Coming from someone who was a regular of the owner Jenny on and off for about 5 years, I am saddened to say my time with this place is beyond done. No need to make an appointment here- they don't take it literal. If someone walks in 5-10 mins before you arrive, they won't wait for you, they'll take the incoming client that just started and now you are stuck there waiting for 15-25 minutes when you scheduled an appointment. They tell you to come back. This has happened like 15+ times to me. I get being busy, but schedule your clients out further so you don't have to make them run a second trip- or wait an excessive amount of time. Not only that, but when you do schedule an appointment & there's nobody available for you ( which doesn't necessarily make sense since you scheduled an appointment) anyways.. when a nail tech finishes they'll still take incoming clients while you are still waiting- like they forgot about you. This happened to me today. Scheduled a mother daughter pedicure & my mom was done and I still had not even got helped yet. Ridiculous- especially since a worker finished & took someone else. At the very end when she noticed I was upset she offered to take me- although my mom was already done- kinda defeats the purpose. Not to mention we were on a time crunch... this is why I scheduled two appointments. If this isn't enough to make you frustrated, they also tend to fluctuate prices a LOT. Sometimes my nails would cost 40$, 45$ all sorts of different prices but just for an acrylic fill no designs ever included. I was getting the same thing done every time. Pedicures cost $30- sometimes $40, or $45. You never know what ur getting charged. Not accurate with appointment times at all. Trust me, I work in customer service & have been patient for years with this place but it just isn't worth it anymore. read more

Although the pedicure and manicure were good, they are super super expensive. My 5 year old daughter receive a toe and nail polish $20 ( which took all of 5 mins) my other daughter received gel manicure and a regular pedicure $95 I received gel French manicure and friend pedicure $87 I have never ever paid so much for a nail service not even with acrylics. Extremely overpriced, as the other users say. I do believe they are friendly enough, upon arrival - but at the same time, they are sloppy and too focused on getting you in and out than actually doing a good job. My pedicure chipped in two days. The gels on my hands that were supposed to last for three weeks started coming off in just one. Other complaints: I asked for my gel nails to be taken off and just do a regular manicure. Next thing I knew the guy had started painting more gels on and was going to get the UV machine. I was reading so didn't notice at first, but I feel like since we clearly had a conversation about it I should be able to read my book and not have to constantly monitor that they are doing what I asked (I mean...this is supposed to be a relaxing experience, right?) I did ask for callous remover on my feet and she went to get it; returned with nothing and just clipped off a piece of callous with a nail clipper instead. I said "weren't you going to do the callous remover," she replied "yeah but I didn't." Right then. When it was time to pay I had to hunt down someone to take my money, and had to basically climb out of the chair to do so because the arms were stuck and no one would come over to help me unstick them. I always feel a little weird at these sorts of places (nail salon, hair salon, etc) but they were pretty good about not making me feel weird. My mom takes me sometimes as a treat. I got my a pedicure and manicure, with gels on my fingers which came to $65. Seemed pretty reasonable for me and a week has gone by and both still look great. They aren't super man-handling with you, either, which is nice, because in the past, my pedicures and manicures have actually kind of hurt. Overall, pretty good service and great end result on my fingers and toes. It's where my mom loves to go. I went to get the "happy feet" and a manicure with Gel nail polish. They charged $30 each. The massage was great, but the stones on mu feet were way too hot (that was a first for me, and i've been there other times), the lady who was getting my nails done (Leeta) kept yelling at me (always with a smile on her face??) to position my hands the right way on the UV light drier. I noticed now that my toenails still have dirt underneath (I know, ew, but that's why I went there in the first place) and my nail polish is poorly applied. I am never going there again. I've gotten several sets of nails done there, but this always bothered me. Jenny is super sweet, but I think it's just the way they do their nails. read more

I walked in to get a pedicure and waited for 2 hours and the pedicure was awful. The lady burned me with the stone and now I have blisters. The color on my toes looked like a 2 year old did them. My mom went to have her nails done with my 2 nieces. They were unhappy with the outcome because the polish chipped in one day and my mother got a bad cut on her cuticle. Went in for acrylics and left extremely dissatisfied. I've had fake nails countless times in my life and when I first sat down with Heather, I was certain it would end up being a great experience. She listened to everything I said, was very friendly and the conversation was fun. However, what I said I absolutely DID NOT want done, she went ahead and did it anyway and in the process, drilled a big hole into three of my cuticles to the point that I was bleeding right away and there's a deep gouge. The surface of my nails are uneven, she didn't specify that it's extra for the gel and then didn't even cover the whole nail. I had to tell her twice and they're still not completely covered. My mother who went in for a pedicure was dissatisfied as well. She specified that she was a diabetic and they needed to be careful. They ended up getting polish all over her toes and cut her a few times as well. For a diabetic, that's extremely dangerous and now she has to fork out more money somewhere else because they're not trimmed enough. Bottom line: we were rushed and that showed in their work and honestly, for the high prices, it's ridiculous. I will never go back. My nails look awful and both my mother and I were cut. Such a poor experience. 3 stars is generous! This was my first visit to this nail salon. I went in for "just a pedicure," which I was clear about as soon as I walked in. Lana immediately brought me to the massage chairs. The end result was a $50 pedicure and was told I should have specified that I wanted a "basic pedicure because those are done in regular chairs, not the massage chairs." Additionally, I stopped her when she began massaging my legs, because the lotion irritates my skin and my legs are extremely tender. What's that saying about assuming again...?! read more
