I'm extremely particular and I have sensitive nail beds, so finding someone I can actually commit to has always been a challenge. Lori changed that completely. She really listened to me, took her time, and was so careful with my sensitive nail beds that I had ZERO pain which is a first for me. I walked out feeling like I was in good hands the entire time. And the customer service? Top tier, truly. The front desk associate was so sweet and welcoming, she set the tone for the whole visit. I'm now a loyal customer and I don't say that lightly. If you've been going from nail tech to nail tech looking for "the one," go see Lori. You'll understand.

She asked me if I wanted gel or regular, I said "Regular" she looked down at my feet and gave me a very RUDE condescending look on her face but I brushed it off. She then proceeds to pick at my toes and give me a very rude stand - offfish vibe, she asked me if I wanted to add on other services, I declined them all then she gave me a nasty look once again. I politely asked her "do you not want to do my nails?" , " because it seems like you have an attitude, and I would prefer if someone else did my nails that would have more of a warm attitude" she agreed and I was approached by the lovely owner. The owner has a warm spirit and great hospitality. The woman who proceeded to do my nails after did a great job and had a better attitude. I would change my rating from 3/10 to a 7/10 because of the owner and the woman who finished my toes, but as far as the first woman. Horrible service. Thanks.

Despite it being so close to the end of the day, the entire team welcomed me and worked together to help me right away. Nikki was my main nail artist, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was efficient, professional, and paid close attention to detail. The set turned out exactly like the inspiration photo I showed her and exceeded my expectations. Not only did my nails look amazing, but they also lasted for over two months, which speaks to the quality of her work. I truly appreciate the team's kindness, dedication, and excellent customer service. Thank you for making me feel taken care of, even at the last minute. The design I asked for was not done correctly, and instead of simply being honest if they couldn't do it, I was passed around between different nail techs while sitting there longer and longer. I even told them it was okay if they couldn't do the design. What upset me the most was the attitude from the woman identified as the manager. My husband made a comment about staying until the service was done correctly, and she immediately became defensive and rude, saying things like "why do you come here and make a big deal, everyone is trying to help you." I was calm the entire time and simply wanted my nails fixed or clear communication. The 3d flower was removed for the 3rd time I left with basic French toes definitely not worth $90. In addition I understand the type and product you however that was not my request. They kept passing me off to other techs!! I ended up walking out extremely upset, especially after still being expected to pay the full $90 even though the service was unfinished and unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I usually go to Abbey for my hands and Hailey or Cindy for my feet and they're so sweet. Abbey can do almost any design I show her. They always ask if you want water, tea or coffee with no extra fees. Not only that, I always have work 2 hours before I get my nails done and they can do both my mani and pedis done in under an hour!!! We did the same thing last year here as well and unfortunately I was disappointed with my service both times. I got one of the older women both times (I didn't ask her name as I was unhappy and just wanted to get out of there). The paint job is nice, nothing wrong with that. But this is a huge treat and part of the service they offer is a 4 minute massage. Both times this woman just rubbed my legs the entire time (after she wasted almost a minute drying my gel). I work on my feet and looked forward to get my feet rubbed even if it was just a couple minutes but unfortunately after paying $106 for both pedicures I didn't even get to enjoy the full service. Well worth the money! Service took a little over an hour, nail care, callous removal, bath bomb, flower petals, sugar scrub, collagen mask, 15 minute foot and leg massage, 5 minute hot stones, shoulder and neck massage. I had Linda, sister had Tammy. Both were amazing technicians who really took pride in their work. Already made the appointment for next month!!!!

She did a very basic job. She barely did any work on my nails before starting powder and didnt even buff down the powder. No massage either. I was charged $50 for this and I would not pay more than $30 max for something like this. After i expressed concern that $50 is a lot especially for no acrylic nails and just painting my nails .... she started talking in Vietnamese to her coworker ( most likely talking crap lol ).
