My nails were a complete disaster when I walked in, the previous technician had made them way too thin and they were actually curling on the sides. Jason completely transformed them. He was incredibly patient and a true perfectionist, taking his time to make sure everything was just right and my nails honestly look better than they ever have. Johnny has such a great personality and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they placed a cold water bottle right in front of me, took my purse and hung it on a hanger next to me and even put a warm heating pad around my neck, I felt like a queen. Since Elaine left, it seems like the level of care and customer service has changed. Brian was not there for my scheduled appointment, and had left no one contacted me beforehand to let me know. My birthday dinner is tomorrow, and this appointment was important to me. The way I was treated left me feeling embarrassed, hurt, and even questioning whether my skin color played a part in how easily my concerns were disregarded. No loyal customer should leave a business in tears or feeling discriminated against. Sadly, after this experience, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. They don't care about your loyalty.
