Even something so simple! It had little bubbles in the polish, my nails have sharp parts, and it seems that there weren't 2 coats applied because it quickly became matte in several spots. The worst part is the attitude I experienced. Not sure if it was meant to be directed at me but my nail tech didn't seem to want me there at all. At the end she even asked "do you want a massage or no?" when my nails were drying and it seemed like she just wanted me to say "no". I said yes please and she promptly put a 2 min timer in front of my face and gave a weak lackluster massage that said without saying "I'm done here". It seemed that a lot of regulars came in, and perhaps other technicians are friendlier and more detailed oriented, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

The service was fantastic! for my dip manicure, I wanted some added length, so they started by applying tips and expertly shaping my nails while I was enjoying the pedicure. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel truly pampered. My nails turned out absolutely stunning, and to top it all off, my manicure lasted an entire month!
