If I could rate this nail Salon it would be a 0 star. Terrible customer service I went to this nail shop and I asked for a French tip. The owner was not doing it right. I kept telling him it was not right as in not straight with the line. He told me it won't be perfect. Mind you I've gotten my nails for years this is not my first rodeo with french tips told him I've gotten them at another salon with no problem. Tell me why he had the AUDACITY to tell me to go to the other shop. Because he can't do it. He left me with just the nude acrylic. As I was checking out he starts telling me " sorry I couldn't make you happy I normally make people happy with the French tip design he does or they pick another design" I'm like you didn't even offer an alternative you just told me to go to another nail salon and that's RUDE. I told him I came here because of the reviews they had that this was my first time here and last. Lastly the nail salon is a mess! Don't think they sanitize anything. read more

On Feb 6, 2025, I had a pedi appointment at this salon. When I called for appointment, I explained due to lymphedema in my leg, I must be careful with pedis. The guy said no problem, he has techs that can take care of me. When I arrived, my first impression was strange....not one other customer in the entire shop and only 2 people working there. I have NEVER seen that in any nail salon! When I explained about what I needed, he said he'd take care of me...and he did...but, not in a good way! His name was Vu. I am 77 years one and NEVER had an ingrown toenail! I can no longer make that claim! He started cutting nails on my good foot. I stopped him & said not so short, but it was too late as he had cut nail on big toe way too short! He started trimming nails on my bad foot and when he started digging to trim nail on that big toe, I told him no...cut them straight across as they were. He did not listen. He still proceeded to dig on side of nail & I told him he was hurting me...he stopped. This was a pedi from HELL & I will never return to this salon! And, to make things worse...I always carry my personal tools and he failed to put my nail clippers back in my bag! This pedi resulted in my having to see UTMB podiatrist for ingrown nails on BOTH my big toes! read more

I went there as a first timer since I moved to the area! Upon arrival it was in a really nice location. For a Friday it seemed slow but I prefer it that way. I got a full set and pedicure which cost me $108 seems a bit high but I pay for my self care. I started with a girl on my nails but since I requested a cat eye someone else had to finish it. They are super friendly! A week went by and two nails fell off and one was lifted. I did go back and ask them to fix it. I gave them 5 stars because the gentleman was really nice, even though he didn't do the nails he fixed them and did not charge me. I expected them to charge me because most nail shops would make you pay even if it was their fault. I will definitely give them another try. I was pleased with the way they handled this situation but also my nails and feet came out really good! read more

In general they're fairly accommodating (I have bad hearing but they were quite patient). I tend to get a classic mani/pedi with regular polish, and the polish lasts quite a long time! I've been here several times and each time I left with a smile and fabulous nails. I don't do anything really crazy unless it's for special occasions, otherwise I mainly just get a simple gel manicure. This time, I came in for a gel manicure + French tip. I made the appointment maybe 2 days ago via Yelp messages. And Franky gets back to you promptly, normally within a few minutes. My nails prior were looking terrible with the gel polish chipping from the last time I had gotten my nails done, maybe a month ago. I set up an appointment for the weekend and as always, Franky was polite and set me up. I came in and checked in and didn't need to wait that long. I was seated almost immediately and they got right to work. My nail tech was friendly and she did a great job on my nails. They were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I definitely am never disappointed with my nails, whenever I come here. The care and detail that they put into each nail is immaculate and it really makes a difference when you notice that it stays for a long, long time. The whole staff is just great and super friendly! And they charge you for a really decent, good price. I have been to other nail salons where the polish chips after a week and they charge you an extraordinary amount. The guys here are definitely nail experts and if you can get past some of the attitudes of some of the people here you will do well. I've seen and experienced some rudeness but I also think they're a bunch of very awesome guys with a lot of personality. Not usually a big fan of people who take themselves too seriously, he says flexing in the mirror. But the art absolutely matches the attitude because they're some of the best nail technicians I've ever seen. The two super talents here do all the stuff for Barbie and while it doesn't come cheap and while they do make it a little more expensive than they have to, I think the most important thing here is that she gets the best work imaginable for not that much more money than she would pay at an average nail salon in the city. I was a loyal customer but unfortunately had to leave. There were two men who are no longer there which is Kevin and ken and they did awesome nails. Once they left it seems as if things got crazy! I tried two other nail people and my nails were horrible each time! I took my daughter and the Person that did her nails took so long that I expected them to be perfect! Boy was I wrong!!! My daughter asked for coffin shape and the nails were all odd looking, very thick and not even shaped correctly! I usually only get my nails done by Frankie but he was busy to take my daughter. I still love coming here. I've been here a few times already and Hanna was the best one so far But today I had an older lady who was so ROUGH with my feet. Felt like she was in a rush Even when filing my nails it hurt.
