Had a great meal at Nacho this week while we were in Spring. We had the mixed grill fajitas with 5 kinds of meat! All fantastic. The rice and beans delicious. Taquitos with birria meat to start were also very good. And the ranchy dipping sauce for the chips was addictive. Great margaritas too. Friendly staff. We will be back next time we are in Spring. We don't get that type of tex mex in Oregon- folks in Spring are lucky to have it in their backyard! read more

Good, consistent service. Fabulous margaritas!! Excellent food quality! Definitely great Tex Mex and close to the house. We're regulars now. We easily compare this to Pappasito's and the price points are close. But never have to drive far, or wait to be seated . Chips and salsa are better than Pappasitto's, for sure!! read more

This restaurant is quickly becoming one of our favorites. Everything we've tried so far has been good. On the weekends I highly recommend the brunch. They serve a huge plate of migas topped with avocado, which I loved. My daughter had the churro waffles and enjoyed them too. At lunch we also tried the chocolate cake; it's a huge portion and great for sharing. The only downside is the waitstaff can be hit or miss. First time here. I had mixed feelings about trying it but glad we did. We had the guacamole as an appetizer that needed salt but easy fix. Also had queso flameado that was so good, must try! Ate it so fast forgot to take a picture. I had the shrimp tacos and thought they were flavorful. Hubby had green enchiladas that were jam packed with chicken. Went to Nacho Padres Cantina tonight and I have to say I was very pleased. Our server Charles was on point and very positive. Had to go with beef fajitas. Right off the bat you can tell it's a higher quality cut of meat compared to most all the other guys. The beef speaks for itself with flavor and not masked with marinade. The beans both charro and refried had great flavor as well as the rice. We had churros for dessert that were delicious and it's a big serving. We had the pleasure of meeting Cisco the owner and his wife and what a great family and story. It was a blessing tonight to hear his story and get to know him a little. I've been waiting for this place to open, and I finally had the opportunity to come on my lunch break. Aesthetically, the restaurant has tons of cool colors and decor. Parking seems to be limited. Alex, my server was very sweet. Chips n salsa were ok. Salsa was kinda bland. My main meal (Compadre meal, I think it's called) needs improvement. Rice was heavy on cumin. Beans tasted spoiled (could've been the seasoning). Beef fajita taco was super bland, chicken fajita was good. Presentation wise, please place fajita tacos on opposite side of enchilada coz it makes the tortillas greasy. Food was ok. I'd like to see this place succeed. It seems to have potential. First it was a wait, which i wasnt too mad about cause thats normal, and from the time we entered there was a 20 mins wait and then waited for the food for at least 30 mins. So when the food came, one of the foods i ordered came out wrong. So the manager came back and gave us another burger 10 mins later. cool, so im a big person on flavor and stuff and seasoning. Tried to get seating for 8. A table was open and appeared to be the only table that would accommodate 8 but was told the area was closed. I have mixed reviews based on 5 separate visits. I have dined in 4 separate times and ordered takeout last night which is what I'm most disappointed about and why I'm writing this review. With regard to takeout, the portions are small for the $$. Most notably, the large queso for $12 came in a small container (8 oz.). The food has always been good. The steak fajitas when they're on special on Thursday are satisfying. Also, the Happy Hour nachos (no meat) are a huge value. It's a lot of food for $9. Two people would be challenged to finish the pile of nachos. The service has always been satisfactory and the ambience is great. Today, we took our Neighbors out to eat at Nacho Padre's. This is my favorite place to eat. The atmosphere is always perfect. Very friendly. The food is spectacular and the drinks are a work of art! Servings are ample. Price is excellent. The restaurant is always so neat and clean. We had a very good wait staff named Eddie. It was like he was reading our minds! He kept our drinks filled. He clarified our orders so that we got exactly what we ordered. He listened so well to what all we wanted to take with us. We wanted extra dip to go and the Tres Leche, beautiful artistic cakes. I came here for lunch on a Friday and made fun of my friend when he asked for a diet Dr Pepper. What restaurant actually carries that? The waitress politely informed him that no they unfortunately did not carry that. About ten minutes later she walked over with a plastic bottle of Diet Dr Pepper that one of the employees had run to the store to grab for him. Talk about over the top service. First time experience. I hate giving 2 star reviews but because the service was so bad I can't give more. I came here with a girl friend and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to greet us and ask drink orders. Margaritas (it was ok) came out quick. The chips didn't come out till after the margaritas and they did not bring the green sauce or salsa with it. We got those about five minutes later. We ordered the flauta tower- which was delicious. We asked for more green sauce right after we got our food and our waiter told us they were making a new batch and it would be like five minutes. He never brought us any more green sauce and didn't come back to check on us for at least 20 minutes still with no green sauce. We asked for a green sauce to go since we never got a second one and he told us it would be 20 minutes!!!! I told him he told us it would be five minutes over 20 minutes ago and he told us that they keep running out (he never even bothered to bring us some when the batch was done the initial time we asked for more) service was so mediocre.
