I agree with the 2 previous posts. I got a 'spa' pedicure on Saturday, and was rather disappointed. The 'spa' pedicure just means you sit in their very weak massage chair and the rub your feet a little.. terrible. Same thing-- they slapped on the polish and covered it with some clear layer. Yes, it's cheap, but for the same price, I've received much better pedicures. Waxing is ok, eyebrow is $7, underarm is $15. Not terrible, but not great either. They could do a much better job cleaning the area before and after waxing. The women that work there are nice, but they kept asking me the same questions over and over. Using a credit or debit card is an extra 75 cents. read more

Been going here for years and appreciate the ladies who work there. Friendly, gentle (used to take my elderly mom with me) and for someone like me who has continual ingrown toenails - they take good care of me. Prices are fair! Right by Trader Joe's, which always helps! read more

I have gone to a lot of Asian-operated nail salons and this is one of the few very good ones. The ladies are nice and friendly, the place is clean and they don't rush their service. A good plus is there's a lot of parking space. read more

I went here at about 10 am in the morning with my 4 yr old. i got in right away. They did a great job and were very nice to my little one.

Nails 4 Seasons is truly a gem. The place is freshly remodeled from front to back. When I walk in, I am recognized by name by Lilly and her crew. There is a nail shop on every corner near my home, however, I pass 5 shops to get to Lilly,s place. All of the the attendants are great and are known to do a good job. This is evident when I walk into the salon and see the same clients over and over. If you are looking for the best foot care (massage), ask for Kim. She is normally booked, you need to make an appointment. Lilly does my nails and she is simply adorable. I encourage all to stop by and enjoy the friendly great service. Jenny is a really good manicurist buy the lady running the shop is discriminatory, rude and has poor customer service. With so many shops around I would think they are better at treating their customers. read more

Went to Nails for Season for a bikini wax and, unfortunately for me, she did not have a gentle touch. It also was the worst bikini wax I have ever gotten. I strongly suggest going somewhere else. read more

My first time here, and the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. Second most impressive to me was the fact they speak English, which creates an inclusive feeling rather than the exclusive feeling I've experienced in most all other nail salons. I don't recommend this place because they 1.)damaged my nails, 2)refused to offer an easy fix to a bumpy manicure and finally, the 3.) manicurist tried to intimidate me and was rough with my fingers I have been to this place many times and the ladies at this salon know me and they know my family. I asked for the usual gel manicure and pedicure which I get here on a regular basis. Every time, I come I tip them generously and up until my last visit I received good service. Usually, they soak my nails in acetone to remove the gel. The last time I was there, the lady (with glasses that sits in the front and manages the salon) 1.) chipped away at the gel without soaking my nails damaging my nails requiring her to file the surface of the nail to buff out the scratch marks she had made making the nail brittle. 2.) when she started applying the polish I noticed the polish was bumpy and little articles were being polished onto the nail. I asked her to remove the polish and to start again on select nails. Instead of fixing or reapplying the polish, she kept adding more layers of polish making it worse all the while digging her nails into my finger. I told her she was hurting me. 3.) after she was done, my french manicure was bumpy, and you could see why marks on nails. I told her that I was not satisfied with the manicure. she had all the other manicurists come by to try convince me that the manicure looked fine and of course they all said it was fine. she offered to fix one nail even though at least 4 nails looked bad. This could have been an easy fix. She could have just redone the nails with the most bumpiness before baking on the gel and she chose not to. Instead, she tried to intimidate me by bringing around the other manicurists, the same ones who have done a good job for me in the past. To make matters worse she expressed her dissatisfaction with me by digging her nails and being rough with my fingers. Although this place is conveniently located, offers easy parking, and does not require appointments and is very reasonably priced, I do not recommend this salon at all. The supply of salons in Long Beach offering comparable services benefits abound. If they can't offer an easy fix to a loyal customer, then this salon is not worthy of my business. read more

Awful. I will never go back. 6 of my nails are crooked, they were not filed properly and are poking me in various places. One of my thumb nails is noticeably shorter than the other and when I mentioned it the guy doing my nails said it was because my nail bed was short. I was also told I was going to be charged $28 and When I went to pay she charged $33.95 and said that they put gel on my nails because I wanted it. I did not ask for it nor was I asked if I wanted it, they just did it. They were also very rough. I do not have sensitive hands at all but my fingers hurt for the rest of the day. My nails look awful and I now have to pay someone else to fix the horrendous job they did on my nails. read more

I have to give 1 star because yelp won't let you give 0. This place is the WORST! I've been jumping around nail shops in long beach because I just moved to the area and I'm still searching for my "go to" salon. I had to go into trader joes so I figured I'd give this place a shot for a fill. The customer service is unreal! I originally had a gel polish on top of my acrylic set, but I wanted a nude polish and they didn't have the right kind of nude in gel so I went with OPI. The nail lady told me I would get charged for taking off the gel polish... Isn't that service apart of the fill? Why is it $3 extra. Aside from the ridiculous up charge, her attitude quickly changed when I told her I didn't want a design. She rushed through the service and half assed the paint job, told me to dry my nails as she went to go do another service. As my nails were drying I noticed that I still had old paint on my nails from my last paint job, and there were little hairs and lint stuck in my polish. When she finally returned, I asked her to re-do the polish and she immediately started going off to her colleagues (in a different language of course). It was the most uncomfortable situation ever. I wanted to run out and go somewhere else. Of course she half assed the second paint job, but at that point it wasn't worth the fight. I figured she rushed throug because she had others clients and she knew I wasn't there for the extras or upgrades, so I wasn't worth her time and attention. I'll never go back! Ugh! read more

I really like this nail salon, I go here regularly to get a pedicure. It's very affordable, only $16 for a regular pedicure, they aren't pushy for other services, and the ladies always do a good job. The salon is very clean and I see them take their utensils out of the sterile packs, which is one of the reasons I go to this salon. I definitely recommend this place! read more

My first impression was this place looks old inside, and a bit run down looking, but hey I'm here for a pedi so whatever. So Kim does my pedicure and the beginning was just so-so but then when the callous remover part happened it became Amazing! She scrubbed the you know what out of my calloused feet. She took her time and really got my feet smooth. Then the massage was even better! If you like a strong almost painful massage go see Kim! I guess the only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star was the appearance! read more

Kim does the best pedicure. She gives a great leg and foot massage. The massage is the best part of a pedicure. I have to more expensive shops who do not compare to Kim's massage. I have been in about 6 times and her service has been consistent in providing great service. read more
