Extremely overpriced, as the other users say. I do believe they are friendly enough, upon arrival - but at the same time, they are sloppy and too focused on getting you in and out than actually doing a good job. My pedicure chipped in two days. The gels on my hands that were supposed to last for three weeks started coming off in just one. Other complaints: I asked for my gel nails to be taken off and just do a regular manicure. Next thing I knew the guy had started painting more gels on and was going to get the UV machine. I was reading so didn't notice at first, but I feel like since we clearly had a conversation about it I should be able to read my book and not have to constantly monitor that they are doing what I asked (I mean...this is supposed to be a relaxing experience, right?) I did ask for callous remover on my feet and she went to get it; returned with nothing and just clipped off a piece of callous with a nail clipper instead. I said "weren't you going to do the callous remover," she replied "yeah but I didn't." Right then. When it was time to pay I had to hunt down someone to take my money, and had to basically climb out of the chair to do so because the arms were stuck and no one would come over to help me unstick them. Definitely NOT going back. read more

Was my first time in here. I'm regretful for coming in. Linda did my gel mani. She does a nasty job. She makes you think she's removing the cuticle and extra skins around your fingernails, and she doesn't actually cleans them. She pretends to do so. She works super fast and hurts your nails. I went to get the "happy feet" and a manicure with Gel nail polish. They charged $30 each. The massage was great, but the stones on mu feet were way too hot (that was a first for me, and i've been there other times), the lady who was getting my nails done (Leeta) kept yelling at me (always with a smile on her face??) to position my hands the right way on the UV light drier. I noticed now that my toenails still have dirt underneath (I know, ew, but that's why I went there in the first place) and my nail polish is poorly applied. I am never going there again. I've gotten several sets of nails done there, but this always bothered me. Jenny is super sweet, but I think it's just the way they do their nails. read more

I always feel a little weird at these sorts of places (nail salon, hair salon, etc) but they were pretty good about not making me feel weird. My mom takes me sometimes as a treat. I got my a pedicure and manicure, with gels on my fingers which came to $65. Seemed pretty reasonable for me and a week has gone by and both still look great. They aren't super man-handling with you, either, which is nice, because in the past, my pedicures and manicures have actually kind of hurt. Overall, pretty good service and great end result on my fingers and toes. It's where my mom loves to go. They just got new pedicure chairs last week and they are FANTASTIC! The massage is incredible, and there is a Bellagio style light show in the water! All of the employees are so kind and attentive. First time there. Appointment was made 12:30pm but didn't get service till half hour later. Went in for a white and pink fill and didn't get it done just a pink fill. Nails look bad. One nail looks like its coming off and cracked. Prices not to bad. They don't take their time. Well never go back there again. I walked in to get a pedicure and waited for 2 hours and the pedicure was awful. The lady burned me with the stone and now I have blisters. The color on my toes looked like a 2 year old did them. My mom went to have her nails done with my 2 nieces. They were unhappy with the outcome because the polish chipped in one day and my mother got a bad cut on her cuticle. Went in for acrylics and left extremely dissatisfied. I've had fake nails countless times in my life and when I first sat down with Heather, I was certain it would end up being a great experience. She listened to everything I said, was very friendly and the conversation was fun. However, what I said I absolutely DID NOT want done, she went ahead and did it anyway and in the process, drilled a big hole into three of my cuticles to the point that I was bleeding right away and there's a deep gouge. The surface of my nails are uneven, she didn't specify that it's extra for the gel and then didn't even cover the whole nail. I had to tell her twice and they're still not completely covered. My mother who went in for a pedicure was dissatisfied as well. She specified that she was a diabetic and they needed to be careful. They ended up getting polish all over her toes and cut her a few times as well. For a diabetic, that's extremely dangerous and now she has to fork out more money somewhere else because they're not trimmed enough. Bottom line: we were rushed and that showed in their work and honestly, for the high prices, it's ridiculous. I will never go back. My nails look awful and both my mother and I were cut. I am very upset I will never ever come here again do not go to this place not only are they disrespectful and rude they overcharge and they don't do nails properly I came here on a appointment with my mother we were supposed to be done together and leave together my mom is almost 70 years old she left crying we booked appointments two days prior schedule an appointment so we get our nails and her toes gel manicure pedicure done at the same time and leave at the same time my mom not only experienced roughness rudeness and there was a nail polish on her skin they did not clean around her skin my mom's toes and nails redone and we were waiting an hour later and my nails still hadn't been done When I expressed my frustration I was blamed and told that I did make it an appropriate appointment and the only lady who spoke English and there was yelling at me telling me I should've scheduled an appointment with me my mother together common sense when I called on the phone I told them that my mother is 70 years old and we're coming here for Mother's Day to get gel manicure and gel pedicures together my mother wasn't going to sit there and wait hours as I do mine that is inappropriate we were supposed to get them done together I assumed they understood me Not only did we pay almost $200 crappy job I left with no nails done they were doing other clients and getting them out of there when we had appointments scheduled my mother had her nails and her toes done but they were done very badly and I left with only my toes done gel manicure and my white nail polish was yellow . Great atmosphere but as people say over priced! Linda is so slow and unorganized she couldn't manage to do a fill while I was getting a pedi in the spa chair. She was so sloppy and she shouldn't have the access to the Dremel machine they use to take off your gels. It was sooooo painful! The woman she did my Pedi was amazing but Linda was blind as a Bat and very flustered. I was completely done with the pedi and she hadn't even finished removing the gel polish. Typically a fill takes 25 min she took 1.5 hours! I was so pissed! Then the man "owner" happened to be at the wash station and I asked does this nail look crooked? He said yes she will fix It I said she doesn't think it's crooked! He went over and had to help her fix it. She polished over my cuticles so now it's lifting and snagging on everything! I absolutely love getting my pedicures done here by Heather! She is the absolute best! I've been to a couple other people here and they do not come close to Heather! If you are looking for someone who truly loves doing their job and puts all their energy into their job Heather would be the one to go to! She gets my ingrown out every time and she gives extraordinary massages! She takes her time and does not rush through anything. You mention your concerns to her about your feet and she will fix them and even mention to you how to keep the care up at home! She is a wonderful employee and she is great at her job. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My grandfather got me a gift certificate to this place for my birthday. This is not my nail salon of choice. I highly recommend Jessica's Nails. Anyway, I got a gel manicure before Christmas and the gel only lasted a week before it started to lift. I was BEYOND upset. I always get gel and it lasts me at least 3-4 weeks. I had a some money left on the gift certificate so I figured I'd use it and give them another shot. Tonight I went in and I asked for a basic gel pedicure. The pedicure was nothing special, the same stuff as every other place I go to does when I ask for a basic gel pedicure. When she was finished she said okay that will be 50 dollars. 50 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!???? I have never heard of a basic gel pedicure being so expensive. I was BEYOND UPSET!!!!!!!!! Such a poor experience. 3 stars is generous! This was my first visit to this nail salon. I went in for "just a pedicure," which I was clear about as soon as I walked in. Lana immediately brought me to the massage chairs. The end result was a $50 pedicure and was told I should have specified that I wanted a "basic pedicure because those are done in regular chairs, not the massage chairs." Additionally, I stopped her when she began massaging my legs, because the lotion irritates my skin and my legs are extremely tender. What's that saying about assuming again...?! read more

I love having my nails done here! The salon is quiet and clean and Heather does a great job every time...especially since my toenails have a tendency to get ingrown. She is careful with disinfecting too... I'm a nurse, I notice these things! The cost is reasonable and totally appropriate! read more
