However, the service and overall experience have been consistently disappointing. Many of the staff come across as rushed, unfriendly, and not very transparent about pricing. This salon is also on the pricier side for the area, which I don't mind paying when both the service and experience match the cost, but here, that hasn't been the case. My most recent visit was what made me decide I won't be coming back. I came in for both a manicure and pedicure. My manicure was done well, but the pedicure experience with a different technician was honestly the worst I've had. She was rude, passive-aggressive, and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. It felt like she didn't want to be there, and it showed in how she treated me. By the end, I just wanted to leave. I didn't even wait for my toes to fully dry because of how unpleasant the experience was. To make things more frustrating, I was initially charged incorrectly, only for the pedicure. When she realized I had also gotten a manicure, she stopped me and added it as a separate transaction. I chose not to tip her due to her behavior, but I did tip the technician who did my manicure. She gave me a noticeable dirty look afterward, which only reinforced my experience. I understand everyone has off days, but this level of service is unacceptable, especially at these prices. After four years, it's disappointing to walk away, but customer service matters just as much as the final result. Please don't hire people who don't enjoy their job.
