My husband texted their number at 10pm and Dr. Kim responded the next morning asking if I could come in at 8:30am. Not only is the office closed on Fridays, but this happened the weekend of 4th of July. Dr. Kim graciously fixed my filling with gentle care. He made me feel comfortable and was happy to help even on a non-business day. All the while, not being a patient on their file. My teeth are really healthy so I don't see the main dentist often but the couple of interactions I've had with her have been very kind. But my absolute most favorite person to talk to and get my cleanings done with is Huang. She's so down to earth and easy to talk to. She's careful and wont wet you and poke you on accident. She explains everything she does. And the whole cleaning experience feels like a spa! They even give you a hot towel to clean your chin/mouth area up when you're done. There's snacks in there and drinks. Everything is clean and the outside area is adorable. I don't have trouble parking and I don't have to wait. Just walk in and they are ready for my appointment! I saw a video online recently that said it's actually very difficult to find good dentists to do cleanings because many are shady and will only have their dental assistants polish your teeth. I do not have that experience here. The technology is modern and advanced, even some of my old dental places didn't have what they have here. Note: I am a cash paying customer. I do not go through insurance. It's a little expensive compared to other places but you get what you pay for. The experience is much much much better here. And for anyone worried about dealing with people who have accents from their home country, that's also not the case here. They speak fluent English with no accent. Which I know is a weird comment but I think some people care about that. So don't worry about it. It's also super cool that the dentist and hygienist are sisters lol. Our son was treated there on/off for about 1.5 years, and we constantly had to argue with them (while in the office) to make sure they are not adding extra services (that were not previously discussed). Also, each time they would confirm that we will not pay anything out of pocket. Now after 2 years, I receive a bill, stating insurance did not fully cover some of the fillings. When questioned, their answer was, it was maxed out and just casually apologized for sending the bill two years later. Seriously? Never again.

My first appointment was the day of my surgery, so they completed a quick consultation before bringing me back to the surgery room. Even with everything happening the same day, I never once felt rushed or overlooked. From the moment I walked into the oral surgery room, I was greeted by Tony and assisted by him and Bobby both absolute sweethearts! Bobby was the first person I met; she took my X-rays and was present during the consultation before the procedure. The energy in the room was nothing but positive. I came in feeling very anxious and nervous, but they made me feel calm and at ease right away. They asked me questions about myself that kept my mind occupied and distracted from what was actually happening, which helped more than they probably realize. That level of care truly shows how much they invest in making their patients feel comfortable. Not every office carries that kind of energy, and it makes such a difference. Dr. Jun was also wonderful welcoming, kind, and professional. As soon as he walked into the surgery room, he began preparing my IV for the anesthesia. The last thing I remember before falling asleep was him reassuring me that they were going to take really good care of me and that is exactly what they did. That moment alone brought me so much peace. You could genuinely tell that everyone there is happy to be doing what they do, and that's something truly admirable especially in a setting where patients may already feel nervous. It was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I'm currently recovering and so grateful for how smooth everything has been. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing oral surgery.

Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

This made my visit feel very safe and non-judgmental, and I 100% trust her honest treatment plan. The dental assistant also was very experienced, so getting X-rays didn't bother me at all. But I was eating dinner and it broke and so I had to make an appointment with my dentist. They are absolutely wonderful here, everyone here is so sweet and caring. They truly care about their patients and their teeth. I had to get a root canal done on my broken molar. I have had my share of dental trauma while pregnant for 7 months straight, so it's scary for me to go to the dentist now but you gotta do what you gotta do. I had a panic attack cause I was so nervous. They tried to give me laughing gas but it made me even more anxious so just did it without, ended up getting through a 3 1/2 procedure. They turned on a movie for me and gave me a blanket and even a massage chair with heat. They are wonderful at making you feel comfortable and cared for! I highly recommend this dentist office for dental work. My friend actually referred me here and I am so grateful he did. He showed me a booklet explaining root canal, went over every page with me, and did the work the following morning. He is compassionate, explains procedures thoroughly, keeps himself educated on new techniques, and is a perfectionist in his work. He utilizes computer-administered local anesthesia and does laser dentistry. His hygienist is tops, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. We have been going to Dr. Lewis for at least 15 years.

So, they tell me oh since you are a medical patient we will reduce the price from 600 each to 300 EACH TOOTH. Thats 900 dollars! This is where I just stopped communication because I was not gonna pay 900 dollars. This was my second like thats weird. Fast forward, a few months later, they give me a call hey come on in for your clean up and whatever. I tell them about what had happened a few months ago and they said ok lets check it out.
