I love this place, new favorite nail spot. Got a pedicure here, they got me in same day. They take their time, they don't rush and the massage was . The space felt clean, pretty spotless and I could tell the quality of lotions, scrubs and oils they use are higher quality than other places that use the basic stuff and the scrub was very aromatic. The music was very relaxing and spa like, and combined with the calming videos they were playing I was finding myself fighting sleep! The nail kit they use is a bit more expensive but it comes in a carrier case so this will help me not lose it for sure! Can't wait to come back! read more

I was extremely impressive with my gel pedicure and my full set acrylic nails. They squeezed me in even with quite a few other customers. They were very fast, attentive, and kind. Nu did my nails and I can say she is extremely talented at what she does. I usually do my own nails (not well) but I can be a perfectionist and she impressed the pants off me. So fast and detail oriented; the length, thickness, and shape of my acrylics were perfect. Had gel pedicure for $35. After using the restroom and washing my hands a nail chipped! The appt. took an hour and far from relaxing. I'm not expecting my nails to last. They did fix my nail and added an extra coat. The manager was rude, sharp and had terrible customer service. Update: All my nails came off after 20 hours. Went back to salon for a refund and they don't offer a refund or guarantee their work. Lesson learned. read more

Second time my daughter had her nails done here! They did terrible job. We asked them to re-do it! For $45 shellac nails for a crap service! This would be our last to do our nails here!!! Students did way better for her nails and it lasted for three weeks... Her first experience in this salon was not good also. The sticker they put on was crocked! So, the gels didn't last long. These nails were thick and chunks of acrylic was left under my nails. The shellac top coat had many bubbles. The design I was charged extra money for was rushed and done poorly. I'm visiting from another state, happened to stop by here yesterday they were able to accommodate me for a full set and pedicure but had the worst nail set ever, I asked for pink almond but the guy with glasses who did them gave me tiny brown cone shape nails for $60 with out asking before hand, basic pedicure was ok but never been to a place where they charge you for your kit! Seems like a group of nice staff but I'll let you decide if you're willing to spend $$ here. she filed the edges of my nails AFTER IT'S All Done and Dry. I thought it was weird she did that . I mean it's done already, why would you file it ? Lol ......and so this side chipped a little & she decided to put another layer, a new top coat, then had it go under uv light again. Because of this, the following day, the gel didn't hold longer that it should! It chipped the following day. Also, the tools they used on me didn't come in a close packet or plastic ( showing you its been sanitized like it's brand new) . It was just there on the table. Wasn't sure if it's sanitized at all I just prayed she wouldn't nip me and cause infection because as I said, it was just there on the table. Price is okay. Staff are good. Asked for a gel manicure set ($35) and owner (David-male) insisted to get full set instead (since he knew my family and would "hook me up"). Paid $60 (no discount applied for using no color polish) for a plain full acrylic set. Hand cuticles weren't fully cleaned/ removed and fingers we're injured (cut during filing). Acrylic is starting to lift from how poorly it was applied. Owner was manipulative and misleading, I was very upset with the service including my pedicure. I asked for a specific color for my shellac fill and it looked a lot lighter (it looked like a flat white) than the color I selected which was a very light pink. When he started to apply the color to my hands it looked ghost white, so I clarified that this was the correct color number I had asked for. He said yes. I was also doing a shellac pedicure so I had initially asked for the same color for my toes. However, I did not like the white color at all, so I asked to look at the colors again cause I did not want this white color on my toes. I again asked for the correct number I initially asked for, because that was clearly not what had been put on my hands. When the gal went to look for my color it turns out they were out of that color. So rather than inform me of that when doing my hands, he just picked something kind of similar (sort of..?) but not something I would have agreed to. The thing that gets me is when I specifically asked if this was the number I asked for, he lied and said yes, which was clearly incorrect, and this whole situation could have been avoided. I brought this up when she told me I had asked for this on my hands and clearly was not what I got, and he said nothing to make the situation right at all. Won't be going back. read more

I got a shellac pedicure and shellac fill on my acrylic set today around 11am. I am 25 and have been getting my nails done consistently since I was 17. I am currently in the MOST pain I have ever been from a nail service. I had a woman do my pedicure. She dug into my toe to pull out a hangnail type piece of skin just along the bed of the nail. I was very clear that it was painful and I didn't want her doing it, to which she said "almost done" and just continued. I get at least one pedicure a month. My toes are very well groomed. She did NOT have to pull that piece of skin from under my nail. It's clear that it created more damage than good.. She over filed and cut my cuticle on the same toe.. So, I am now at home, with a burning hot toe/redness/swelling trying to avoid an infection.. I have doused it in peroxide/antibiotic ointment and a bandaid. It is in so much pain I can barely walk with my foot flat. When I was done, the nail tech tried getting my pants pulled back down. She was pinching me in the process because I was wearing jeans. I told her 3 times to stop, and that I would do it myself. She didn't stop!!! I finally just sat there letting her pinch and scratch my legs.. it was crazy.. Getting my nails done was fine except.. they cut me twice as well!! Not nearly as bad as my toe.. but holy crap it hurt. He was using the long nail file along the sides of my nail tips to shape them.. he pushed the edge of the file way too far into the flesh of my finger and cut me on two separate fingers. On top of that, my nail art was a stupid request. It isn't great, and they don't match. What's almost just as bad.. my tech took two breaks when doing my nails and each time came back reeking of cigarette smoke. Gross. Here's to sitting on my couch with 3 bandaids, feeling like Edward scissor hands did my mani/pedi, hoping my toe doesn't get infected... read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My family has been coming here regularly for years. We usually have the female techs do our nails, but this time my sister got the owner, David. David rushed through her nail appointment, even cutting her finger when filing her nails. He was very short and abrupt with her when she tried to explain what she wanted. After she was done, she hated her nails. The shape was horrible, the dip layers were bubbly looking, and he left mail polish all over her fingers (see pictures). I spoke up and told him she was upset and didn't like her nails, but he denied he cut her finger and said what's wrong with the nails. Instead of offering to remedy the nails or offer to redo them, he proceeded to blame her and made a scene, making her cry. She left feeling embarrassed and David didn't seem phased and he didn't even apologize. Our family of 5 who get our nails done there will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! read more

She cut my toe when filing and when she was pouring alcohol on the toes she ignored my request to bypass the cut toe, she told me there was nothing there and proceeded to pour alcohol over the cut toe. I visited the salon today as an impromptu walk in for a pedicure. They were super friendly and got me in a chair right away. June was my technician and did a wonderful job! They have 4 levels of pedicure options, I chose the second which was $50 (basic was $35), and then another $15 for gel/shellac polish. But it was worth every penny! She spent so much time cleaning up my nails and removing calluses. On top of how well they turned out, she took her time massaging/pampering me. I walked out feeling great! The salon is also very clean and soothing with relaxing music playing, and great massaging chairs. Will definitely return! read more

Usually a good, quality salon. Yet, this last set from them has been awful. $65 for the full set, and another $55 to fill them after about a week and a half (plus one broken nail).
