Once they closed I had no idea where they went . I literally have been looking for this place for 3 years and finally found them by accident. When I called I was so happy Vincent was still working here . He by far does the best pedicure I've ever had and I've been a ton of places in the 20 + years of getting my feet done . One thing I really love about this place outside of the cleanliness and polite service . But the they welcome you in , they speak English fluently, the customer service is excellent and never a long wait . I don't know about the other customers who claim they had a less then perfect experience . But I've never had 1 complaint and I'm picky when it come to my toes and my hard earned cha-Ching !!! Came in for a gel mani /pedi I walked out super happy my nails where shaped so cute . By Sunday morning I noticed the gel on my hands had cracked 4 of them to be exact . I called they had me come back the girl was nice but said my nails must of bent and that's what happened . One day later same thing my nails look all cracked and ugly . So happy I found this place online! Called as soon as they open and they were able to fit me into they're schedule! Everyone was so welcoming and nice I highly recommend swinging by here if you get the chance, it can get a little busy but recommend calling before to save yourself a spot. Will never go here again. I got a hard gel manicure and went back a week and a half later for a fill and to get 3 fixed. The nails cracked about 3 days in. I figured it was because I wasn't used to the more square shape. One of the men did my fill and 3 of my nails were obviously messed up. The edges of my nails weren't even connected to the hard gel. There was visible space between my nail and the gel. Even another employee came over and noticed it. When I pointed it out to him and asked if he could fix it, he looked at me and just said "no." I had to argue with him to fix my nails. He then tried to say it was because my nails were old and not done correctly, not realizing he was the one that did them a week and a half prior. After being extremely rough, and cutting me multiple times, he fixed the three nails. It's been a little less than a week since this and those three nails have already broken off. The rest of my nails are lumpy and completely uneven. For $75 I would expect to at least have even nails. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. read more

I feel like i have to leave a review because i left the salon today with a bad taste in my mouth and I'm still pretty upset. I felt like i was robbed! I was trying to a find a salon online with great ratings that was clean. I don't mind paying more money for clean! I am super scared of getting fungus and what not. Money isn't an issue as long as i get great service. Clean tools, clean pedi bowls, etc. I saw on the website that it said it used new files and tools but i noticed that was not the case. The buffers and everything were obviously used before. I didn't like that at all. Exactly what am i paying for? I do appreciate getting in the same day. I called and asked if there was availability in 15 minutes. They said yes. I asked if i could leave card tip, they said they want cash. I got there on time and even stopped on the way for tip money. The salon was empty when i got there. I have to say i really do dislike when i have to get my nails done while getting a pedicure. It isn't relaxing at all. You are reaching over to one side, trying to balance a pillow and a uv dryer, etc. It hurts my back reaching over and i can't enjoy my mommy time. Makes me feel like I'm being rushed and it really, really sucks. While getting my nails done, my finger was glued to the nail tip. The actual skin was touching the tip and it still is. I was cut with the nail file when tech was trying to shape my nails or lack there of. I didn't even get a sorry. He only said he saw it when i asked for a piece of toilet tissue he had in his hand to wipe my finger which he didn't give me. He then Squirts some green stuff onto my finger that stung really bad and patted it with a cotton ball and didn't say anything after that. My finger is now swollen and in pain. Anything i touch stings. I'm so upset. I hope i don't get an infection and now i have to go away like this. I asked for tapered square. The nails i got are square. I don't think the tech wanted to shape my nails down because he didn't want to cut me anymore and he couldn't taper down the sides without cutting my finger some more. He should've soaked my nail off and put a new one on. I'm so upset. These short janky nails aren't $103 work. I even gave a $20 tip. I left right when they finished. I just wanted to leave. As soon as i left i noticed how bad they really were. I was so focused on my cut finger, that i didn't notice all the flaws right away. The nails are just messy and way below average. The pedicure was okay. I wanted one of spa treatments or the wax but they didn't even ask me or give me a menu or option. It's like they wanted to get me in and out. I got a Basic pedicure and these poor quality nails. I'm very upset. I barely have time for self care what so ever. I'm a mom of a new baby and another little one and i just wanted to treat myself before my husband took me on our long overdue anniversary trip. I was just stressed, uncomfortable, and unhappy the entire time. Never again. I've gotten 100% better quality work at other salons for much less and even get mimosas, coffee, etc.! This nail salon is the worst! I given it 5-6 chances because it's close to me, but the service is absolutely awful. They always overbook and have you wait at least an additional 20-30 mins and constantly lie about how long more. It's awfully hot. I came here on one of the hottest days and they had no AC. Been going here for couple of times now and thought that my nails will be taken care of to get healthy. No matter what treatment you do, they yank your nails so fast to move on to the next person after you've waited like hours. Even tho I called to be set with Tiffany. It's painful and damaging to the nails. Nails were bulky at the end and some of the glue/nail polish was overboard. Getting one star because my nails are good enough to last me until I need a fill. Let me start of by stating that I am a licensed cosmetologist and I am very picky about my nails. The nail tech cut me twice and ignored it until I started bleeding which she then simply wiped off with a towel. She did not abruptly pause the service and properly care for the cuts. This is a bio-hazard and must be taken care of appropriately. Especially considering this is supposed to be the Grand Opening you would think there might be extra care. Wrong. The moment any walk-ins came through they told each one "20 minutes". Well, they had multiple people waiting on their services because they cannot do proper time management. The tech who did my pedicure left gel around my cuticles and on the skin. Then they filed after curing, which makes no sense as it weakens the bond and will likely chip off. What started out as a nice service was immediately rushed in favor of more clientele. They didn't do the art I had requested in the beginning, almost painted my nails the wrong color, and massaged my hand so quickly and forcefully it hurt my joints. Not worth being constantly asked if service is good only for you to become another service ticket walking through their door. Sad. A friend of mine told me about this place so I thought I'd give it a try. I booked an appointment for a pedicure and ended up treating myself and got an upgrade with a scrub, mask, and callus remover. It was totally worth it. I'm a licensed cosmetologist. So I know the ins and outs of how clean a nail salon should be. The place is so clean and they have disposable nail files and buffers. Which is a major plus. The guy with blonde hair who did my nails was so rough. He used a nail tip to rip off my last acrylic set instead of properly removing them with acetone and then drilling the excess. My fingers were throbbing by the time he was done removing my previous set and he could tell by my face that it was painful but still continued to rip them off. Once it got to the top coat, he tried to up charge me by telling me he is going to do a gel topcoat. I worked as a receptionist and manager for a nail salon for 4 years.. I know these tactics, it's to up the price. A regular top coat does the same thing and may be even better considering gel chips. Once I said no to the gel top coat he laughed and was clearly annoyed. He was extremely rough with my hands when filing as well. My entire experience was uncomfortable and the place was dirty and empty for a reason... that was $90 down the drain. read more

I'll start off by saying I am a SUPER picky person and a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, and I gave up on getting them done at a salon for two years because of how disappointed salons always left me. HOWEVER!!! This place is absolutely amazing!!! Everyone was super welcoming, everything was super neat and clean, and the service was one of the best I've had in a while. They managed to book me in with one day notice, and I had no problem keeping my appointment even though I was 15 minutes behind. They were super understanding and welcomed me kindly nonetheless. They listened to all my requests and needs, and Tiffany even accommodated my request for XL Gel X nails! All the technicians were super gentle with me during my mani+pedi, and on the off chance that I did show any sign of pain or discomfort they would quickly stop and make sure I was okay. Not once did it feel like they were rushing to get me out of there like at other salons, and they all made sure to take the time to make my nails perfect. The male technician working on my claws (I forgot to ask his name :c ) did an amazing job, and even redid one of my nails without me asking instead of leaving it crooked!!! When I mentioned my concern for a smoother transition on the black ombré, he even took the time to use an airbrush gun to make it as seamless as possible. I paid $165 for the mani+pedi with red chrome on XL Gel X, but I think it was worth it. They were very funny and friendly, and the atmosphere was super relaxing. I have been to two other nail places in Burbank. They were more expensive. This place had the most reasonable price for a gel manicure and I had them do the tiger eye polish. Mindy made it look just like the picture I showed her. I will be going back again. They do rush more than the more expensive places, but it still looks great, which is the most important to me.
