Got a pedicure here today with a friend paid $25+tip, used to be $20. I didn't tip like I normally would have and feel a bit bad leaving such a small tip but here's why I did and why I won't be returning: - One of the other pedicurists was talking about me in another language, it was obvious, I understand this happens but be discrete. - No massage, my pedicurist was nice but she basically just put lotion on my feet and legs. - No cash discount plus the price increase. - My friend asked for the corners of her nails not to be cut, her pedicurist did it anyway (this is why they were talking about us) and caused her quite a bit of pain. - Broken massage chair. - I spent more time under the dryer than in the pedicure chair. The girl who worked on my toes was really friendly and the pedicures I've gotten in the past have lasted but Premier Nails on Horizon Ridge is closer, does a better job, and offers a cash pedicure for $23. read more

Worst nail experience of my life ! If possible I would give them no stars. Clearly have never been here but I came in for an emergency acrylic set and gel polish. The guy who did my nails was friendly but clearly didn't know what he was doing. None of my nails were the same length or even. I asked for them to be long and he insisted to make them short. So after I asked if he was going to fix them he said the other lady will. And that didn't get any much better. She thinned them paper thin, still uneven, and crooked. Some sides were thicker than the other, just a hot mess. After nearly two hours of wasted time I nicely asked if they can just take them off. It was clear they weren't typing to get any better, just worse, and I had to leave. In frustration she nearly rips my hands off, takes a nail clipper, aggressively cuts them all off and practically yells at me that I WASTED THEIR TIME! I felt like I was in a twilight zone. She then tells me I'm responsible for removing the rest of my nails myself. What it took for me to compose myself! Anywho, Waste of time and thank god I didn't pay a dime. tried this place for first time. as I sat there for manicure, I just kept noticing more and more filth. this place is absolutely filthy ! instruments, tables, fans, walls, EVERYTHING. a dog is in there and hair was on things. very unsanitary. never got introduced to or by person who did nails. no small chit chat. nothing. older woman, sat on chair relaxing and eating, man was in back with fridge. very unprofessional. Yikes. Nail FX is a nice looking salon but if you look in my pictures I posted the huge hole the nail tech left in my finger. They looked nice but it was by far one of the most painful sets I ever had! The tech i had was a man, who said he was part owner (WOW REALLY??).. Shame on them. He did not have any skills with the drill and filed my nails until I was bleeding. I got a bad infection in my thumb and ended up on antibiotics. WILL NEVER go there ever again! read more

I go to this place every 3 weeks for a new pedicure and gel manicure and I am happy with the result every time. Lina and Ann know that I like my nails short, that I go mostly for reds and I always use the same color on fingernails and toenails. The comfort of not ever having to say what I want is just awesome. The gentleman did my nails once and I was unimpressed with his technique, but these 2 ladies are very good. I never had any issues, because they are careful when they cut the cuticles, and I leave with perfect looking nails every time. I don't particularly care for the movies they play there all the time (the world's worst comedies seem to be big hits with the owner), but I easily tune them out and read e-mails. read more

I had an appointment for my daughter and myself because we really liked our nails the last time we went in. On appointment day, I woke up with food poisoning ( anyone that has had that before knows what its like) and I sadly had to cancel last minute. I called after I felt better and asked if could please make an appt for the next day after I felt better. She said to call. I called when they opened and she VERY RUDELY told me they were booked. I paid over 80 dollars the last time I got my nails done there. They are over priced and rude. Their salon has been there for years but Karma is very real. There are many places to go people. I would never recommend this nail salon. I have long natural nails and do not need nor want them buffed. After two coats were put on by the female owner, I saw two tiny black spots on two nails and asked another girl, Louise to fix them. (The owner had gone on to do another client's pedicure.) With an attitude Louise told me it is because I refused to have them buffed. I told her it had nothing to do with buffing. Because my nail polish is a light color It does take 2-3 coats for a smooth looking polish but that only requires an extra few minutes of service. Louise clearly must have woke up on the wrong side of bed this morning because last week she did an incredible job (without buffing) and I was recommending her. Not any more! On the way out I thanked her for taking the time to do it correctly. She barely looked up at me! Totally rude and unprofessional! A perfect example of what not to do to any customer. read more
