For the hot pot we got the nabe signature and miso, both were very good. They had a variety of different noodles, vegetables, and sauces for your hot pot. I like that you can select as many or as little as you want. All the meats were great. I did concentrate a lot on the appetizers. I liked their bulgogi. It was more sweet than I tend to make it but it was cooked very well. Also I recommend trying the "oh shit". The tempura was really good as well. Very light and I could still taste the vegetable underneath. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and the food came out fast. We came here back when they first opened and wanted to try it again. I regret doing that. First off the nigiri was good but the rest of the sushi we ordered was MUSHY. The rice was so overcooked and wet and my sushi roll fell apart. The fried foods were so soggy and borderline cold. We were only checked in by our server about 3 times and we were there for an hour. I expected WHOLE cucumber slices when i ordered the addicting cucumbers and it just looked like the scraps. Not to mention the booth right behind the cash register when you walk in had a huge rip in it and i kept cutting my leg on the huge tear. Then we told them how many people in our party (8) and they were actually able to seat us in 20 min. The food was pretty good. The service was subpar at best. After a five hour drive from LA to Vegas, we were famished and this was the perfect spot for a late lunch/early dinner. We made it before 4 PM for the lunch price option but opted for the all day $30 option to be able to order nigiri sushi and premium items. For a party of four, we were seated immediately on a Friday afternoon. AYCE hot pot and sushi is such a fun concept and this place had a lot of good options on their menu. For hot pot we opted for their nabe signature and beef broth which had good flavor. They have a sauce, noodle, vegetable/tofu bar that you get yourself and you order meats and seafood from the waiter. As for sushi, I enjoyed the nigiri more than the rolls but appreciate the rolls were only four pieces. Salmon nigiri tasted fresh and they didn't overdo the rice to fish ratio. Don't forget to choose you ice cream flavor at the end. Service was prompt at the beginning but by our third round of ordering, we definitely had to flag down whoever we saw fly by. The hotpot broth and meat were brought out promptly after placing order. They're all good quality. You can order unlimited items each time as long as you can finish all the food. A good variety of side dishes and sauces such as hoisin sauce, fish tofu and vegetables. The sushi dishes were good but served a bit slow, so be sure to account for all the food orders when you order so you can finish all the food especially sushi. We came riiiight before the dinner rush so the wait was just 2 minutes for us! I liked that you could get sushi too so it changed up your pallet and you didn't have to eat too much of the same thing. Of hot pot places I've been, this place probably had the best non-meat sides in terms of quality and variety. I LOVED that they had Thai tea ice cream because it's pretty hard to find. Fat ratio looked different, different thickness, etc. Got the signature broth (too salty) and sukiyaki (too sweet). Service was TERRIBLE. From the moment we walked in to the very end of our dinner. The lady that seated us didn't even give us menus! Food came out before drinks. We ordered one large beer with two glasses. Had to ask another server for it. I also asked our server for a bowl but he must've forgotten that too cause I had to ask someone else for it. We kept flagging down servers to order more since we weren't checked on enough. With the amount of staffs they had, they definitely could've been more attentive. For an ayce place, they need to do better. Much better. At the end, couldn't even flag anyone down to pay. So we went to the front and that same lady that seated us was on the phone and completely ignored us. I went to the restroom, came back to the front, and we STILL haven't paid.
