Staff were friendly, patient, and good technicians. I purchased the steam option with my pedicure. It wasn't the best experience. At first, we couldn't figure out how to lower the device so it would actually steam my legs. Half-way through the process they got it to lower. I didn't see / feel any benefits from the steam. Could have been because I didn't sit under long enough. However, the concept of steam is nice and definitely caught the attention of other customers (IG worthy). For my manicure, I got almond shaped, cat's eye. They looked so good. Included with my manicure was: hot towel, massage, paraffin wax, scrub, and lotion. My favorite part is the nail bar is CLEAN. There is someone wiping chairs, counters, tools, and floors.

I got these done on Feb 5th and don't like to leave negative reviews but everyday since then I have been wanting to peel my nails off. They were noticeably "off" immediately after leaving the salon and looked grown out already. I haven't gotten my nails done in years so I thought I was overthinking in the salon, also the manicurist was obviously in a bad mood and was rushing and I didn't want to be annoying. Next time I get my nails done I will speak up for myself, though. Lately, even a greeting seems hit or miss, appointments feel rushed, and those little touches that once made the experience stand out are no longer there. More importantly, the quality has become an issue. I came in on Wednesday for a gel manicure with chrome, and by Friday the chrome was already coming off. That's definitely not what I would expect from a $60+ gel manicure. I was assigned to a young technician I hadn't seen before, so perhaps he is new and could benefit from some additional training. I've had chrome manicures many times before and have never had this happen, so it seems pretty clear that the chrome powder was not applied or sealed properly. After my appointment, I received a survey and shared that I was dissatisfied with the service. I received an automated message saying someone would be reaching out to me soon, but several days have passed and I haven't heard from anyone, which is ultimately why I'm leaving this review. It's disappointing because I've been a longtime customer and know the level of service and quality this salon used to provide. I really hope they take the feedback seriously and get back to that standard.
