At this nail salon, I had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and my nails turned out beautiful.

I got my nails done by Ryan, it was a walk in and I never had him before. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and color/design, I wanted brown but he came back with 4 bottles of different shades of red and I told him brown not red and he he tried to show me the color and I'm like that's red I need brown. He got the brown but then he didn't know how to do the designs he kept getting it wrong even though I explained multiple times how I wanted it and eventually he understood but then had to do my nails all over which took even more time. I told him I also wanted a lighter brown 2x and he came back with a light pink and I told him no, a lighter brown, beige color. He got annoyed with not finding the color and I saw him turn his head to another employee and roll his eyes and sigh like it was my fault, I kept apologizing because I felt bad about taking up time trying to find the color but I don't think I should be apologizing nor feel bad. He eventually had Lilly do the designs and they turned out great! Overall, my nails look good but I won't have Ryan do my nails ever again if I come back. read more

I'd give them a 0 if that was an option. Worst nail experience of my life. First off, she took FOREVER. An hour and a half for one pedicure? Ridiculous. Also, my tech was so lazy. She used the electric dremel on my fingernails even though they were regular polish, not gel. I asked for round, and she gave me crooked almonds - they were pointy and not even centered. Also, she was very sick, with medicine sitting on the counter right next to my nails, while she repeatedly coughed all over me. Highly unprofessional business. All those recent 5 star reviews are because you get a discount if you leave one. I usually paint my own finger nails and decided to treat myself, wasn't worth my time or money. Getting your nails done should be relaxing, now all I'm left with is anger. read more

As much as I liked my first experience here, unfortunately I wont be back. I came in again requesting a fill and a pedicure. For starters I was never offered a menu to select which pedicure I wanted. I guess they just chose for me. I get acrylic on my big toe because I like the look, I came in and asked for a fill and just basic white toes. The kid sat there and looked very confused, then removed the acrylic off my big toe even after I said not to, he stated he couldnt do a fill on it because it was outgrown I needed to put a "new" one. Which makes no sense thats the point of a fill. Not to mention it hurt so bad taking it off when again it never needed to be removed in the first place. He never cut any of my cuticles or filed any of my nails, then once he removed the acrylic he finished all my other toes and said he couldnt do it hes gotta find someone else to fix it. So another woman comes and does the acrylic she said to let it dry and he will now again come back and file and paint the nail. He came back and went straight to painting my toe, I told him no she never filed the toes they need to be filed, now another man has come and has to file the nail and finish because the lady is yelling at the kid for not listening to her, he filed them then brought the other original kid back and he painted the toe, at this point im over it I dont even want a fill anymore I just want to leave. The kid is painting my toe and the third person who came to help grabs my hands and starts filling them down, I guess I have to stay for my fill, one of my nails was cracked so I knew it needed to be replaced but he did not soak the nail at all he grabbed a tip and ripped it off it hurt so bad I told him it hurt and he just laughed and squeezed my finger. He redid the finger and it was so much longer than the rest and the shape was just completely different. At this point me explaining to them what I wanted was just in one ear and out the other I wanted the nail file myself to complete the job. Mind you ive been here 3 hours at this point, and all I wanted was a simple pedicure and a fill on my nails which were basic white nails not long they are extremely short and nothing to them just simple basic white nails. While this is happening this poor elderly lady is next to me yelling at the girl because she lost her credit card and the girl is telling her give me your purse and ill check for you. Im sorry as much as I wanted to like this place ill never be back again. Please hire experienced nail techs that know what they are doing and if they cant do it speak up and say you dont provide the service or your not experienced enough for the job. Ive never had such bad service before I didnt even get a pedicure he focused so much on my big toes. What a waste of $105 , please go elsewhere and dont waste your money or time coming here. read more

I personally didn't get my nails done, however, I took my daughters 92 year old great grandmother for a mani and pedi. I was a bit hesitant at first because they seemed like they were in rush, but when I mentioned they have to slow down and be gentle with her, they listened and it was smooth sailing from there on out. They took their time, treated her well and made her smile. As long as she was happy, I was happy. She truly enjoyed her foot, hand and shoulder massage and is looking forward to going back. Very dissatisfied with the level of rudeness as Michelle is more concerned with the half hour time gap in the schedule and the money lost over a loyal existing client, also suggested I could have another nail tech do my nails. Not in the Roseville area so I was driving at least a half hour or more to come to my appointment, appreciate that everyone's time is valuable not just your time. In the past there was not an issue with a 3:15 or 3:30 appointment. With all the nail salons I will take by business closer to home seeing as I've been spending $40 every two to three weeks and feeling like if I had shorter nails because the nail tech says it takes time, excuse me whats your job again??? it wouldn't take 1 1/2 hours to do my nails. Stop being in a rush for the next dollar and value your clients who would have been loyal, and three days later my right thumb nail is lifting from the acrylic, very poor rushed nail job, definitely don't spend your money here, wish I hadn't read more

I would not recommend this place at all. SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! Walked in and looks very put together but once you sit down you feel like there's something shady going on. The woman that seem to be running the place pointed at a table in the back and said "she will do for you". Once I was halfway through the appointment nail technician proceeded to tell me that my nails (that took 25 minutes) would cost me $30. Then she proceeded to ask me how I was going to pay and I told her by my debit card and she said they did not take credit cards. But she was very happy to tell me that I could walk to an ATM and get money out ( after my nails were finished) in which the ATM next door is not my bank so then I pay an additional fee.
