutneys, etc), fresh fruit and rice kheer for dessert - great selection, really. Note that the heat level on the buffet dishes was very mild, no heat whatsoever, probably to be most palatable to those who might be new to the cuisine. You also get a choice of naan. Decided to give this place a try and order take out. The chicken 65 and the lamb biryani were the better dishes. Although I've had lamb biryani I enjoyed more, this satisfies the craving enough. This was my first time actually trying Indian food at a restaurant. I had always been curious and finally decided to give it a go! It did not disappoint! We tried so many yummy meals. My favorite was butter chicken and cheesy naan. The restaurant itself has a beautiful and vibrant aesthetic. Staff is helpful and polite. I ordered the Chana Masala and Batura. I ordered it medium and it was spicy but lacked any other flavor that I would like to have with my chana. The butter chicken was average. Nothing special. It's very quaint inside, with a nice decor, and limited seating which would perhaps make it hard to get in during some days for lunch. With literally nobody inside for the entire 45 minutes I was there, I started to wonder if it was due to the food lacking much flavor? I ordered online yesterday and the food tasted completely different, the garlic naan is disgusting!!!!! Whole chunks of garlic and it smells terrible. The vibe here is much more modern than other Indian spots. Portions are large, they have some of the best naan I have had in a while. I think for ordering large entrees they should serve larger portions of rice for each dish, they give a small cup. Make sure to grab a mange lassi, they literally fill the cup to the top! read more

Dinner tonight was spectacular! Everything we ate was flavorful and our server was great. The design and decor of the restaurant inside felt very modern and colorful with red and yellow velvet chairs and teal booth seating. Fresh cut flowers scattered around the restaurant and a tree in the center of the room made me feel so peaceful and happy. Our server brought out papadum (big, thin crispy crackers) served with a sweet tamarind sauce and an earthy mint sauce. Our samosas (one order comes with 2) were crispy on the outside and soft inside packed with potatoes and peas and full of spices. I liked adding the leftover sauce to my samosa. I ordered the golden dish Shai Paneer (a dish made for kings!) and it was the best curry I've ever had! Garlic naan was tasty and my boyfriend said his butter chicken was one of the best meals he has had in a long time! We will definitely go back and make it our regular place for date night! Every time I visit an Indian cuisine restaurant, I always try the Chicken Tikka Masala and this place does not disappoint. It may be the best one I've had so far. The Garlic Naan was also well made. I liked that it was thin, a bit crispy, and it used enough garlic. It's clear that they care about the small details and the over presentation as well. They use very aesthetic tableware, and floral garnish to add some color to their dishes. The service was amazing, as they were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I was pleased with my meal and experience. The ambiance of this place is very modern and beautiful. Whoever hand picked all the furniture, paint color, tiles, etc. has great taste. One thing that is awesome is that they have a buffet every day from 11-4 and it's only $16 per person! Food was fresh and refilled pretty frequently but they kept running out of items however they did refill pretty quick. Had to ask for water a couple of times and it's very tight seating. Where they originally wanted to seat us we would not have been able to get out to make trips to the buffet. They ended up seating us next to someone that was possibly the manager or owner since he was sitting on a laptop with business sticker on it. This is a cute, tiny Indian food place with a modern feel to it. Long shared table in the middle under a very cool decorative tree. The restaurant is nicely appointed. Space is tight. Seating is comfortable, but they won't be expanding anytime soon. There is a small patio outside if you like outdoor dining. Staff was excellent. Really great service, friendly, efficient, engaged and attentive. We went for the buffet (available all day which is amazing!). The buffet is small, given space concerns, but full of good choices. I was surprised to find so many protein dishes (various kinds of chicken and goat curry) and some but not a lot of vegetarian choices. Nice basmati rice, but here's a TIP: Wait for it before approaching the buffet so you can drown it with the choices from the buffet. Fresh salad, samosas that were yummy, curry, chicken marsala, vegetable pakora, dal, an excellent aloo gobi, vindaloo and butter chicken. Desert was a very dense golub jamun. Buffet was fresh, hot, kept clean and everything was nicely spiced - if you don't like your food on the hot/spicy side. Seemed to be seasoned for the neophyte Indian Food tastes. So on 2/17 I took my mom out for their kind of food, Indian food! I'm not a big fan but when I saw the reviews of this place I thought why not try it out. To start off it was a bit confusing coming into the restaurant, it's kinda small and intimate which is nice but you walk in and you don't know whether you seat yourself or if someone sits you at a table. Again I'm not a big fan of India food but I do have to say this place is the only place I'll go to for now till I find somewhere else to go. Naan & Curry is a small new chain Indian restaurant that just opened in Henderson but they have another location in town and several across the nation. We ordered the Butter Chicken (medium) and Chicken Korma (mild) along with two orders of garlic naan. Each entrée comes with rice and you pick what level of spice you want: mild, medium or spicy Both of dishes tasted good but were heavy on the cream and I noticed the quality of the chicken wasn't great. I thought the food was a bit overpriced at around $19 an entrée plus another $4 for garlic naan. $9 for a single bottle of Stella Artois seemed excessive. I think the lunch buffet at $17 is a much better way to go plus you can sample a lot more dishes. Service was quick, friendly and knowledgable about the food. What a wonderful new hot spot for St. Rose pkwy. The food was so amazing, fresh and well seasoned. We started with the samosas, which were crispy and flavor packed. My husband had the Lamb Vindaloo, medium and it was pretty spicy, but perfect for his palette. I had the Aloo Gobi (cauliflower curry). I got mine mild, which was tasty, but not hot. The rice had whole spices (as it should). We also had the garlic naan and Buthara (wheat flour and fried). They sell wine and beer, I had a nice glass of red wine. The decor is classy, bright and well appointed. The service was impeccable. We met the owner Rhoul, who was raised in the Vegas food industry and is a nice nice man. I've loved Indian food forever and on the east coast I had plenty of options for great Indian restaurants. In Vegas ... not so much. There are a couple places near me that are alright. There was a place on Eastern in Henderson that had become my go to. But they are so expensive. I found Naan & Curry and was absolutely blown away. Not only are they reasonable it's the best Indian food I've had in the city. Shahi paneer, which I never had before, is ridiculously good. My new favorite though my old one (butter chicken) is killer as well. I'd also highly recommend the onion bhaji as an appetizer. I've never been less than blown away by anything I've tried. Finally let me say something about the service. The guy who I always had handled my orders whether it has been takeout or the one time I ate in is exceptional. I didn't get his name but he's a taller black gentleman. Honestly I'm thinking he might be the owner not just cause he acts like this is his business but also cause I've never seen him not there. Picked up food from this location at St. Rose. When I arrived, the entrance is so cute. There's mini front yard out in the front with some tables. Going inside, it's small but good enough seating for a great hang out space. The workers were helpful and friendly! We ordered chicken masala, samosa, garlic and cheese naan and i forgot the name of one dish. This dish was curry that has coconut mixed in with chicken and some red peppers. That dish was delicious. We ordered level 2 and it was already spicy for my liking. The naans were huge! The cheese naan tasted as if it was quesadilla when you roll up the curries and rice in it.
