I really love this nail salon! They are primarily by appointment but I find that they are usually able to accommodate me when I call ahead. They have a variety of products and the people there are so nice. I usually get a pedicure and gel manicure or polish change and find that they have a large selection to choose from. This place is closer to home for me than where I usually to go for my nails. I didn't have time this week. My gel manicure looks nice and I was satisfied with the care put into the manicure service. However, there was a 10 dollar price differential so at this point I am just paying for convenience as a town center resident. The decor here was certainly chaotic but it gave me something to look at! My favourite part was all of the bottles of lotion and supplies at the front. I love looking at stacks of objects. Despite this, they may want to consider at least taking down the fake birch tree and icicle lights, they're definitely a little extra in October. read more

So Tam is so much fun to work with and loves trying new nail pint techniques like I do so every time I've seen him since I keep pushing the envelope and we both are like kids let loose in a candy shop with playing at color and finished looks. I went to this place for a pedicure and overlay and was told to get dip powder by tech because my nails would chip or lift with gel. I went ahead with tech's advice and this is what I left with. I went to the counter to request a discount because they were busy and I did not want to upset the guy that did my nails. The lady at the counter did my moms nails and they were bad also because my mom left with hard gel globs under her nails. I requested discount and showed her my nails and she took off $5. Then proceeded to tell the tech about my complaint and he came over and filed my nails some more because believe it or not they looked even worse. She then took an additional $10 off which I think was so greedy because she asked for a tip as well. Don't go here unless you know someone who will do your nails well. My nails look great and I've actually no complaints there. However, I live in an area where I can get a great manicure many places and will not be returning here. First of all, I don't know what these people are talking about that it's a calming or clean place. It is not calming in the least there is no theme or vibe to this place. It is like a HomeGoods and big lots clearance section threw up in there. There's all kinds of rope lights tropical plants and Random Water features With metal art and Christmas lights and Christmas icicles and jungle sound effects Which are so distracting and unnecessary Coupled with pop music. I feel the opposite of spa like. They were friendly at first, but their desperate attempts to upsell me were really offputting. They told me that they didn't charge me the 10 extra dollars that they usually charge customers for the shape of nail I wanted. What? You would have to Spend time shape the nail of anyone who came in there, regardless of what shape they wanted. It's pretty standard practice of a manicure. I've had this shape and other shapes at dozens of different nail places and they never have charged extra for the shape I requested. That's not a thing. So thanks, but no thanks. But the real reason I will never return here is because one of the women who works there Said I had soft hands to which I responded with thank you and then she said " It's like you don't do anything". Wow, how incredibly rude and insulting. You don't know anything about me or what I do and don't do. I have a neuromuscular disease and And therefore, do not work with my hands, I work with my brain. Later on, she had the nerve to ask me if after my appointment I was gonna go home and go to sleep or if I was gonna go home and cook. I assume this was her way of trying to see if I was married or had children. Whether I do, or whether I don't is really none of her business, but she could've also just asked if I was married or had children directly instead of asking me a weird question About my after work plans after she had just accuse me of doing nothing. I will be returning to my old nail salon down the road where they understand and respect the fact that I work Just as hard as they do and would never suggest that I am a lazy person who does nothing because I have soft hands. Every pedicure service I have gotten (from classic to spa to jelly and more) here has been exemplary. Every person in the salon checks on you to make sure they know your schedule and your needs, in a non-aggressive manner, but they will help you understand how you can do better for your needs. If you have time, they will let you stay and relax, and if you don't have time they still get down to the nitty gritty, efficient, and give you A1 service. I've only gotten dip nail polish service here, but I really appreciate that the colours provided convert properly from regular to gel to dip. Reluctant to write a review, but here we go. A friend and I stopped by after not having luck at other salons due to them being busy. Staff were friendly, however the work I received was very disappointing. We were in the salon for over 3 hours for a manicure and pedicure, something that usually takes a little over an hour. I had an older lady to perform my mani and pedi. I would never have her do them again. She kept using a drill on my nails, something used if you had acrylic nails, which I didn't. The tool left dips on my nails so hopefully they heal. My hands look like they've never been touched and now my nails are discolored and have dips. Very disappointed. I'd steer very clear of her. She's sweet but the work is horrible. Avoid at all costs. read more

This is a pretty good place....solid service and never a wait. I do have to remind you that they're closed on Mondays because I have made that mistake quite a few times!
