The managers or owners of this nail salon should encourage their employees to stop parking right in front of the store front. There aren't many parking spots open that aren't 15 minutes as is and their nail technicians all park right in front of the salon all day long. Most stores have policies about where employees should park to maximize convenience for their customers for a reason. I have no interest in patronizing a business where the employees don't seem to care about their clients. read more

I came here based upon the fabulous reviews this salon received. I got a pink and white set, and unfortunately wasn't impressed. The girl working on me cut my thumb and I starting bleeding. She didn't even acknowledge it or say sorry. I've only had these nails for a few days and they already look ragged. The pink is starting to chip and lift from the edges. Even when I left the salon that day, the dried glue was built up around my cuticles and the tips of my fingers were glued to the nails underneath. I spent quite a while on Yelp looking for a great nail salon and I'm disappointed. It's been 3 days and I'm already anxious to remove these and go somewhere else. While the girls working seemed friendly enough and the place was clean, haphazardly cutting someone and not noticing it is a major problem. Therefore I can't recommend this salon. read more

They did great work here. The only thing that really annoyed me was how pushy my manicurist was, she kept telling me that I wasn't choosing the right color for my toes, and that I was choosing the wrong shape for my nails....really? I know what I like :p And she talked a lot, I don't really like chit chat so I could have done without that. They still got 4 stars for quality though. I got a pink and white set which looked great and lasted a long time. I told her I don't like them to be too thick and she did a nice job filing them down and blending them into my real nails. The woman who did my pedicure also did a really nice job, didn't know my toes could look so cute! They were also very gentle. read more

I live in HB now and drive down once a month to get a much needed pedicure, facial/lip wax and manicure when Donna says I need one. The ladies are so friendly and always make me feel welcome. I even got my 80 year old mom to go there now as well. They care about their clients like family. The salon is clean and inviting, and I'm able to relax and destress when I'm there. This place is simply the best. The workers are sweet, the place is clean and they do the best job with nails. Compared to other nail salons in the area the prices are lower but they still seem to have higher quality service than larger salons that are rushing to get you in and out. A manicure is only $10 and usually takes 45 minutes. They clean your nails and give the best massage, and the nail polish usually lasts for more than a week, which is when it might start chipping. The pedicures are fantastic. There are two ladies I notice usually doing them, who give the best massages and make your feet look and feel perfect. Most importantly the place is clean, sanitary and organized. They recently got brand new massage chairs and I've noticed that they are very good about cleaning the tools and store often. The prices are much lower than other places, too; it's ridiculously affordable. Only downside is when they are crowded (usually afternoons between 2 and 4 later in the week) you may be rushed in and out, but of course this is understandable. It's best to go in the mornings, when service is light. They will take a lot more care and time in your nails. This is the place to go! read more

After moving to the area I had to find a new eyebrow 'expert' and I walked in for a quick lipwax one day. Donna mentioned my eyebrows and said I could trust her-she knew what I liked. I said OK let's give it a try and I have not gone anywhere since. She does better eyebrows than the ladies at any Anastasia brow bar I have been to, hands down.
